Abstract

Abstract Internet network service providers, CV. Sekarjaya Computindo, currently still uses UTP cables in communication in its office area. If an employee starts working in an office room, he/she must add a UTP cable connected to the switch to get internet access. This study proposes a Power Line Communication (PLC) network for accessing the internet network because there is no need to add a UTP cable to connect between computers and only through an electric current the computers can be connected to each other. Basically, Power Line can replace the role of UTP cables in data transmission, and in terms of network installation, network maintenance, and network maintenance, PLC is much easier compared to UTP. In addition, this study also compared the speed between UTP cables and Power Lines that use PLN electricity. The results of this study indicated that Power Line testing between computers was quite good, with download speeds of 94.4 Mbps, compared to UTP cables of 94.6 Mbps. As for uploading, using a PLC had a speed of 95.4 Mbps, while with a UTP cable had a speed of 94.5 Mbps. For transfer rates with a data size of 600 Mb using PLC, 6Mbps was obtained, whereas if using UTP, it was obtained 10Mbps. Between the use of PLC with UTP cable, there is not too much difference in speed, but PLC makes maintenance and installation easier. Keywords: power line communication, mikrotik, electricity, computer network, speed test. Abstrak Penyedia layanan jaringan internet yaitu CV. Sekarjaya Computindo saat ini masih menggunakan kabel UTP dalam menghubungkan antar komputer di dalam area kantornya. Apabila karyawan akan bekerja di suatu ruangan harus menambahkan kabel UTP yang tersambung ke switch untuk mendapatkan akses internet. Penelitian ini mengusulkan agar di bangun jaringan Power Line Comunication (PLC) yang nantinya memudahkan pengaksesan jaringan internet karena tidak perlu menambah kabel UTP untuk menghubungkan antar komputer dan cukup hanya dengan perangkat PLC melalui arus listrik maka komputer sudah dapat saling terhubung. Pada dasarnya Power Line dapat menggantikan peranan kabel UTP dalam transmisi data dan dari segi instalasi jaringan, perawatan jaringan dan perawatan jaringan jauh lebih mudah di banding dengan UTP. Selain mengusulkan jaringan PLC, pada penelitian ini juga dibandingkan kecepatan antara kabel UTP dan Power Line yang menggunakan arus listrik PLN. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pengujian Power Line antar komputer cukup baik, dengan kecepatan download sebesar 94, 4 Mbps, dibandingkan dengan kabel UTP sebesar 94, 6 Mbps. Sedangkan untuk upload, menggunakan PLC memiliki kecepatan 95, 4 Mbps, Sementara dengan kabel UTP sebesar 94, 5 Mbps. Untuk kecepatan transfer dengan data berukuran 600 Mb menggunakan PLC diperoleh 6 Mbps, sementara jika menggunakan UTP diperoleh 10 Mbps. Antara penggunaan PLC dengan kabel UTP tidak terlalu jauh perbedaan kecepatannya, tetapi PLC mempermudah perawatan dan instalasi. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas penganalisa jaringan menggunakan Support Vector Machine (SVM) setelah pada penelitian sebelumnya menggunakan Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan (JST). Ada banyak aplikasi yang tersedia di pasaran saat ini untuk memberikan grafik jaringan area hotspot kita. Grafik ini akan dianalisis oleh administrator jaringan. Karena area hotspot sering berjalan 24 jam, administrator mengalami kesulitan untuk memonitor lalu lintas setiap saat. Oleh karena itu kami merancang sistem otomatis untuk membantu administrator jaringan dalam memantau jaringan. Sistem ini akan menggantikan keterampilan manusia dalam menafsirkan grafik dengan SVM. Untuk meminimalkan jumlah vektor masukan kita menggunakan nilai rata-rata dari sumbu, sehingga misalnya mikro-komputer notebook, laptop, PDA, dan gadget lainnya dapat menangani sistem ini. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem ini dapat mengklasifikasikan antara normal, lalu lintas tinggi dan un-normal grafik jaringan secara berkala. Kata Kunci: Penganalisa Jaringan, Support Vector Machine, Hotspot ABSTRACT We present a Support Vector Machine-based network analyzer system for hotspot area as the extension of previous research that using Neural Networks (NNs). There are many applications that available in the market today for providing us the network graph of our hotspot areas. These graphs will be analyzed by a network administrator. Because a hotspot area often runs 24 hours, an administrator has a difficulty to monitor the traffic all the time. Therefore we proposed the automatic system to help a network administrator in monitoring the network. This system will replace human skill in interpreting the graph with a Support Vector Machine System. To minimize the number of input vector we use mean value of axis, so the micro-computer e.g. notebook, laptop, PDA, and other gadgets can handle this system. Testing result showed this system could classify between normal, high and un-normal traffic of network graph periodically.h Keywords: Network Analyzer, Support Vector Machine, Hotspot

Abstract

ABSTRACTGas Stations are important objects for transportation. Therefore, the location must be optimum regardingto economic, environment, and safety aspects. Genetic Algorithms are used to help calculating for optimumlocation of gas stations. For easiness we integrated Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with geneticalgorithms for Bekasi District. According to GIS rule, we use two kinds of data: vector data and rasterdata. Road of map and location of object that must far away from gas station as vector data and map asraster data. Conversion from local coordinate to global coordinate is used in order to be integrated withgoogle map application. Testing result showed that optimum gas station location are far enough from vitallocations that must far away from gas stations. Keywords: Geographic Information System, Genetic Algorithms, Optimization ABSTRAKSentra Pengisian Bahan Bakar Utama (SPBU) merupakan sarana vital rakyat agar sistem transportasiberjalan dengan baik. Oleh karena itu letaknya harus memenuhi syarat optimum yang selain memiliki aspekekonomis, juga harus tidak menyalahi aspek lingkungan, keamanan dan keselamatan warga yang berada disekitar SPBU. Algoritma genetik digunakan untuk membantu sistem penentuan lokasi yang optimum.Untuk meningkatkan kemudahan pengguna, sistem ini diintegrasikan dengan Sistem Informasi Geografis(SIG) khusus kabupaten Bekasi. Sesuai aturan SIG dimana data terdiri dari data vektor dan data raster makasebagai data vektor kami menggunakan data fungsi jalan dan lokasi koordinat dimana lokasi tersebut harussejauh mungkin dari SPBU. Untuk data raster kami menggunakan peta yang berupa citra. Konversikoordinat lokal menjadi koordinat lintang dan bujur perlu dilakukan agar dapat dikombinasikan denganaplikasi google map sehingga dapat langsung terkoneksi ke sistem SIG tersebut. Hasil pengujianmenghasilkan lokasi optimal SPBU yang secara matematis terbukti terjauh dari lokasi-lokasi yangberbahaya dan kurang optimal untuk berdekatan dengan SPBU. Abstract

ABSTRACTAside forecasting, classification is an important process in the data mining field. Nowdays, theclassification usually use soft computing algorithms, such as Fuzzy Inference System (FIS), NeuralNetworks (NNs), and Genetic Algorithms (GAs). Different from K-Means, the fuzzy-based classification issometimes is said soft clustering. Some dynamic method has been research using K-Means for obtaining theoptimal number of cluster. This paper try to implement this method for FCM algoritms because thisalgorithms run better than K-Means. Similar to Dynamic Clustering using K-Means, for FCM everyelements of cluster are counted the distance from the center. Key Workds : Fuzzy C-Means Clustering (FCM), Cluster Quality, Dynamic Classification ABSTRAKSelain peramalan, klasifikasi merupakan salah satu proses penting dalam bidang data mining. Saat iniklasifikasi banyak dilakukan dengan algoritma-algoritma yang berbasis soft computing seperti fuzzy,jaringan syaraf tiruan (JST) ataupun algoritma genetik. Berbeda dengan K-Means, klasifikasi berbasis fuzzyyang sering disebut fuzzy C-Means (FCM) merupakan klasifikasi halus (soft clustering). Beberapa metodedinamis dengan memodifikasi algoritma K-Means telah banyak dilakukan dan terbukti memiliki hasil yangoptimal. Tulisan ini bermaksud menerapkan metode dinamis itu pada algoritma FCM mengingat FCMmemiliki keunggulan tertentu dibanding K-Means. Seperti pada K-Means, klasifikasi dinamis pada FCMmenunjukkan perbaikan pada nilai intra dan inter dimana nilai-nilai tersebut menunjukkan kedekatan antarelemen tiap kluster dan seberapa jauh jarak pisah antar pusat-pusat kluster. Abstract

Land use/cover greatly affect the quality of an area. Therefore, many regional planners need assistance byother fields, such as geoinformatics, computer science, environment, and others. Although prediction and forecasting have been widely studied, in regardto real conditions (geospatial)itstill needmoredevelopment, especially thoseinvolving a combination of regional types, such as urban and suburban areas. This study uses a remote sensing base and geographic information system in predicting land in the city and district of Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia. With two scenarios compared (business as usual and vegetation conservation), the model that has been created and validated (with an AUC accuracy result of 0.828) is used to predict land use change until 2030. Scenarios with vegetation conservation are able to keep green areas to switch to land types others, such as buildings and industry

Abstract

Urban areas have been perceived as the source of environmental problems. To avoid improper land use allocation, negative sprawl effects, and other sources of environmental degradation, city planners need tools for simulating and optimizing their proposed plans. This study proposed a “what-if” analysis model that could help the planners in assessing and simulating their urban plans in Bekasi City, Indonesia. As part of Jakarta Metropolitan Area which exhibited a “post-suburbanization” phenomenon, this city faces many problems because of its high urban growth. Since the urban area has higher land use density than the rural area, especially on built-up class, it needs more consideration when allocating this kind of land use. Because each type of built-up class influences another type, it is difficult to allocate manually. Therefore, this study proposed a land-use optimization application to help planners finding the appropriate land use. This study showed that a model with simulation and optimization can be used to handle urban growth.

Abstract

Some community service activities have been done as a tangible form in building a resilient community in the current Covid '19 pandemic situation. Indonesia at the moment, from the various sectors of life, experienced the bad impact caused by this pandemic, especially in the economic sector. The current community service activity has three objectives: general, specific, and sustainable objectives. It has been carried out to accelerate the growth of entrepreneurial-skill and independent communities to fight against Covid'19 disaster. Housewives, in particular, the committee members of Islamic elementary school (SDIT) Prestasi Cendikia in Bekasi became our target community. The implementation process was as follows. 1) Participant registration through the Webinar. 2) Implementation of the activity through an online meeting with Google Meet, which was divided into two sessions, i.e. the first session of theoretical material such as Android functions, means of promotion, and managing the risk of failure; the importance of mastery of Android as a social medium of sales was explained. In addition, some technical application sessions were demonstrated directly in making the sales on the android app, i.e. shoope, selly and canva. 3) The evaluation where each participant filled a response about the implementation of this community service both training and workshop. The results of the questioner were presented through menti.com site that can be seen directly the values or graphs based on the participants' responses. The results showed that the participants demonstrated their creativity and were able to utilize Android as well as social media to sell products (services and goods). Keywords: Community Service, Android, SDIT Prestasi Cendikia. Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini muncul sebagai wujud nyata membangun masyarakat tangguh di era pandemik Covid’19. Dimana Indonesia saat ini, dari berbagi sektor kehidupan mengalami kepurukan dihantam habis dampak pandemik, terlebih pada sektor ekonomi. Kegiatan ini mempunyai tiga tujuan, tujuan secara umum, khusus dan berkepanjangan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk percepatan proses pertumbuhan kewirausahaan masyarakat mandiri dalam suasana Covid’19. Ibu-ibu rumah tangga khususnya anggota komite sekolah SDIT Prestasi Cendikia Bekasi menjadi masyarakat bidikan pengabdian kami. Metode pelaksanaan diawali dengan (1) Registrasi peserta melalui google form, Tahap (2) Pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui google meet, dengan materi seperti fungsi Android, sarana promosi, managemen dan resiko kegagalan, serta penjelaskan akan pentingnya penguasaan Android sebagai meda social penjualan. Tahap (3) Evaluasi: setiap peserta mengisi respon atau tanggapan terhadap pelaksanaan workshop pengabdian masyarakat ini. Hasil dari kuesioner melalui menti.com akan terlihat langsung nilai ataupun grafik tanggapan peserta pelatihan. Respon yang diperoleh kegiatan workshop bagus dan perlu dilanjutkan untuk masa-masa berikutnya. Hasil pelatihan ini peserta mampu melatih kreatifitas, membangun semangat memulai bisnis online dengan memanfaatkan penggunaan Android sebagai media sosial penjualan produk-produk baik jasa maupun barang. Abstract

SMK Widya Nusantara is one of the best vocational schools in the city of Bekasi whose students and teachers have the hope of creating independent and characterized people who are based on faith and piety. The main element to be able to realize the hopes of the Vocational High School is that it has collaborated with universities in training activities and improving knowledge from various fields, so that they can compete in the era of globalization. Currently strengthening the competence of students and teachers is the main thing, because later they will be able to compete with other developed countries. To strengthen these competencies, training and simulations on the development of creative interactive learning media were carried out at SMK Widya Nusantara. It begins with a survey, then it is analyzed and finally the training activities are carried out. The result of this community service is that students and teachers are able to understand the creation of creative interactive learning media such as the use of a mentimeter, classroom google, youtube and the use of powerpoint, examples and their application, so that students and teachers have special knowledge about this which is useful for increasing competence and global competition. Abstract

Security and privacy of bank customer is the most important thing when we talk about information technology  ethic in bank literature. Security and privacy of bank customer is related to security and privacy of officer such us teller, customer service, sales manager and so on. The information can be found in email, database transaction and other logs information. Trend of using outsourcing in bank makes top level management mast be count its strong and weakness . In outsourcing, the security and privacy of bank customer and officer held by third party institution. This paper is talk about Information Technology (IT) Ethics when bank institution outsource its vital division to third party. Case study of this paper is outsourcing IT at Bank Danamon, Tbk.Key Words: IT Ethics, Outsourcing, Banking.
