Patients with pigmentary changes on their skin seek advise primarily for cosmetic reasons, although these are usually asymptomatic and without systemic consequencei. The most common types of pigmentary disturbances are freckles, melasma, lentikines, melanoderma, vitiligo and leukoderma.This article discusses normal melanogenesis, and clinical features, pathogenesis and treatment of pigmentary abnormalities of the skin,Patients suffering from pigmentary abnormalities attending the clinic of the Department of Dermatology and Venereology, Gadjah Mada University Hospital, are presented, From 1978 to 1979, 450 patients were noted. 26% males and 74% females, with the following breakdown: 18.2% melasma, 20.2% freckles, 12.4% melanoderma, 6.4% lentigo, 84.7% vitiligo and 8.1% leultoderma . -Key Words: pigmentary abnormalities - hyperpigmentation and hypopigmentation - epidermal melanin unit - hydrocluinon - psoralen

Diagnostic procedures by means of immunofluorescence techniques have been greatly used in investigations of some diseases which have immunologic background. These tests are now accepted as routine diagnostic procedures in dermatology in advanced countries beside electron microscopy. The main purpose of this paper is to summarize intelligibly immunofluorescence results obtained so far in various skin disorders. The methods of application can be divided into direct and indirect method.The basic principle, technical procedures, some problems and application of immunofluorescence on various skin diseases are discussed.Key Words: immunofluorescence techniques - direct and indirect immunofluorescence -- antigen-antibody tracing - immunologic skin diseases - dermatoses

Perseroan Terbatas (PT). Bank Sulteng semula bernama Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sulawesi Tengah, kemudian beralih menjadi PT. Bank Sulteng, perubahan status ini secara yuridis mengakibatkan status Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dalam hal ini Guebernur berubah pula, artinya yang semula berhak untuk membuat kebijakan sendiri dalam pengelolaan bank yang bersangkutan, namun setelah berubah status menjadi PT. Bank Sulteng posisi Gubernur hanyalah merupakan pemegang saham mayoritas, dan untuk membuat suatu kebijaksanaan pada Bank Sulteng tidak bisa dilakukan sendiri oleh gubernur, melainkan harus melalui Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS), sebagaimana ditentukan Dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Tebatas. Secara yuridis modal yang disertakan Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah pada PT. Bank Sulteng bukan lagi milik Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, tetapi merupakan modal yang dimilliki oleh PT. Bank Sulteng yang berasal dari modal yang disetorkan, artinya modal yang berasal dari Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah yang disetorkan kepada PT. Bank Sulteng, dan penggunaannya sepenuhnya tergantung pada kepentingan PT. Bank Sulteng sebagimana diatur dalam Anggaran Dasarnya. Dan selanjutnya Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah tidak bisa turut campur secara langsung, kecuali dalam statusnya sebagai pemegang saham, itupun harus dilakukan melalui Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham RUPS). Dan dari hasil penelusuran bahwa selama ini tidak pernah dilaksanakan RUPS untuk membicarakan penambahan modal PT. Bank Sulteng, tetapi secara sepihak diputuskan oleh Pemerintah Sulawesi Tengah dengan berkoordinasi dengan DPRD. Padahal penambahan modal dalam suatu Perseroan ada ketentuannya dalam. Undang-undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 Tentang Perseroan Terbatas (UU. Perseroan) Kata Kunci : Kewenangan, PT. Bank Sulteng, dan Pemegang Saham

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi kerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Sosial Kota Palu. TipeÂ penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriktif kualitatif dengan Tehnik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian di Kantor Dinas Sosial Kota Palu. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 6 orang. Data yang dibutuhkan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam waktu kurang lebih 6 bulan. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, analisis data, dan penarikan kesimpulan serta pemberian saran-saran. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah beberapa pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Palu termotivasi oleh kinginan untuk berprestasi, keinginan untuk berkuasa dalam bekerja. Sehingga mereka selalu berusaha bekerja dengan baik menyelesaikan tugas-tugasnya secara disiplin dan tepat waktu. Sedangkan sebagian pegawai lainnya tidak menjadikan prestasi dan keinginan memperoleh kekuasaan atau jabatan dalam bekerja. Pegawai inilah yang kinerjanya belum maksimal sebab mereka lebih santai dalam bekerja. Selanjutnya, kebutuhan afiliasi menjadi motivasi bagi semua pegawai dalam bekerja dan membuat mereka rajin datang ke ke kantor.

Javanese people in the past used piwulang text as a source of behavior. Javanese identity is inherent in conduct and behavior. They believe that the Javanese teachings possess valuable values and character. The purpose of this study is to present the Serat Wulang Putra (SWP) as a source of character education for the modern generation. The Javanese text is one of the sources of character education based on Indonesian culture. This type of research is qualitative research focussing on character education designedt and applied to the modern generation. This research is a descriptive qualitative one. The theory applied in this research is content analysis theory. Serat Wulang Putra (SWP) text is analyzed in order to obtain some values that are useful for modern generation character educations, namely mutual respect, obedience to teachers, obedience to parents, toughness, honesty, responsibility, steadfastness, wisdom, patience, love and care, and carefulness. Students of Grade III of Elementary school began to be taught Javanese script. The student has some problems when studying Javanese script that is difficult to distinguish and the use of media of learning of Javanese script is limited. Based on these problems found the idea of developing the media of Pansus Raja for the learning of third-grade students of Elementary School in Semarang regency. The problems in this research are: (1) how the needs of teachers and students of the third grade of Elementary school in Semarang regency to Pansus Raja, (2) how to develop the media of Pansus Raja, and (3) how to validate expert lecturers. The method used in this research is Research and Development (RnD) using a data analysis technique that is descriptive qualitative technique. After Pansus Raja was created, then tested to the expert lecturers. The revitalized Pansus Raja tried out to Elementary School. The result of the trial is the media Pansus Raja proved to increase students' understanding of Javanese script.

Unen-unen related to the karawitan (Javenese traditional musical art) comes from the utterances of artists or karawitan observers.In addition, it is also the extent to those unen-unen that reflect Javanese ethics are implemented in social life. This research aimsto describe the form of unen-unen that reflects Javanese ethics in the Surakarta-style karawitan and its implementation in life.The approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data were collected through of observation techniques,unguided interview techniques, recording techniques, observation methods, documentation methods, and note taking techniques.The data were analyzed by content review techniques or content analysis. The results of this study are: (1) the form of unen-unenthat reflects Javanese ethics in the Surakarta-style karawitan classified based on the lingual unit of the word 23 unen-unen,consisting of monomorphemic 14 unen-unen, and polymorphemic 9 unen-unen (3 in the form of compound words); (2) theimplementation of unen-unen that reflects Javanese ethics in the Surakarta-style karawitan could be occured since there is ananalogy between its meaning in society and in the karawitan musical arts. The analogy reffered to the similarity meaning of theunen-unen that is in the karawitan musical arts and that applies in social life, while the implementation is in the form of anactivity example or a concrete form that reflects the found of unen-unen. After being analogized in social life, these unen-unencontain ethics that are often used by Javanese people as a guideline in their lives, therefore Javanese people could achieve aharmonious life and a high spiritual level. Penelitian ini merupakan studi pendahuluan untuk mengkaji psikologi Suryomentaram (Suryomentaram, 1985a, 1985b) sebagai teori dalam penelitian novel berbahasa Jawa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membandingkan pemikiran Suryomentaram dengan pemikiran psikologi Barat. Selama ini penelitian psikologi dalam novel Jawa menggunakan teori Sigmund Freud yang mengusung konsep id, ego, dan superego (Milner, 1992). Hasil kajian penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur novel dan gejala psikologis di dalamnya hanya dilihat sebagai struktur pembangun. Novel perlu dipelajari dengan pendekatan psikologi lokal (indigenous psychology) untuk memahami konteks sosial dan budayanya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kelemahan penelitian psikologi novel Jawa selama ini, membandingkan psikologi Suryomentaram dengan teori Barat, yaitu Sigmund Freud, Carl Gustav Jung, dan Alfred Adler, serta menawarkan psikologi Suryomentaram sebagai pendekatan penelitian novel Jawa. Suryomentaram mengajarkan konsep psikologis yang bersumber dari budaya Jawa.
