Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the yield, chemical compositions, amino acids, minerals, and heavy metal residues (Pb, Hg) of fresh and boiled mussel. Amino acid was analyzed usingHPLC, minerals and heavy metals were examined using AAS and phosphorus by spectrophotometer, fatty acids by GC, and cholesterol by Liebermann-Buchard. The results showed that the chemical composition of water content, ash, protein and lipid of mussels meat were decreased about 6.09%, 2.25%, 1.39%, 0.42%, respectively after boiled while carbohydrate was increased 4.07% and the amino acids were decreased after boiling. The Ca, Mg, K, P, Na, Cu were declined after boiled, while Co, Fe, Mn and Zn were incraseed. In addition, the Pb was decreased after boiled while Hg and Se were not detected in both fresh and boiled mussel meat. SAFA fatty acids was 38.71% (fresh) and 37.31% (boiled), MUFA 8.13% (fresh) and 8.02% (boiled), PUFA 10.31% (fresh) and 8.77% (boiled), and the cholesterol contents were 102.57 mg/100 g of fresh and 100.97mg/100 g for boiled mussel meat.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Hipertensi adalah kondisi ketika tekanan darah sistolik > 140 mmHg dan atau tekanan darah diastolik >90 mmHg. Prevalensi hipertensi meningkat dengan cepat dari tahun ke tahun. Ada berbagai macam tindakan yang dilakukan untuk menstasbilkan tekanan darah salah satunya mengunakan tindakan non farmakologis yaitu dengan relaksasi benson. Tujuan: mengindentifikasi efektifitas relaksasi benson terhadap pasien dengan penderita hipertensi. Metode: penelitian deskriptif menggunakan metode desain studi kasus. Sampel yang diambil adalah pasien yang berkunjung ke IGD yang memiliki hipertensi >140/90 mmHg dengan jumlah responden 5. instrumen menggunakan SOP benson serta lembar observasi tekanan darah . Analisa yan digunakan dalam penelitia ini yaitu Analisa deskritif . Hasil: pengukuran tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan relaksasi benson, Responden 1 berada di hipertensi Tingkat I, Responden 2 berada di pre hipertensi, responden 3 berada di hipertensi Tingkat I, dan responden ke 4 berada di hipertensi Tingkat I dan yang terakhir responden ke 5 berada di pre- hipertensi. Kesimpulan: terdapat pengaruh relaksasi benson untuk membantu  penurunan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh pembiayaan sektor pendidikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di lima kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah selama periode 2019–2023. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui model regresi data panel Fixed Effect Model (FEM), variabel yang dianalisis meliputi belanja pendidikan, Angka Partisipasi Murni (APM), Angka Partisipasi Kasar (APK), dan Angka Putus Sekolah (APS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa hanya APM yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IPM, sedangkan belanja pendidikan, APK, dan APS tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa besarnya anggaran pendidikan tidak secara otomatis mendorong peningkatan pembangunan manusia tanpa pengelolaan yang efektif. Ketidakefisienan dalam alokasi dana dan fokus pada aspek yang kurang strategis seperti infrastruktur menjadi faktor lemahnya dampak belanja pendidikan terhadap IPM. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris dengan memanfaatkan data terkini (2019– 2023) dan menambahkan variabel kontrol penting yang jarang dikaji dalam penelitian sebelumnya. Selain itu, fokus penelitian pada kota-kota utama di Jawa Tengah dengan karakteristik pendidikan dan fiskal yang berbeda-beda memperkuat relevansi temuan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan optimalisasi penggunaan anggaran pendidikan secara lebih terarah untuk meningkatkan APM dan pemerataan kualitas pendidikan, guna mendorong pencapaian IPM yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan di tingkat daerah.
