Abstract

This study aims to describe the traditional Ngayikka tradition in Negeri Kaya Village, Tanjung Sakti District, PUMI, Lahat Regency. This study uses qualitative methods using observation techniques, interview techniques, and documentation techniques. The object in this study is the Ngayikka traditional tradition, the Ngayikka traditional tradition is one of the traditions originating from Tanjung Sakti District, PUMI, Lahat Regency which is one of Indonesia's cultural treasures and the research subjects are girls who are in Gadiska (Ngayikka) in the Indonesian language. Indonesia. Lahat area. The results of this study explain that the form of presenting the Ngayikka traditional tradition is recognized by the people of Tanjung Sakti, Lahat Regency, because the Ngayikka custom is still practiced every time they want to circumcise a girl (Ngayikka) until now. The persistence of the Ngayikka traditional tradition to this day, because this custom has become a hereditary tradition carried out by every girl entering school age known as Ngayikka (Ngayikka).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the metronome on tempo stability when students sing Ibu Kita Kartini's song. to approach this problem, the Jack Plano theory is used, namely, stability is stability, balance stability, and consistency that affect singing Ibu Kita Kartini's song. the research method used is quantitative. the data was collected through a questionnaire, pre-test, and post-test. The data analysis technique used is the normality test and the hypothesis t-test. this study concludes that there is an effect of using the metronome on the stability of the tempo of extracurricular students with the final average score of 72 which is in the right category in the stability of the tempo of singing Ibu Kita Kartini.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the Learning of the Creative Dance "Salune Nue" Through the Demonstration Method for Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 8 Kota Sungai Lilin. This study aims to find out how the creation of the "Salune Nue" dance is taught using the demonstration method. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The sample in this study were students of class IX.A, totaling 34 students. Data collection techniques used in this study were tests and documentation.Research in the teaching and learning process must be carried out systematically and continuously so that it becomes meaningful information in decision-making by conducting an assessment to find out the abilities possessed by students in achieving the competencies that have been determined. Where the test used uses the properties of coconut trees and chrysanthemums, in carrying out the test students are asked toform groups where each group consists of 5 students whose results are then displayed in front of the class accompanied by music and the correct floor pattern. Based on the results of the documentation shown through photos of studentactivities, shows that the learning the "Salune Nue" creative dance was given directions by the teacher on how to practice the "Salune Nue" creative dance.
