Abstract

Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ) a national priority super tourism destination. The plan for holding an international MotoGP event requires the preparation of supporting infrastructure development. One of the pressing issues needing resolution is land conditions for permanent relocation. From a technical point of view, the land is still in the form of terracing, road access to the location is heavily damaged and some of the roads are unpaved. In addition, the relocation settlement area does not yet have public infrastructure. In this study sought to determine a strategy of funding sources for infrastructure development as well as priority factors for planning the development of infrastructure with the concept of land consolidation. The analysis in this study was carried out using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique, showing that environmental factors had the highest weight of 0.414, followed by infrastructural with 0.295, economy with 0.157 and social factors with 0.133. For alternative factors, accessibility had a weight of 0.167, price had a weight of 0.148, quality had a weight of 0.161, location had a weight of 0.201, infrastructure had a weight of 0.176 and tradition had a weight of 0.144.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerbaikan jalan lingkungan di Kabupaten Lombok Timur merupakan program dari Kementerian PUPR melalui Direktorat Jenderal Cipta Karya  yang ditujukan untuk mengurangi kesenjangan antar wilayah, pengentasan kemiskinan, memperbaiki tata kelola pemerintah daerah (kabupaten, kecamatan dan desa) serta memperkuat kelembagaan masyarakat di tingkat desa. Pelaksanaan program ini melibatkan Disperkim Provinsi NTB dan Dinas Cipta Karya PUPR Provinsi NTB sebagai pendamping dan pengawas teknis. Program ini dilaksanaan sejak Tahun 2017 hingga saat ini. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk pelaksanaan pada tahun berikutnya. Wilayah yang menjadi target evaluasi terdapat pada  beberapa kecamatan meliputi Kecamatan Pringgasela, Kecamatan Sembalun, Kecamatan Aikmel, Kecamatan Pringgabaya dan Kecamatan Wanasaba. Bila dilihat secara persentase nilai capaian dari pelaksaanaan program, maka diperoleh rata-rata mencapai di atas 80%. Bahkan untuk Kecamatan Priggabaya dan Wanasaba pada Tahun 2020 mencapai 91% dan 92% berturut-turut. Selain itu  Kecamatan Wanasaba memiliki persentase pencapaian tertinggi yaitu 93% di Tahun 2020. Pencapaian pelaksaaan menunjukkan persentase yang terus meningkat sehingga tercapai tujuan utama yang dinginkan. Sebagai rekomendasi untuk pelaksanaan tahun ongoing dan tahun selanjutnya maka dalam pelaksanaan sebaiknya melibatkan partisipasi dari masyarakat sehingga program dapat mencapai seluruh daerah yang ditargetkan dan menghasilkan nilai capaian sebesar 100%. Kata kunci: jalan lingkungan; perbaikan; evaluasi; capaian; lombok timur. ABSTRACTThe improvement of side roads in East Lombok Regency is a program of the Ministry of PUPR through the Direktorat Jenderal Cipta Karya which is aimed at reducing regional disparities, alleviating poverty, improving local government (district, sub-district, and village), and strengthening community institutions at the village level. The implementation of this program involves the Disperkim Provinsi NTB dan Dinas Cipta Karya PUPR  as assistants and technical supervisors. This program has been implemented since 2017 until now. This article aims to evaluate the implementation of the program and provide recommendations for implementation in the following year. The evaluation target areas are located in several sub-districts including Pringgasela, Sembalun, Aikmel, Pringgabaya, and Wanasaba. According to a percentage of the achievement value of program implementation, the average achieved is above 80%. Even for the Districts of Priggabaya and Wanasaba in 2020, it reached 91% and 92%, respectively. In addition, Wanasaba District has the highest percentage of achievement, which is 93% in 2020. The achievement trend increases since the program has been initiated in 2017. As a recommendation for the implementation of the ongoing year and the following year, the implementation should involve the participation of the community. Thus the problems that have occurred so far can be avoided and are expected to reach all targeted areas to produce an achievement value of 100%. Keywords: side roads; repair; evaluation; achievement; east lombok.

Abstract

Senggigi merupakan salah satu kawasan pariwisata unggulan di Pulau Lombok. Sebagai daerah pariwisata banyak dibangun tempat tinggal penduduk, hotel, vila, jalan, dan lain-lain. Berdasarkan kondisi morfologi  merupakan daerah pesisir pantai yang berbukit-bukit, sehingga salah satu alternatif pengembangan kawasan pariwisata adalah ke daerah perbukitan dengan beberapa pertimbangan antara lain keterbatasan lahan, faktor lokasi yang strategis dan faktor estetika.  Secara geologi perbukitan di Senggigi tersusun dari endapan vulkanik dan sedimen yang mempunyai sifat pelapukan yang cukup tinggi dan rentan terhadap bahaya longsor. Hal ini perlu kiranya diantisipasi dengan melakukan analisa untuk menentukan beban runtuh yang diijinkan. Pada penelitian ini, proses simulasi besaran beban runtuh yang diijinkan agar tidak menimbulkan kelongsoran lereng, dilakukan dengan metode elemen hingga menggunakan program ABAQUS SE, untuk menganalisis tegangan, regangan dan deformasi yang terjadi. Analisis stabilitas lereng dilakukan pada kasus lereng Villa Senggigi dengan metode Shear Strength Reduction (SSR) dimana model konstitutif tanah diasumsikan mengikuti kriteria Mohr-Coulomb dengan parameter input : berat volume (g), sudut geser dalam (f), kohesi ( c ), modulus elastisitas ( E ), Poisson rasio  (n) dan sudut dilatasi (y). Simulasi pembebanan dilakukan dengan variasi beban sebesar : 0 kPa (tanpa beban), 50 kPa, 75 kPa, 100 kPa, 125 kPa, 150 kPa, 175 kPa, dan 200 kPa. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi pembebanan terhadap stabilitas lereng beban runtuh yang dijinkan diatas puncak lereng Villa Senggigi adalah 200 kPa dengan faktor keamanan  FOS = 1.5 dan displacement = 1,297 m.

Abstract

The growing population has an impact on the increasing need for housing. A comfortable house can be made if the ground is fine. Pengengat Village in Pujut District has expansive soil which has high swelling-shrinkage properties. This activity aims to provide an understanding of the characteristics of expansive soil and how to improve it. This activity is divided into three stages, including: 1) site survey, 2) counseling, and 3) creating a lime column model. The survey results show that people in Pengengat village do not understand the characteristics of expansive soil and they also do not know how to improve the soil phenomenon. The floors and walls of the house were cracked and some were split. Poor drainage conditions also contributed to the damage to their homes. After carrying out these activities, the residents began to understand the characteristics of the expansive soil and how to improve it. We make three lime columns with a diameter of 25 cm and a depth of 75 cm. The distance between the lime columns is 1 m. For evaluation purposes, we take soil samples from each hole, the soil samples will be tested to determine the level of swelling
