This study aims to identify the Integration of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (FMEA) to Increase the Effectiveness of Screw Press Machines at PT. Beurata Subur Persada Nagan Raya Regency. Based on the results of the study showed that the effectiveness of the Screw Press for PT. Beurata Subur Persada is still in the effective category with an average Overall Equipment Effectiveness value of 86.14 percent. This means that the screw press machine used is still very effective in the process of pressing the FFB. From the results of the analysis of the six big lose factor, it can be seen that Reduced speed losses is a very significant factor in the decline in OEE values on screw press machines with an average of 52.69% or with a time of 130.47 minutes. The results of the FMEA analysis show that the RPN value the biggest is 180 in the breakdown losses for the type of broken shift failure then the second largest is 120 in the reduced speed losses for the type of failure the engine speed is reduced. The results of the FMEA weighting with the largest RPN (risk priority number) for each category are 180 and 120. Based on these results it is necessary to propose improvements to reduce the breakdown losses and reduced speed losses in the highest repair priority, namely broken beds and reduced engine speeds. Overcoming these problems can be done by doing preventive maintenance on a regular basis once a week to prevent damage by dismantling the machine and re-installing and tightening or replacing new components.

This study discusses determining each CPO oil processing machine in the production process using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness method, determining the percentage of each factor contained in the six major losses and determining the dominant factors needed in the CPO oil processing machine. Based on the results of the study showed that the OEE value of each of the CPO oil processing machines OEE value on the strelelizer was 71.41%, for the Thesher / Thickening machine at 75.64%, for the Screw Press machine at 68.21 and OEE value on the clarification machine is 78.16% while the six major loss factor has the greatest proportion of time loss and needs to be repaired is reducing the speed of loss that is equal to 84.62%, this condition shows the ability of the press and clarification machine in achieving the target production and in achieving the ideal conditions that is yaitu85%. Percentage of the magnitude of the factors contained in the six major losses, namely the strelelizer machine due to the Process of Disability Losses and Yield Reduction with the same percentage level that is equal to 49.03%, on the Threser machine caused by Reduction of Speed Loss with a percentage level of 72.70%, on Press machines Generated by Reduced Speed Loss with a percentage level of 34.50% and Clarification machines caused by Reduced Speed Loss with a percentage level of 84.62%, from the four CPO processing machines a factor of six large losses that is, on a disadvantage machine, this is difficult to avoid because of this deficiency also because of the poor quality of CPO oil due to free fatty acid levels and high water content. The dominant factor influencing the effectiveness of the use of CPO oil processing machines that occurred during the period August 2018-July 2019 with the OEE method on the Screw Press machine that is equal to 73.85% as expected based on world class OEE standards (85%) using with other machines this is caused by the speed and pressure when processing FFB is reduced / unstable, the press machine that is used often to repair the damage produced does not meet the expected quality and quantity specifications.

Quality problems have led to the tactics and strategy of the company as a whole in order to have a competitive and survive against global competition with other companies' products. One of the activities in creating quality to fit the standard is to implement proper quality control system, have clear objectives and stages, as well as providing innovations in the prevention and solution of the problems facing the company. This study was carried out in the UKM manufacturing of dry bread which aims to create kulaitas penegndalian system that can minimize the amount of disability products produced. The tools that used in this research are seven tools. The results showed that there are two dominant variables that cause the bread kecacaatn deformed and charred by 20.5%. Through the analysis of a causal diagram can be seen the factors causing damage in production is derived from a human factors / workers, machinery production, working methods, materials / raw materials. This study gives an overview on the real condition of the object studied, requiring further studies on preventive measures that can be done in controlling the process of product quality testing.Keywords : Quality, statistic, seven tools, UKM

Mesin Penyangrai kelapa kukur (U Neuleu) adalah mesin yang digunakan untuk melakukan proses sangrai dengan cara penggorengan tanpa menggunakan minyak dan tangan manusia. Desain alat akan menjelaskan bagaimana proses menggambar bagian-bagian dari alat yang akan di rancangan oleh karna itu perlu persiapan yang matang untung mendesain suatu alat agar waktu proses pembuatan nya tidak akan terjadi kesalahan dimana nanti nya waktu pembuatan alat harus sesuai dengan gambar yang sudah di buat sebelumnya. Mesin sangrai ini bekerja secara Otomatis yang di kontrol mengunakan Adruino UNO untuk Rangkaian elektrikal menggunakan arduino untuk bisa mengatur waktu matinya motor DC saat melakukan penyangraian, pengontrolan waktu menghidupkan alat penyangrai sebagai otomasi yang mengurangi ketergantungan dari kontrol operator, bisa dilakukan dengan pengaturan waktu penyangrai sesuai dengan kematangan U Neuleu. Beban kerja merupakan beban yang diterima oleh pekerja akibat pelaksanaan kerja, yang mana beban kerja ini diterima oleh tubuh akibat melaksanakan suatu aktivitas kerja. Stasiun boiler merupakan salah satu stasiun yang ada di PT Perkebunan Nusantara III PKS Sisumut. Ketel uap (boiler) digunakan sebagai sumber tenaga dan sumber uap yang akan dipakai untuk mengolah kelapa sawit.. Stasiun boiler mempunyai suhu ruangan sebesar 29-420C akibat dipengaruhi oleh paparan panas dari tungku pembakaran boiler. Operator bekerja selama 8 jam kerja per hari dan berada di lingkungan kerja yang panas. Melalui pengukuran beban kerja, maka akan diketahui apakah kerja beban kerja seorang operator sudah optimal dengan adanya pengaruh temperatur disekitar lingkungan. Beban kerja yang diperoleh dari perhitungan komsumsi energi didapat hasil nilai rata-rata E = 8,031 Kkal/menit dan nilai rata-rata %CVL = 60,39 (kerja dalam waktu singkat) dikategorikan bahwa beban kerja operator merupakan beban kerja berat yang berarti operator tidak diperbolehkan beraktivitas dalam waktu yang lama. Dan temperatur yang diperoleh dari perhitungan rata-rata nilai ISBB pada stasiun boiler adalah 33,50C. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa iklim kerja di stasiun boiler melebihi NAB. Dengan demikian, temperatur pada lingkungan kerja merupakan salah satu penyebab terjadinya kelelahan operator boiler saat bekerja. Berdasarkan persamaan regresi antara denyut nadi kerja dan temperatur diperoleh nilai korelasi 1,000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa denyut nadi kerja mempunyai hubungan antara denyut nadi kerja dengan temperatur. Semakin tinggi temperatur maka denyut nadi juga akan semakin cepat.

PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III PKS Sei Mangkei merupakan salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak dibidang perkebunan, pengolahan,dan pemasaran hasil perkebunan yang berlokasi di Blok 113, Afdeling II, Kecamatan Bosar Maligas, Kabupaten Simalungun, Sumatera Utara. Jumlah karyawan pada tahun 2019 yaitu sebanyak 200 orang dengan 8 karyawan pimpinan dan 8 karyawan pelaksan . Penelitan bertujuan untuk menetukan karyawan yang optimal menggunakan metode Full Time Equivalent. Metode Full Time Equivalent digunakan untuk menyelesaikan berbagai pekerjaan dibandingkan terhadap waktu kerja efektif yang tersedia, FTE bertujuan menyederhanakan pengukuran kerja dengan mengubah jam beban kerja ke jumlah orang yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan tertentu. Hasil Metode FTE menunjukkan karyawan krani laboratorium yang dibutuhkan adalah 1 orang dengan jumlah karyawan sekarang 1 orang. Hasil Metode FTE menunjukkan karyawan krani sortasi yang dibutuhkan adalah 1,22 orang dengan jumlah karyawan sekarang 1 orang. Berdasarkan perhitungan Metode FTE perlu adanya perubahan tenaga kerja atau karyawan pada krani ini, di bagian krani laboratorium sudah sesuai maka tidak perlu penambahan jumlah tenaga kerja sedangkan bagian krani sortasi perlu penambahan 2 orang karyawan. Kue Karah is a traditional cake that has been part of the cultural richness of the Acehnese people for a long time. In West Aceh district, the center of Kue Karah production is in Meureubo District, especially in Langung Village. The problem of partners in making Kue Karah is the process of making karah cakes in the traditional way. In the manufacturing process workers experience the risk of fatigue, and musculoskeletal disorders caused by exposure to heat production equipment. In addition, the quality of products produced is not standardized and organizational and financial management is still family based. For this reason, it is necessary to apply the right technology to overcome this weakness. This community service program is a community partnership program between the university and UMKM makers Kue Karah. This program not only offers problem solving regarding the use of Kue Karah makers, but also technology transfer in the form of Kue Karah makers to improve the quality of Kue Karah products and increase production volumes. In addition, this service program also provides training and assistance in organizational and financial management. Thus this program has a comprehensive, meaningful, complete and sustainable value.

Angle tilt is an important factor that affects the amount of solar radiation received on the surface of solar panels. Fixed-mounted solar panels cannot receive the maximum amount of solar radiation. How to get the maximum solar radiation by positioning the surface of the solar panel at a certain slope to be directly facing the sun. This study aims at determining the optimum slope angle of solar panels in the city of Meulaboh (4,152 LU, 96,131 BT). The method of calculating the total value of solar radiation on a sloping surface simulated with Pvsyst Software is used to determine the annual optimum tilt angle. NASA SSE solar radiation data from 1983 – 2005 were used to support simulations in this study. The results showed that the tilt angle that can produce the maximum output energy in the city of Meulaboh (4,152 LU, 96,131 BT, Johan Pahlawan) is at an angle of 5° with the orientation directly facing south.

CV. Wahana Karya is one of the companies engaged in the manufacture of ships under 30 GT. Several ship production activities in CV. Wahana Karya still relies on technical concepts related to production management which are still empirical.In addition, production management which is still traditional in nature often ignores the concept of production management which is more integrated with the principle of improvement at all stages of the production process. This research was conducted based on previous studies that used the concept of Lean Manufacturing as the basis for empirical calculations through stochastic analytic studies. The parameters carried out in the service are based on relevant research. The results obtained were some waste that was successfully repaired through inventory efficiency of 20.4%, overproduction of 12% and defective products of 15.7%. On the other hand, this service is also able to reduce the completion time of shipbuilding by 9.8%. There is still a deviation in general of an average of 25% from the results of analytical calculations with implementation results. This is due to the need for other supporting studies so that the concept of integration of the intended improvements can be further optimized.

Community service activities (CSA) are a medium for delivering science and technology to the public. The implementation of this service is carried out by Lecturers of the Industrial Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Teuku Umar University. The implementation of this PKM with the theme of Commercialization of Agriculture is located in the Gampong Leukeun area, Samatiga District, West Aceh Regency, Aceh Province, Indonesia. The purpose of this Community Service is to give an overview to the Gampong Community about the importance of Agricultural Commercialization and as an initial effort to increase the commercial capacity of agricultural products by providing guidance and assistance. After the service is carried out, it is hoped that village apparatus and the community can understand and be able to apply it in Gampong Leukeun. Efforts are needed to narrow the gap so that the level of inequality in community groups in the village can be met, such as productivity gaps, digital inequality, data and information agriculture, Digital Agriculture and Millennials. for example through mentoring, intensive counseling and capacity building in farmer groups.
