Abstract

Android is an operating system for mobile device, such as smartphones and tablet computers that was developed by Google. In this era, android is a popular operating system that is searched by people because of necessary of information. The process and structure of android application names are interesting to be analyzed since they have different structure of words in general. The purpose research is to describe and explain which word formation processes and phrase structure that are commonly used in Android Application Names. In this research, the writer used descriptive qualitative method. The technique to process the data is Teknik Bagi Unsur Langsung. The writer found 100 android application names in android phone with 10 word formation processes that form those; they are 39 words compounding, 21 words multiple processes, 9 words which was formed acronym and initialization, 9 words back formation, 7 words conversion, 5 words clipping, 3 words blending, 3 words borrowing, 3 words inflection, and also 1 word which was formed derivation. Based on the phrase structure, the writer 84 words noun phrase, 15 words verb phrase, and 1 word infinitival phrase. The result shows that noun phrase is frequent phrases that can be found in the android phone.

Abstract

Ekonomi global menghadapi beberapa guncangan dan tantangan. Inflasi yang lebih tinggi dari yang diharapkan dan persisten, kondisi keuangan yang lebih ketat, perang Rusia terhadap Ukraina, dan pandemi Covid-19 yang berkepanjangan Para penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mengumpulkan data untuk penelitian ini, yang mencakup data primer dan data urutan, dan mereka mengumpulkan data menggunakan dokumentasi. Dampak konflik Rusia-Ukraina terhadap ekonomi makro Indonesia antara lain kenaikan harga BBM, kenaikan harga kebutuhan, kenaikan harga gandum, dan fluktuasi nilai tukar. Upaya untuk mengatasi dampak ini termasuk implementasi kebijakan yang dikalibrasi, direncanakan, dan dikomunikasikan dengan baik untuk mendukung pemulihan jangka panjang dan pertumbuhan yang kuat, jangka panjang, seimbang, dan inklusif. Abstract

Communication and relationship building have become easier thanks to technological advances such as social media apps. One of the offenders that contribute to the success of digital marketing platforms such as social media is the use of influencers. Effective marketing entails keeping a product in front of consumers' minds so that they choose to purchase the products on offer. The goal of this study is to find out how digital marketing via social media influencers influences consumer purchasing behavior. According to AISAS streams, micro-influencers, macro-influencers, and mega-influencers can create content that piques the interest of many netizens. The number of likes and comments on an influencer's account can indicate how popular the account is with followers. Influencers can also use their visual style to communicate various types of promotions and personal jargon This is exemplified by appealing photography and copywriting. It is obvious that affected netizens have the potential to search for products (search), buy products (action), and review products, which can have an impact on companies that can promote their products to influencers. As a result, influencer marketing has grown in popularity as a marketing strategy for influencers because they can present posts that promote brand image and characteristics that have a significant impact on their consumers.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of return on equity, debt to equity ratio, sales growth, firm size, cash ratio, and dividend payout ratio to stock price volatility companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2011-2015. The populations of this study are all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2011 to 2015. It obtained eight companies samples with technique purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is the regression model panel then be adjusted again by using GARCH (Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity). The results showed that the volatility of the stock price only affect without any effect ARCH-GARCH therein. Determining the best models of each prediction is based on estimated volatility GARCH (p, q). The determination of whether there is influence of the factors believed to be the determinants of stock price volatility was done by using panel data regression analysis. The results of panel data regression analysis showed that the company’s stock price volatility in the research samples can be explained by 4.84% by ROE, CR, DER, DPR, company size and sales growth while the remaining 95.16% explained by other variables outside the research. Only sales growth has significant positive effect on stock price volatility.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses "a review of Islamic law regarding leasing of agricultural land, payment for the harvest in the village of Sungai Gampa Asahi, Rantau Badauh District, Barito Kuala District".  What is called leasing must involve at least 2 parties.  The first is the party that leases the land, the two parties are willing to work on the land.  Likewise with the habit of renting in the village of Sungai Gampa Asahi where residents often make leases but the payment system is in the form of crops.  What's interesting about the habit of leasing agricultural land in Sungai Gampa Asahi Village is that when the tenant pays the rent, that is by means of the harvest.  It can be known that the harvest every year is not fixed.  Sometimes it's good, sometimes it doesn't work at all.  The method used in this study is a field research method and analyzed by means of descriptive qualitative.  Namely the data obtained from interviews and library sources about leasing.  From this study it can be concluded that the leases made by the residents of Sungai Gampa Asahi Village are not appropriate because the payment system with the harvest is not clear in it so it will be detrimental to the tenants. Keywords: Islamic law, leasing, payment of crops.   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas tentang "tinjauan hukum Islam tentang sewa-menyewa lahan pertanian pembayarannya dengan hasil panen di desa Sungai gampa asahi Kecamatan Rantau badauh kabupaten Barito Kuala".  Yang namanya sewa-menyewa pasti  melibatkan minimal 2 pihak. Pertama pihak yang menyewakan lahannya,  kedua pihak yang bersedia Untuk menggarap lahannya tersebut. Begitu juga dengan kebiasaan sewa-menyewa yang ada di desa sungai gampa asahi ini yang mana warganya  sering mengadakan sewa-menyewa tetapi sistem pembayarannya dengan cara hasil panen. Yang menarik dari kebiasaan sewa-menyewa lahan pertanian yang ada di desa sungai gampa asahi ini adalah, ketika penyewa nantinya akan membayarkan sewanya, yaitu dengan cara hasil panen.  Yang mana dapat diketahui bersama bahwa hasil panen itu setiap tahunnya tidak tetap. Terkadang bagus, terkadang tidak dapat panen sama sekali. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian lapangan dan dianalisis dengan cara deskriptif kualitatif. Yaitu data yang diperoleh hasil dari wawancara dan sumber  kepustakaan tentang sewa-menyewa. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sewa-menyewa yang dilakukan oleh warga desa sungai gampa asahi kurang tepat dikarenakan sistem pembayaran dengan hasil panen ini tidak ada kejelasan di dalamnya jadi akan merugikan penyewa. Abstract

PT Indofood Sukses Makmur memperkenalkan produk mie instan pertama di Indonesia dan menjadi salah satu perusahaan makanan dan minuman dalam kemasan dengan nilai penjualan retail terbesar di Indonesia pada tahun 2022. Kepopuleran Indomie tidak hanya sebatas pada pasar domestik Indonesia melainkan juga telah mencapai pasar internasional sebagai merek terpopuler di dunia pada tahun 2022. Walaupun harus bersaing ketat dengan berbagai merek mie instan, Indomie berhasil mempertahankan dominasinya di pasar dari tahun 2020 hingga 2024 namun rata-rata konsumsi perminggu perkapita di masyarakat Jakarta Utara hanya sebesar 1,287 atau dibulatkan menjadi 1 bungkus perminggu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas produk mie instan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada generasi Z di Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode sampling non-probabilitas dengan menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Sampel disebarkan kepada 110 responden di Jakarta Utara. Pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26 dan dianalisis melalui uji regresi linier berganda serta uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa variabel citra merek dan kualitas produk secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan secara parsial melalui Uji T dengan nilai 5,208 dan 5,537 > dari 1,659 (t hitiung > t tabiel). Lalu melalui Uji F dengan nilai signifikansi (Sig) siebiesar 0,000 < 0,01 yang artinya variabel citra merek dan kualitas produk secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan secara simultan. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang kualitas pelayanan produk IndiHome di PT Telkom Sunter. Layanan IndiHome merupakan salah satu layanan internet yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat, sehingga penting bagi perusahaan untuk terus menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan serta bagaimana upaya petugas dalam memberikan layanan yang sesuai dengan harapan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung di lapangan, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap dokumen-dokumen yang relevan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari petugas pelayanan IndiHome dan pelanggan yang berada di wilayah PT Telkom Sunter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan IndiHome mencakup lima dimensi utama, yaitu bukti fisik (tangible), keandalan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), dan empati (empathy). PT Telkom Sunter telah berupaya memberikan pelayanan yang baik melalui penyediaan fasilitas yang memadai, menugaskan petugas yang profesional dan kompeten, memberikan respon yang cepat terhadap keluhan pelanggan, serta menunjukkan sikap ramah dan perhatian terhadap kebutuhan pelanggan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara umum pelayanan IndiHome di PT Telkom Sunter telah berjalan cukup baik, namun perusahaan tetap perlu melakukan evaluasi dan peningkatan secara berkelanjutan agar dapat memenuhi harapan pelanggan secara optimal.
