Abstract

The quality of goods or services is one of the factors that influence the consumer's attention. Improvements to the quality of the production process is done continuously to minimize product defects, one method that can be used to control the quality and overcome the number of defective products is with the Six Sigma method. From the calculations, the defective products caused by 3 decay, which amounted to 9520 due to a broken, 7598 defects due to underdonebricks and about 6,740 defects due scorched. Percentage of bricks defective to total of production is about 36%. This percentage is huge, given the controls used is 1%. From the causals diagram, there are factors that affect the defective products which are human, the burning process and materials. By using six sigma obtained DPMO value of 124,888.23 and the number six sigma of 2.69.Keywords: Six sigma, quality, defective products.

Abstract

Has done a simulation for system queues at gas stations with observation for 3 hours. From the calculation of the data, obtained the arrival rate of 115 customers per hour and service levels for three fueling facilities as 140.48%. By performing simulation using ProModel software, obtained total customer arrival as 540 customers over 3 hours of simulation. With a utilization rate of 7.17% for the first facility; 6.42% for the second facility and 5.48% for the third facility. The average time of arrival at the first facility is for 0.9 minutes, a second facility for 0.6 minutes and the third facility for 0.4 minutes.Keywords: Simulation, Utilization, Queue System.

Abstract

Pengukuran merupakan suatu hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kurangnya alat ukur dengan resolusi tinggi, masih meninggalkan suatu rintangan dalam hal pengukuran medan magnetik lemah. Salah satu metode yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengukur medan magnet adalah metode fluxgate. Rentang kerja sensor fuxgate untuk mendeteksi medan magnet berkisar antara 10?10 ? 10?4T baik DC maupun AC. Sensor fluxgate memiliki sensitivitas yang tinggi, stabil terhadap suhu tinggi, daya operasi yang rendah, ukuran yang kecil, serta resolusinya hingga 10 pT. Sehingga sensor fluxgate sangat cocok untuk mengukur medan magnetik yang lemah. Telah dilakukan karakterisasi terhadap sensor magnetik flusxgate dengan konfigurasi 2 ? (1000/500/1000). Sensitivitas yang diperoleh sebesar 17,793 V/?T dan resolusi sensor sebesar 56,2 pT/mV. Kesalahan mutlak sensor yang diperoleh maksimum sebesar 0.0334 ?T dengan kesalahan relatif sebesar 1,5%. Abstract

This study was conducted to compare several classification techniques used to determine the quality of employee performance. the quality of employee performance is very influential on the development of a company, there are many attributes that are used as a measure of employee performance the more attributes used then the better the results of the quality of assessment performed. to get maximum result hence done by comparison of technique of classification, comparison done by seeing result of performance of method used. method used by algorithm C4.5, Naive Bayes, and k-nearest neighbors, method to be used will be tested using tool rapid miner.

Abstract

Rice harvesting machines that can be operated in swampy, peatland, narrow and can be operated and maintained by farmers, can be considered for design, some previous research has been carried out, including a two-lane mini rice harvester with a performance of 20.33 hours per hectare and has been in manufacturing and in performance tests. Experimental studies on engine performance were carried out in this research. This research uses 2x50 watt peak polycrystalline solar panels connected to a 12 volt 45 AH battery, the battery will drive a 50 watt electric motor. Current and voltage measurements are carried out on the solar panel and battery when in condition, first the solar panel is connected to the battery and not connected to the electric motor, the second solar panel is connected to the battery and connected to the electric motor, the three solar panels are not connected to the battery and the battery is connected to electric motor. The results of the first condition study indicate that the electric current will be more stable using a new battery, when compared to using a battery in the previous study. The second condition was that the performance of the two-lane mini rice harvester increased by 50% when compared to the performance of an electric motor using a battery that was not connected to a solar panel. The third condition shows the performance of the electric motor has increased by up to 300% when compared with the results of previous studies, it is estimated that the electric motor will continue to rotate for up to 8-10 hours

Abstract

This paper discusses the determination of the optimal tilt angle of solar panels in the Nagan Raya aims to maximize acceptance of solar radiation. Adjust the titl angle customized panels with latitude location can maximize the acceptance of solar radiation. Calculation of the optimal angle variations is simulated at an angle of 10 – 50 intervals between angle 10. For the purposes of simulation calculation of optimal tilt angle against the value-based maximum radiation on tilted surface, use data that NASA SEE. A study conducted in Nagan Raya this is determined based on the google maps coordinates of the point. This research resulted in recommendations for the optimum tilt angle in Nagan Raya who was the tilt 40 with South-facing orientation. The results of the technical study of this research can be used as initial references against the installation of a solar panel fixed type in the Nagan Raya.Keywords: Optimum angle, Solar panels, NASA SSE, Nagan Raya, Renewable Energy

Abstract

Lack of measuring instruments with high resolution, still leaving a hindrance in terms of weak magnetic field measurement. One method that can be done to measure the magnetic field is fluxgate method. Fluxgate working range sensor to detect magnetic fields ranging from 10-10 - 10-4 T both DC and AC. Fluxgate sensor has high sensitivity, stable to high temperatures, low power operation, small size, and resolution up to 10 pT. So the fluxgate sensor is suitable for measuring weak magnetic fields. Has performed characterization of magnetic sensors fluxgate configuration with 2 × (100/500/100). The sensitivity obtained at 1.8 V/μT and sensor resolution of 0.56 nT/mV. Absolute error obtained sensor maximum of 0.0334 μT with a relative error of 0.85%.  Keywords: Fluxgate, sensitivity, resolution, a weak magnetic field

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal kerja terhadap perolehan laba bersih,seberapa besar pengaruh dan faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebabnya. Untuk mengetahui seberapa besarpengaruh korelasi regresi terhadap perhitungan X (Modal Kerja) Y (Laba Bersih). Dan menghasilkan r = 0,254berarti bahwa efektivitas penggunaan modal kerja terhadap laba bersih pada koperasi ini memiliki hubungan yanglemah. Maksudnya, penggunaan modal kerja secara efektif hanya memberi sedikit efek pada perolehan laba bersih.Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat dilihat juga determinan koefisien kd = r2 x 100% = 6,45% yang berarti bahwalaba bersih mempengaruhi efektifitas penggunaan modal kerja sebesar 6,45% dan sisanya 93,55 %Dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar Studi. Dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, yaitudengan rasio aktivitas analisis deskriptif.Kata Kunci:Efektivitas, Modal Kerja, Sisa Hasil Usaha

Abstract

Angle tilt is an important factor that affects the amount of solar radiation received on the surface of solar panels. Fixed-mounted solar panels cannot receive the maximum amount of solar radiation. How to get the maximum solar radiation by positioning the surface of the solar panel at a certain slope to be directly facing the sun. This study aims at  determining  the optimum slope angle of solar panels in the city of Meulaboh (4,152 LU, 96,131 BT). The method of calculating the total value of solar radiation on a sloping surface simulated with Pvsyst Software is used to determine the annual optimum tilt angle. NASA SSE solar radiation data from 1983 – 2005 were used to support simulations in this study. The results showed that the tilt angle that can produce the maximum output energy in the city of Meulaboh (4,152 LU, 96,131 BT, Johan Pahlawan) is at an angle of 5° with the orientation directly facing south.

Abstract

The rapid development of the covid-19 virus requires learning and teaching to be carried out online or remotely, the online learning process is carried out to break the chain of spreading the covid-19 virus. In the application of online learning STAIN Tengku Dirundeng Meulaboh uses an e-learning application developed with a codeigniter framework. The use of the existing MVC method in the Codeigniter framework can facilitate the development of e-learning applications that must adapt to user needs, therefore a study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of STAIN Tengku Dirundeng Meulaboh e-learning users during the Covid-19 pandemic. Measuring the effectiveness of this is done through a questionnaire by asking several questions to measure user satisfaction based on the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. Based on the research results, it was found that 94% of e-learning users were greatly helped in the learning process and the level of user satisfaction was 85%.
