Communities is important aspect in the survival of a tourist destinations and the community also an important aspect in the success a program a television show where in the program present information devoted to the communityAs for the kind of research used is research quantitative with the methods descriptive verifikatif which is to explain x, y and looking for relation of them in size sample as much as 140 respondents. The sampling techniques used is random sampling .Analysis techniques the data used analytics linear regression multiple. The research results show positive results and significant on variables subjects that is content program, format program, duration program and simultaneously to interest visit community. Magnitude impact of the Program of interest visit communities is a very important aspect for the continuity of tourism places in the program.

This research suggests an actor or actress, i.e. how an actor or actress in the role of a local character in a movie that was themed cultural diversity. The researchers used a qualitative research method with the approach of the study of Phenomenology that became a phenomenon and how the experience of an actor or actress in the role of animates to look realistic se maybe. Social construction theory researchers wear property of Peter l. Berger. These studies resulted that in any one actor or role animates actresses observational or should do the work directly into the field in order to adapt to the environment that will be lakoninya later especially in a movie that was themed cultural diversity, with different cultural dipeankan it be a challenge or a valuable experience of an actor or actress himself because it can know how the sense of difference from a variety of cultures

The aim of this research were to determine the Effect of Motivation and Employee Competence on Employee Performance. This type of research using quantitative approaches and data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations. The population in this study were employees who worked at Staffing and Human Resource Development in Central Lampung Regency and were sampled by purposive sampling using the Slovin formula to 50 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21. Findings signify that: (1) Is work motivation significant to employee performance? (2) is competence significant for employee performance? (3) Does motivation and competence have a significant effect on employee performance?

Tembang merupakan istilah untuk lagu di Sunda. Tembang Sunda merupakan jenis interaksi manusia, sistem komunikasi verbal maupun non-verbal. Orang mengekspresikan emosi serta perasaan mereka melalui tembang Sunda. Tembang Sunda berarti puisi, pada istilah di Sunda disebut dengan pupuh. Nembang merupakan kegiatan menyanyikan lagu tembang, pada beberapa sumber, nembang didefinisikan sebagai menyanyikan puisi, yang dalam bahasa sunda disebut ngalagukeun tembang. Kemudian menyanyikan puisi atau ngalagukeun tembang berasal dari lagu, atau melodi. Hal ini menekankan bahwa puisi tersebut harus dinyanyikan. Tembang Cianjuran termasuk kedalam tradisi lisan karena berdasarkan kepada cerita pantun yang mengandung unsur khayalan, atau cerita rakyat, dan cerita berdasarkan kejadian sejarah, yang kemudian diturunkan dari generasi ke generasi di tanah Sunda.
