Abstract

The purpose of preparing this work is to find out the forms of lecturer creativity in electronics learning in the digital era 5.0. The literature review method was used to examine relevant literature. Data sources include journal articles, books, policy documents, and interviews with experienced lecturers. Data collection techniques involve literature searches through academic databases and direct interviews with lecturers. Data analysis was carried out descriptively, focusing on identifying lecturers' creative practices in integrating technology in electronics learning. The result of this work is that in the era of electronic learning in Digital 5.0, lecturers have a crucial role in creating innovative learning experiences. By utilizing learning and creativity theories, lecturers can become learning architects who utilize technology effectively and facilitate the development of student creativity. Logistical and geographical challenges in Indonesia require the use of information technology to support distance learning. Lecturers also act as creative facilitators who inspire and guide students towards academic achievement and competitive skills development. The integration of learning theories and creativity in electronic learning allows lecturers to play a central role in directing education towards an innovative and dynamic future. This is in accordance with the objectives of the Higher Education Law no. 12 of 2012, which emphasizes the formation of students who are moral, intellectually capable, creative and have a noble culture.

Abstract

Gelombang yang merambat dari perairan dalam (laut) menuju ke perairan dangkal (pantai) akan mengalami perubahan perilaku gelombang (transformasi) dari sifat dan parameter gelombang, seperti proses refraksi, shoaling, refleksi, maupun difraksi akibat pengaruh karakteristik serta ada atau tidaknya bangunan yang menghalanginya. Adanya bangunan pelabuhan menyebabkan gelombang menjadi terganggu. Seperti yang terjadi pada salah satu pantai yang terletak di Kabupaten Lombok Timur, tepatnya di Pantai Labuhan Haji, bangunan pelabuhan yang dibangun sekitar tahun 2009 menyebabkan kondisi gelombang di sekitar pelabuhan menjadi tidak stabil yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya erosi dan sedimentasi pada kedua sisi bangunan pelabuhan. Kondisi gelombang yang tidak stabil kemudian mempengaruhi besar kecilnya laju sedimen arah sejajar pantai pada kedua sisi bangunan tersebut. Analisa kondisi gelombang akibat bangunan pelabuhan dilakukan dengan mensimulasikan gelombang hasil prakiraan NOAA/NWS/NCEP Marine Modelling And Analysis Branch tahun 2007-2008 dengan 3 (tiga) variasi gelombang . Simulasi dilakukan 7 tahap untuk 1 kali simulasi tahap validasi, serta masing-masing 3 tahap untuk simulasi sebelum dan sesudah adanya bangunan pelabuhan. Simulasi gelombang ini dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SMS 8.0 model CGWAVE. Bangunan pelabuhan mengakibatkan tinggi gelombang di depan bangunan pelabuhan meningkat hingga 31,06 % yaitu dari 1,32 m menjadi 1,73 m akibat proses refleksi, dan menurun hingga 24,741 % yaitu dari 1,063 m menjadi 0,8 m akibat proses difraksi apabila gelombang datang dari arah tegak lurus pantai. Sementara itu, saat gelombang disimulasikan datang dari arah kanan bangunan, tinggi gelombang menurun hingga 79,9 % dari 0,835 m menjadi 0,1681 m di sisi kanan dan dalam kolam pelabuhan akibat proses difraksi, serta meningkat hingga 27,7 % dari 0,8073 m menjadi 1,031 m akibat proses refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil analisa pola sedimen transpor, diperoleh bahwa pola gelombang di sisi kanan bangunan menyebabkan sedimentasi akibat mengendapnya sedimen karena terhalang oleh bangunan. Sedangkan di sisi kiri bangunan pelabuhan terjadi erosi akibat meningkatnya pola transportasi sedimen.

Abstract

The implementation of the Regulation of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia (PERMA) Number: 6 of 2018, dated 4 December 2018 concerning Guidelines for Settlement of Government Administrative Disputes after taking administrative measures, which is a further regulation of the provisions in Articles 75, 76 and Article 77 of Law Number 30 of the Year 2014 concerning Government Administration, bringing changes to the State Administrative Justice system in Indonesia, namely related to Administrative Efforts. This then gives rise to several problems, namely first, whether administrative measures are an obligation that must be taken first before filing a state administrative dispute lawsuit with the State Administrative Court (PTUN); secondly, what is the procedure for making objections to State Civil Service (ASN) employment disputes? The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the application of administrative efforts to state administration disputes. Normative juridical research methods are used to answer this problem. The results of the research show that administrative efforts must be carried out as legal protection for the people in State Administration disputes, and the legal procedure is to carry out objection efforts in ASN disputes as regulated in Article 129 of Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus, and the Judge will reject the party If the plaintiff has not taken the available administrative measures.

Abstract

Legislative regulations are written regulations formed by state institutions or authorized officials and are generally binding. In realizing national legal development policies, especially statutory regulations and realizing the orderly formation of statutory regulations by paying attention to general principles and the hierarchy of statutory regulations, Law Number 15 of 2019 concerning the formation of statutory regulations has been promulgated. However, looking at the aspect of the development of legislative regulations from year to year, it can be felt that there are weaknesses in the law and there are several other issues that are why the law is often subject to judicial review. To overcome this, it is necessary to evaluate the drafting of future legislation and the need to respond to various developments in state and government life as well as the dynamics occurring in society and so on.
