Abstract

This study aims to determine whether perceptions and services have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest of Dapur Kwalli either partially or simultaneously. The research method used descriptive analysis method and multiple regression analysis method. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Researchers used 100 respondents as a sample. The results showed that perceptions and services have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest of Dapur Kwalli partially and simultaneously.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah persepsi dan layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen Dapur Kwalli baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan metode analisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Peneliti menggunakan 100 responden sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dan layanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen Dapur Kwalli secara parsial dan simultan.

Abstract

The objective of this community service activity is to enhance career motivation and the capacity of micro-entrepreneurs in Warnasari Village, Cileunca, Pangalengan, so they can develop more sustainable and competitive businesses. The method used was training, which included interactive lectures, group discussions, and practical simulations on business planning, financial management, branding, and the use of technology in marketing. Evaluation was conducted using pre-tests and post-tests to measure changes in participants’ understanding. The results showed a significant increase in participants’ understanding of business management and planning, as well as the development of follow-up plans to grow their businesses. However, challenges remain, particularly limited capital and access to ongoing mentoring. The implication of this activity highlights the importance of long-term mentoring to support micro-entrepreneurs in applying the knowledge gained, and the need to expand access to capital and marketing to ensure sustainable business growth.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of leadership and emotional intelligence on employee loyalty in PT Primanusa Sejati, a distribution company that is facing improvement violation employee discipline that causes a decrease in sales levels. This study examines how leadership and emotional intelligence influence employee loyalty. A quantitative approach was used with a saturated sample of 39 employees. Primary data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, measured using a Likert scale, and processed using SPSS Version 22. The results indicate that all three variables significantly and positively influence employee loyalty. influence leadership and emotional intelligence on employee loyalty, with a combined explanatory power of 58.9%. This highlights the important role of leadership and emotional intelligence in supporting employee loyalty. This study contributes theoretically by providing stronger empirical evidence regarding the relationship between these variables in a corporate context, as well as serving as a practical reference for corporate management in developing human resource development strategies.

Abstract

Along with the significant economic development, people are required to be able to continue to exist in living the wheel of life, so they are required to have additional income to be able to meet their living needs, when the economy is difficult and job opportunities are getting narrower, there needs to be growth of MSMEs to be able to improve people's living standards, create a business environment that is able to encourage economic growth to increase people's income, with the growth of MSMEs it is hoped that people's income will also increase.
