Abstract

Abstrak: Community based tourism Dalam Pengembangan Desa Wisata. Konsep community based tourism pada pengembangan pariwisata menjadi sangat penting terutama pada desa wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Community based tourism dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Metode penelitian yang digunakan di penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Community based tourism pada desa wisata mempedulikan keberlanjutan lingkungan, memegang budaya lokal, adanya partisipasi masyarakat dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Sumberdaya lingkungan yang ada digunakan untuk destinasi wisata tetapi tetap dijaga keberlanjutannya. Kesenian dipelihara untuk atraksi wisata dan sebagai wujud pelestarian kebudayaan lokal. Masyarakat berpartisipasi mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Adanya berbagai unit bisnis di desa wisata maka dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Walaupun demikian masih terdapat hambatan dalam mewujudkan community based tourism seperti kondisi cuaca yang tidak mendukung, kurang optimalnya partisipasi masyarakat, kurangnya pemanfaatan fasilitas maupun unit bisnis oleh masyarakat. Kesadaran dan kesiapan kemampuan masyarakat sekitar desa wisata akan membantu terwujudnya community based tourism. Kata kunci: community based tourism; masyarakat; desa wisata; lingkungan; budaya.  Abstract: Community based tourism in Tourism Village Development. The concept of community based tourism in tourism development is very important, especially in tourist villages. This research aims to determine community based tourism in the development of tourist villages. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method. Community based tourism in tourist villages cares about environmental sustainability, upholding local culture, community participation and increasing community income. Existing environmental resources are used for tourist destinations but their sustainability is still maintained. Art is maintained as a tourist attraction and as a form of preserving local culture. The community participates from planning, implementation, to evaluation in developing tourist villages. The existence of various business units in tourist villages can increase community income. However, there are still obstacles in realizing community based tourism, such as unfavorable weather conditions, less than optimal community participation, lack of use of facilities and business units by the community. Awareness and readiness of the capabilities of the community around the tourist village will help realize community based tourism. Keyword: community based tourism; community; tourism village; environment; culture.

Abstract

Abstrak: Response Performance UMKM Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta: Implikasi Survei Covid-19. Coronavirus disease (Covid-19) menimbulkan tantangan besar bagi masyarakat yaitu kelangsungan hidup dan perekonomian. UMKM merupakan salah satu sektor usaha terdampak cukup hebat karena pandemi covid-19 di Indonesia. Pemerintah telah membuat kebijakan untuk penyelamatan UMKM dari dampak pandemi. Selain itu perlu didukung dengan strategi jangka pendek dan strategi jangka panjang untuk menjaga kesinambungan UMKM. Perekonomian Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta salah satunya digerakkan oleh UMKM. Selama masa pandemic tidak ada penambahan jumlah usaha, jumlah tenaga kerja, dan nilai omset dalam 1 tahun. Penelitian ini menyelidiki hubungan antara digitalisasi, respons krisis publik, dan kinerja UMKM dalam konteks wabah COVID-19. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei dan analisis data. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa upaya UMKM menuju digitalisasi, yang diwujudkan dengan tingkat digitalisasi, adopsi teknologi digital, dan model bisnis, dapat membantu mereka merespons krisis publik dengan lebih baik. Selanjutnya, digitalisasi berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja UMKM melalui penerapan strategi respons krisis publik. Kata kunci: response performance; UMKM; Yogyakarta Abstract: Response Performance of MSMEs in the Special Region of Yogyakarta: Implications of the Covid-19 Survey. Coronavirus disease (Covid-19) poses a major challenge to society, namely survival and the economy. MSMEs are one of the business sectors that have been severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The government has made a policy to save MSMEs from the impact of the pandemic. In addition, it needs to be supported by short-term strategies and long-term strategies to maintain the sustainability of MSMEs. The economy of the Special Region of Yogyakarta is one of which is driven by MSMEs. During the pandemic there is no increase in the number of businesses, the number of workers, and the value of turnover in 1 year. This study investigates the relationship between digitalization, public crisis response, and MSME performance in the context of the COVID-19 outbreak. The research was conducted using survey methods and data analysis. The survey results show that MSMEs' efforts towards digitization, manifested by the level of digitization, adoption of digital technology, and business models, can help them better respond to public crises. Furthermore, digitalization contributes to improving the performance of MSMEs through the implementation of a public crisis response strategy. Keyword: response performance; MSMEs; Yogyakarta

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengembangan Pariwisata Melalui Collaborative governance di Kabupaten Magelang. Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor terbesar yang dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi secara cepat. Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor potensial yang perlu untuk dikembangkan termasuk di Magelang. Collaborative governance menjadi topik yang semakin penting dalam pengembangan pariwisata. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi proses dan factor keberhasilan collaborative governance dalam pengembangan pariwisata. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi literatur dan dianalisis dengan analsisis content. Temuan dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa collaborative governance terselenggara dengan melihat aspek kepercayaan, komitmen, kepemimpinan, dan kelembagaan. Kepercayaan antar pihak terkait menjadi awal terbentuknya komitmen untuk melaksanakan kerjasama. Kepemimpinan diperlukan dalam proses kolaborasi. Collaborative governance diwujudkan dengan kelembagaan dalam pengelolaan pariwisata. Keberhasilan collaborative governance sangat dipengaruhi oleh regulasi, pemetaan dan peran stakeholder, serta komunikasi yang terjalin. Regulasi akan memudahkan penentuan stakeholder beserta perannya dan menciptakan komunikasi yang baik antar stakeholder.  Kata kunci: collaborative governance; pariwisata; proses; keberhasilan; magelang  Abstract: Tourism Development Through Collaborative governance in Magelang Regency. Tourism is one of the largest sectors that can increase economic growth rapidly. Tourism is one of the potential sectors that need to be developed, including in Magelang. Collaborative governance is becoming an increasingly important topic in tourism development. The purpose of this study is to identify the processes and success factors of collaborative governance in tourism development. The research method uses literature study and analyzed by content analysis. The findings in the study indicate that collaborative governance is implemented by looking at aspects of trust, commitment, leadership, and institutions. Trust between related parties is the beginning of the formation of a commitment to carry out cooperation. Leadership is needed in the collaborative process. Collaborative governance is realized through institutions in tourism management. The success of collaborative governance is strongly influenced by regulations, mapping and stakeholder roles, as well as communication. Regulations will facilitate the determination of stakeholder and their roles and create good communication between stakeholder.   Keyword: collaborative governance; tourism; process; success; magelang

Abstract

The Community Service Program in Karimunjawa Village, Jepara, Central Java, aims to improve the understanding and skills of family financial management among housewives. The problem is addressed through three stages of activities: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The preparation stage involves conducting a preliminary survey to assess field conditions, followed by training and mentoring. The methods used include lectures, question-and-answer sessions, and discussions. The results of the training program indicate that 90% of participants successfully understand basic financial concepts, while 89% of them have a good understanding of family financial planning and management. Furthermore, 71% of participants successfully implemented effective family financial management practices after receiving guidance from the facilitators.
