Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya teknologi modern, kebutuhan akan listrik menjadi kebutuhan yang semakin mendasar. Baterai merupakan perangkat yang sangat dibutuhkan bagi peralatan elektronik untuk menyimpan energi. Peran baterai sangat penting, salah satunya dalam penggunaan sistem IoT, terutama jika diaplikasikan di daerah yang memiliki keterbatasan energi listrik. Konsumsi daya listrik pada baterai dipengaruhi oleh desain dari sistem IoT tersebut. Pada penelitian ini penulis melakukan analisis ketahanan baterai pada sistem monitoring hidroponik dengan menggunakan dua jenis baterai yang berbeda: Baterai Lithium-polymer (Li-Po) dan Lithium-ion (Li-ion) dengan kapasitas masing-masing 12V 5000mAH. Pada pengujian ini baterai akan digunakan untuk menyuplai sistem pemantauan hidroponik berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Dari penelitian tersebut diketahui nilai efisiensi baterai paling rendah yaitu baterai Li-Po dengan durasi pengiriman data 5 detik yaitu sebesar 8,9% dan nilai efisiensi baterai paling tinggi adalah baterai Li-Ion dengan durasi pengiriman data 15 menit yaitu sebesar 77%

Abstract

The need for electricity for human life is increasing day by day, both for daily living needs and industrial needs. In reality, electricity doesn't always work as expected, sometimes it goes out and disrupts activities, although not often, that's why it's necessary to have backup electricity, especially for those used by many people. The aim of this program is to provide understanding to all administrators and students of related orphanages about the safety of electrical installations and knowledge about generators as backup electrical power sources as well as assistance in installing and improving electrical installations for generators. Socialization activities and assistance in improving the electrical installations of orphanages have run smoothly and met work targets, as evidenced by the increase in knowledge and understanding of related orphanage administrators and students regarding how to work, installing generators and the safety of electrical installations, especially regarding the type and size of cables that must be used. In this activity, the management and students accompanied by the service team succeeded in installing and testing the electrical installation for the generator. The results of testing the generator with a household load measured a voltage of 220 Volts, a current of 0.37 Ampere and a frequency of 50 Hz during daytime testing (minimal electrical load usage). Selection and use of NYY 2.5 mm2 cable which has a KHA (Current Carrying Strength) of 27 Amperes to support the maximum load of the orphanage which is measured at 7.18 Amperes.

Abstract

Penyebaran jaringan internet menggunakan wirelles sekarang ini sangatlah besar, Apalagi jika di dalam sarana pendidikan tinggi, tentu sangat dibutuhkan. Koneksi jaringan internet tidak hanya dibutuhkan oleh mahasiswa, namun juga di butuhkan untuk layanan tenaga pendidik dan semua dosen dalam melaksanakan pendidikan. Penyebaran internet yang efektif sangatlah diperlukan agar dapat menjangkau ke seluruh ruangan di gedung utama. Gedung utama Universitas PGRI Semarang sangatlah unik, karena berbentuk seperti bentuk U, hal ini perlu dilakukan perancangan kebutuhan yang tepat. Jumlah acesspoint dapat efektif melayani ke seluruh pengguna yang menyebar di segala ruangan. Dari hasil perencanaan diperoleh hasil bahwa untuk dapat melayani sebanyak 400 orang, dengan ukuran panjang lorong gedung 180 m, lebar 8 m, tinggi 4 m. Maka dibutuhkan 3 buah acesspoint di setiap lorong.

Abstract

A room heating device equipped with a temperature control system that will be used to regulate the room temperature so that it is stable at a certain value. Before designing the hardware and setting the control methods that will be used, to simplify the design, a system response simulation is first carried out. In order to simulate the response of the temperature control system in the heating room, a mathematical model of the heating room and the temperature control system used is needed. Therefore, an approach using the FOPDT method is used to determine the mathematical model of the heating space. After obtaining a suitable mathematical model for the heating room in this research case, it is continued by providing a control gain (P-I-D) so that the performance of the heating room control system meets the requirements. To get the gain value (P-I-D), tuning is carried out using the ultimate cycle method. Providing Kp=0.06 to this temperature control system provides a steady state error performance of 5°C, rise time of 247 seconds and overshoot of 10°C. The addition of 1/Ti = 0.00133 and the change in Kp = 0.027 resulting from ultimate cycle tuning, have the effect of eliminating the steady state error but increasing the rise time to 530 seconds. The addition of Td = 112.5 and changes in 1/Ti = 0.0022 and Kp = 0.036 resulting from ultimate cycle tuning, have the effect of reducing the rise time to 380 seconds, but increasing the overshoot to 18°C

Abstract

Artificial intelligence with deep learning. Has been widely used at many field especially in computer vision technology. It can be found in many purpose and variety of device for it’s deplayment. Deep learning is a neural network that is arranged in very deep layers in order to extract information in more detail. However, with the high level of performance can be achieved, in other hand, another problem arises; the need for very large computing resources in the process. This study has objective to find method and strategies for optimizing edge device in order to continue implementing deep learning with good performance even with limited computing resources. This study uses pruning and quantization methods. After the conventional training process, additional treatment is carried out by reducing the layers and quantizing the weights to reduce the fractional numbers on each weight. At the final step, the conversion of the optimized model into a format suitable for Raspberry Pi 4 is carried out. The results of these experiment showed a significant increase in prediction latency of 2.8x faster and a decrease in file size to 13.74% smaller. This is very beneficial in the implementation of deep learning on Raspberry Pi which has minimal memory and computing capacity.

Abstract

Taman Pendidikan Al Quran (TPQ) mempunyai peran untuk pembentukan karakter Islami melalui pembelajaran Al Quran, praktek sholat, hafalan surat-surat pendek dan doa harian untuk anak anak. Saat pendemi Covid19 yang lalu menyebabkan metode pembejalaran menjadi daring yang membutuhkan koneksi internet yang mapan dan stabil. Untuk koneksi internet yang stabil memerlukan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Sampai dengan masa pandemi Covid19 selesai seperti sekarang ini, koneksi internet masih diperlukan untuk pengajaran daring apabila dibutuhkan. Untuk menyediakan hal tersebut, maka kegiatan pendampingan pembenahan instalasi internet di Lembaga Pendidikan A Quran An Nur Tanggul Mas Barat Semarang dibutuhkan untuk mengoptimalkan jaringan internet yang ada. Dari kegiatan ini, terhitung adanya peningkatan kualitas sinyal wifi dengan nilai RSSI kategori baik sekali meningkat dari 41,38% menjadi 47,78%.

Abstract

The purpose for this study is to convert mechanical vibration into electrical Power. Our target is to provide enough power for 1.2 V rechargeable battery having 160 . The investigation was conducted experimentally in electrical mechanical engineering laboratory. Four piezoelectric was connected to circuits in series mode called 1 module. In order to recharge the battery having voltage 1.2 volt, the measurement of the intensity of the loudspeaker was verified. According to table 1, it was found that at 2  of vibration is best because the value is 1.4 V nearest to 1.2 V. It was found that the mechanical vibration can be converted into electric power. It was found that to recharge 160  having 1.2 V, the 20 modules are needed.
