Abstract

This paper examines the development of infographic learning media based on Gayo filigree embroidery values to improve student character during the covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to explore, develop, and test the effectiveness of the media. The method used in this research is using the Borg Gall model. The results of the study indicate that so far teachers have used learning media and instilled character education. However, the material developed is only limited to the material contained in the textbooks. The development of historical infographic learning media based on Gayo filigree embroidery values is used as a solution for exploratory or preliminary studies. From the results of the media effectiveness test, it shows that the developed media can improve students' character.Keywords: Learning Media, Infographics, Gayo filigree embroidery Values, Character.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the existence of marriage dispensation with the handling of cases and the standardization of case examinations based on legal certainty. This study is based on normative legal research with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The presence of a marriage dispensation is the cause of marriages that have not reached the minimum age of marriage according to applicable law. The determination of the age limit of marriage is influenced by the 'urf that prevails in society by considering various advances that do not conflict with Islamic law. Religious Courts as parties that have authority in issuing marriage dispensations, must consider various aspects before approving applications for marriage dispensations such as sharia, sociological, psychological, juridical, and health aspects. Juridically with the provisions contained in article 5 of the Marriage Law, the phrase "very urgent reasons" opens up a space for diverse interpretations (multi-interpretation) for judges in dealing with marriage dispensation because the context of this phrase is in a general, not particular, meaning. There needs to be standardization in the case of this marriage dispensation application so that there is a unity of mind that realizes legal certainty.

Abstract

Permasalahan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa dapat ditemukan pada kesadaran fonologisnya. Maka penelitian ini menganalisis kesadaran fonologis siswa yang ditinjau dari kemampuannya membaca permulaan. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode tes, observasi dan wawancara yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk medapatkan data. Fokus penelitian ini terletak pada aspek ketepatan bunyi dan perubahan bunyi. Terdapat 6 orang siswa sebagai subjek penelitian ini dari tiga kategori kemampuan membaca permulaan yakni kategori tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Hasilnya diperoleh bahwa siswa yang berkategori tinggi ditemukan bahwa kesadaran fonologis dinyatakan sangat baik. Siswa yang berkategori sedang ditemukan bahwa kesadaran fonologis dinyatakan cukup baik, sedangkan siswa yang berkategori rendah ditemukan bahwa kesadaran fonologis dinyatakan sangat lemah. Hasil analisis dijelaskan bahwa terdapat beberapa subjek penelitian yang memiliki kesadaran fonologis, sebab subjek melakukan perubahan bunyi kata yang dibaca dan bunyi huruf pada saat membaca. Kesalahan perubahan bunyi huruf dan kata ini banyak ditemukan pada saat membaca kata yang memiliki huruf diftong dan konsonan rangkap. Kesalahan ini dipengaruhi oleh dialek siswa dan kelemahan dalam pengetahuan penyebutan bunyi bahasa.
