Abstract

Abstrak - Aplikasi education mapping (AEM) adalah sebuah sistem yang diharapkan bisa membantu masyarakat dari dan luar Kota Serang mendapatkan informasi seputar pendidikan di Kota Serang khususnya mengenai lokasi sekolah yang ada di Kota Serang. Informasi mengenai lokasi sekolah adalah salah satu informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat, dengan adanya Aplikasi education mapping ini masyarakat Kota Serang akan lebih mudah lagi mengetahui lokasi Sekolah yang ada di Kota Serang dengan mudah dan cepat. Aplikasi education mapping dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, JavaScript dan HTML dengan database MySQL. Aplikasi education mapping diimplementasikan dengan Google Maps API. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengujian dan penilaian sistem yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Aplikasi education mapping (AEM) dengan pendeketan sistem informasi geografis untuk pemetaan pendidikan di Kota Serang dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu media informasi yang bisa membantu masyarakat Kota Serang mengetahui lokasi sekolah yang ada di Kota Serang.Kata Kunci : Kota Serang, Pendidikan, Sistem Informasi Geografis, Web

Abstract

It is undeniable that the development of technology in the present impacts on various aspects, especially in the field of learning technology. In learning, lecturers are required to implement innovations in the field of technology. One of the implementations of education technology is the implementation of evaluation by using Kahoot. Kahoot is a game-based learning platform. By implementing this learning evaluation, we expect students' achievement and motivation in learning to improve. The research method of this research is simple qualitative descriptive using a questionnaire that were distributed to the first semester Informatics Engineering students as the object of this research. From the questionnaire the results showed that 82.2% of students stated that Kahoot was able to increase their learning motivation. Other results is the increasing  of students’ scores in this evaluations and the obstacle found in implementing this evaluation is the umstable connections or internet networks.

Abstract

Tuberculosa atau penyakit TB merupakan salah satu penyakit menular yang penularannya dapat dikatakan sangat cepat dan sudah dikategorikan dalam masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang membutuhkan perhatian lebih. Bahkan Badan Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) menyatakat bahwa penyakit TB masuk dalam kategori kedaruratan global bagi kemanusiaan. Ditjen P2PL Kemenkes RI dalam pedoman Pengendalian TB menyatakan juga bahwa pada tahun 2013 muncul usulan dari beberapa anggota WHO untuk mengadakan strategi baru dalam rangka pengendalian TB yang diharapkan dapat mengendalikan laju infeksi dan penularan TB. Pada wilayah yang lebih spesifik, berdasarkan data yang dilaporkan melalui website SITT (sistem informasi tuberkulosis terpadu) di provinsi Banten juga melalui penyisiran kasus di rumah sakit berjumlah 38.127 kasus atau sekitar 98% dari target penemuan. Untuk itu, sebagai bentuk komitmen dalam rangka membantu mencanangkan gerakan Banten eliminasi TB bersama LKNU mengadakan sebuah pelatihan edukasi masyarakat tentang advokasi dan fundrising. Sejalan dengan pemerintah, LKNU melalui program TBC GF LKNU memiliki tujuan program TBC GF LKNU ini adalah membantu pemerintah dalam mencapai eliminasi TBC pada tahun 2035. Kegiatan tersebut dimulai dengan pelatihan advokasi dan fundrising.

Abstract

This research aims to identify how students at second semester in University of Serang Raya can differentiate between hortatory and Analytical Expositions. The method used is descriptive study. The sample of this research are 7 classes of second semester in University of Serang Raya. The tool for data collecting was a written text that students wrote in two kinds of text, Hortatory and Analytical Exposition in a side by side form (2 columns) and a quiz in a google forms. It is hope that by analysing the students’ writing, they are able to comprehend and differentiate the structure and the content of Hortatory and Analytical Exposition

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence employee performance at PT. Bumimulia Indah Lestari Cilegon Banten. The independent variables Social security and work motivation are the factors that are analyzed partially and simultaneously on the Dependent Variable of Employee Performance at the company. The number of samples in this study was 70 employees is a saturated sample. The analysis technique in this research uses a validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and R2 test. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method that is a measurement of object data by processing data using SPPS V.25.0 software. The results showed that (1) Social security variables partially did not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari, as evidenced by the t-value of 1,458 < t-table 1,668 with a sig value of 0.150> 0.05. (2) Work Motivation Variable partially positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari, evidenced by t-value 2,375> t-table 1,668 with a sig value of 0.02 <0.05. (3) Social Security and Work Motivation Variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of 19.6% s on the performance of employees of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari, where the F-value is 8,189> F table 3.13 with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05. Suggestions for PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari pay more attention to the timeliness of employees in carrying out their work so that the company's targets are met properly.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the application of video project to comprehend TOEIC materials in the "TOEIC preparation" course. The research method used is mix method, which is descriptive qualitative and quantitative research. During one semester, students are given the task of creating video content that re-explains each material that has been explained by the lecturer in the class. Data was collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires to gain an in-depth comprehension of students' experiences and perceptions regarding the assignment of video projects, and pre-test and post-test to know the enhancing of comprehension. The score’s TOEIC of pre-test and post-test were analyzed using the T-test. The research findings show that the assignment of video projects has a positive impact on students' comprehension of the TOEIC preparation material. Through the process of making videos, students are actively involved in re-interpreting and conveying information in a structured manner. Students' English speaking ability also experienced a significant increase. In producing video content, they practice speaking English by expressing ideas and explaining material verbally. In addition, the assignment of video projects also increases student motivation and involvement in learning. This creative activity provides an interesting and interactive way to study TOEIC preparation material, thereby increasing their interest and participation in the learning process. The videos produced by students can also be an additional learning resource for other students in comprehension the TOEIC preparation material. This study concludes that the use of video project is effective in increasing comprehension of the material in the TOEIC preparation course. The result questionnaire revealed that 60% strongly agree and 30% agree. The implication of this research is the importance of adopting active, creative and collaborative learning strategies in an effort to improve the quality of learning English. Based on the quantitative result using T test analysis, it could be said that video project could enhance TOEIC comprehension.

Abstract

Literacy is a person's ability to read and write. Literacy increases one's knowledge by reading and writing. Cikentang State Elementary School is one of the educational units that have implemented ICT in their learning process. The main purpose of learning ICT at SDN Cikentang is to prepare ANBK, and also to provide students with basic skills in using computers such as Microsoft Office. Based on the results of observations, field surveys and interviews with community service partners, it is known that there are several problems that exist at SDN Cikentang, firstly the use of ICT can only be accessed in schools and secondly there is still a lack of knowledge of students in using Google Docs and the importance of digital literacy. This service activity is carried out with a target for 5th grade students at SDN Cikentang. The purpose of this service activity is to provide knowledge and insight about Google Docs for students at SDN Cikentang and help students to increase creativity in actualizing thoughts about using Google Docs for daily literacy needs.

Abstract

The Implementation of Computer Based Test (CBT) in Learning Evaluation is increasingly being used in universities. To determine the level of student acceptance of the CBT system, a User Acceptance Test (UAT) is required. This study aims to evaluate student acceptance of the CBT system in learning evaluation using a UAT questionnaire. Data was collected from students of the Faculty Islamic Studies and Education Serang Raya University. The questionnaire was delivered in the form of google form. The results of the study show that students generally accept the CBT system well. The dimensions of ease of use and usefulness have the highest average values, followed by the dimensions of reliability and security. The feedback dimension shows that students have some suggestions for improving the CBT system. These findings indicate that the CBT system has the potential to be an effective tool in learning evaluation, but further improvement and development is needed to increase user satisfaction.
