Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Risk Profile and Profitability on Capital and its impact on BPR Performance in Banten Province. This research data uses secondary data published by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the 2014-2018 period, namely the financial statements of 15 BPRs domiciled in Banten Province with the criteria of having total assets above 30 billion. The indicators of this research are the Risk Profile which is proxied by: Non Performing Loans, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Cash Ratio, and Earning Asset Quality, Profitability Indicators which are proxied by Operational Costs, Operational Income, Capital Indicators which are proxied by Capital Adequacy Ratio and Rural Bank Performance Indicators. which is proxied by Return On Asset. The method used is a quantitative method. The data analysis technique used a panel data regression model, and hypothesis testing with the Eviews program and continued with path analysis. The results showed that partially CR has a significant effect on CAR while NPL, LDR, KAP and BOPO have no significant effect on CAR. Simultaneously, NPL, LDR, CR, KAP and BOPO have a significant effect on CAR. Partially NPL, KAP and BOPO have a significant effect on ROA while LDR, CR and CAR have no significant effect on ROA, simultaneously NPL, LDR, CR, KAP, BOPO and CAR have a significant effect on ROA.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial competence and work ethic partially and simultaneously (jointly) on the performance of UMKM players in Tangerang City, studying in Tanah Tinggi Central Market, Tangerang City. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. Sampling as many as 52 people, with the Slovin method. Data collection techniques and tools are literature study, observation, and questionnaires or questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis to determine the description of respondents' responses and data distribution, while inferential statistics are used for hypothesis testing. Data processing is assisted by Microsoft Excel and SPSS software version 25. The results of hypothesis testing show that: The contribution of competence and work ethic to the performance of UMKM players is 54.6%, while the remaining 45.4% is influenced by other variables not examined. The higher the competency value and work ethic at the same time at a certain value, then the high the competency value and work ethic value make the performance value of UMKM actors increase at a certain value as well. Hypothesis testing proves that there is a significant effect of entrepreneurial competence and work ethic partially or simultaneously (jointly) on the performance of UMKM players in the Main Market of Tangerang City. The most dominant influence on the performance of UMKM actors seen from the coefficient of determination is the entrepreneurial competence variable. A person who has a high work ethic and entrepreneurial competence will provide an increase in his performance as a business hammer.

Abstract

Financial management is an important thing for everyone to learn. The ability to manage finances can determine how each individual lives in the future. Good financial management can help raise the level of welfare of the People of Indonesia. This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, locus of control, and financial self-efficacy on financial management behavior in PT employees. Panarub Industry. This research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was employees who worked at PT. Panarub Industry in the auto cutting department. The samples studied numbered 80 people. The analysis method used is test F and t using SPSS version 25. The results showed that there is an influence between financial literacy, locus of control, and financial self-efficacy on the behavior of financial management partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of work life (quality of work life) and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique on saturated sampling, so that the total population and sample are combined into one as many as 70 people. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% indicate that: (1) the quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, as evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable (7.456 > 1.995) with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, as evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable (7.272 > 1,995) with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and (3) the quality of work life and organizational culture together have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, as evidenced by the result of Fcount > Ftable (45,093 > 3.16) with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) quality of work life ) and organizational culture by influencing employee job satisfaction 57.4% while the remaining 43.6% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the research model. With multiple regression equation value Y=3.060 + 0.406 X1 + 0.475 X2 + e.

Abstract

The euphoria of regional autonomy sometimes causes parties in the regions to be free in making various regional regulations as well as local taxes and levies. Law Number 28 of 2009 concerning regional taxes and regional levies is one form of implementing the principles of regional autonomy legislation for regional governments, as well as regional finances, especially for the creation of effectiveness and efficiency in the regions. In the case that the method of collection and the amount of tariffs for all types of regional taxes is stipulated through a regional regulation or regional regulation, therefore, prior approval must be obtained from the respective Regional People's Representative Council concerned in accordance with the implementation of the principle of democracy in a regional regulation containing such regional taxes, pay attention to the directions from the central government through the provisions contained in Law Number 34 of 2000 and Government Regulation Number 65 of 2001, particularly in terms of determining the amount of tariff and of each type of regional tax in each region so that it can be prevented. a tariff war between regions which can actually be detrimental to the regions themselves

Abstract

The sample used as respondents is 75 people who are members of the Cengkareng Golf Club. The main data collection technique is by using a questionnaire regarding service quality variables, price variables and customer satisfaction variables. The data analysis technique used is correlation analysis and multiple correlation, determination coefficient analysis and simple regression analysis and multiple regression. The results of the study resulted in a conclusion that there was a significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Cengkareng Golf Club. There is a significant price effect on customer satisfaction. There is a significant influence simultaneously service quality and price on customer satisfaction. At this time the service quality of Cengkareng Golf Club is good enough, to improve the quality of golf services, it is suggested that service quality can be used as a strategy to increase customer satisfaction through providing appropriate services to customers, responding and customer requests quickly, handling customer problems, and provide customer satisfaction provided not only in the form of physical facilities, but the appearance of a professional employee. Currently customer satisfaction is categorized as good enough by paying attention to the quality of services and prices provided to customers, so that customer satisfaction increases, it is recommended that Cengkareng Golf Club pay attention to the factors that make customers buy back, create word of mouth marketing carried out by customers, improve brand image Cengkareng Golf Club and pay attention to customer decision-making factors when playing golf in addition to service quality and price factors
