Abstract

A disaster is an event or series of events that threaten and disrupt people's lives and livelihoods caused by both natural and non-natural factors as well as human factors. Disasters can result in human casualties, environmental damage, property losses, and psychological impacts. Disasters are categorized into 3 (three), namely natural disasters, social disasters and non-natural disasters. The purpose of this study was to determine the availability and completeness, conditions and suitability between the use and function of the rescue path in the Teuku Umar Rectorate Building Building based on applicable regulations. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data used are primary and secondary data, taken by distributing questionnaires, observations and direct observations. Questions through the questionnaire were processed using SPSS-23 software. While the data from the results of observations and direct observations, are processed through analysis of descriptions in accordance with field results. All valid questions have a correlation value greater than the value of the product moment / r table 0.361. The results showed that the availability and completeness of the rescue path at the Teuku Umar University Rectorate Building had not been fulfilled for social functions as a campus building. The condition of rescue in Teuku Umar University Rectorate Building is still very minimal, and the causal factor is constrained due to the lack of understanding of the policy of the Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 26 / RPT / M / 2008 regarding the Technical of the Rescue Facility System in Buildings and the Environment.

Abstract

Off Street Parking building  in Pasar Aceh Baru is one of the parking facilities available in the area. Withthe increase of visitors to Pasar Aceh Baru, the need for parking space is also increasing. In this case the authors want to analyze the feasibility in terms of finance based on parking rates using Qanun Banda Aceh City No. 4 year 2012. The objective of the study is to calculate the number of parking vehicles, vehicles accumulation and to see the financial feasibility level of the parking facilities based on Laws Banda Aceh city regulated by Qanun No. 4 year 2012, so the results obtained when the parking facility has a period of turnover point of payback (Payback Period). This study uses 3 methods, namely NPV, BCR and IRR and discount rate of 10%, 12%, 15% and 18%. From the data processing using 3 methods, resulted in Net Present Value (NPV) largest value is Rp. -3,853,539,000, - at 10% discount rate while the Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) is 0,809 at discount rate 10% and IRR value equal to -1,149%. This proves that with parking rates using Qanun Banda Aceh City No. 4 year 2012 the parking facilities are not feasible to be built financially. Keywords: Financial Feasibility, Parking Rates, NPV, BCR, and IRR

Abstract

Terjadi bencana adalah peristiwa atau musibah yang  mengancam atau  mengganggu kenyamanan  masyarakat dalam beraktifitas, bencana disebabkan faktor  alamiah  atau faktor manusiawi. Bencana dapat mengakibatkan terjadi korban jiwa, harta dan benda serta rusak lingkungan, kerugian harta benda, dan dampak trauma pada manusia. Bencana dikategorikan ada 3 (tiga), yaitu bencana alam, bencana sosial dan bencana non alam. Tujuan dari  penelitian ini yaitu  mengetahui ketersediaan dan kelengkapan, kondisi serta kesesuaian antara penggunaan dan fungsi jalur penyelamatan pada Bangunan Gedung Rektorat Universitas Teuku Umar berdasarkan peraturan yang berlaku. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode kuantitatife. Data yang dipakai  berupa data primer dan sekundere, yang diambil dengan cara penyebaran kuisioner, observasi dan pengamatan secara langsung. Pertanyaan melalui kuisioner diolah menggunakan software SPSS-23. Sedangkan data dari hasil observasi dan pengamatan secara langsung, diolah melalui analisa deskripsi sesuai hasil lapangan. Semua pertanyaan valid memiliki nilai korelasi lebih besar dari nilai product moment/r tabel 0,361. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan dan kelengkapan jalur penyelamatan pada Gedung Rektorat Universitas Teuku Umar belum terpenuhi untuk fungsi sosial sebagai gedung kampus. Kondisi penyelamatan pada Gedung Rektorat Universitas Teuku Umar masih sangat minim, dan faktor penyebab terkendala karena kurangnya pemahaman tentang kebijakan pemerintah berdasarkan Permen PU No 26/RPT/M/2008 tentang Teknis Sistem Sarana Penyelamatan pada Bangunan Gedung dan Lingkungannya.

Abstract

weight is very important in a construction work. The advantage of using heavy equipment is that it can get the job done faster. The use of heavy equipment that is not right will cause losses in terms of time, technical, and cost. For this purpose the feasibility of investing in heavy equipment is very necessary. A precise and complete analysis of operating costs for the heavy equipment will help the company to make decisions, especially in financial terms. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of heavy equipment investment in the road construction industry. analysis of heavy equipment operating costs, and knowing good machine handling. Cost analysis on heavy equipment, is expected to provide benefits that can be feasible to invest in heavy equipment in the construction services industry. This research was carried out on the Project for Improvement of the Alun-Alun Suka Makmue Road-Phase II Eastern Ring Road, located in the Regency Nagan Raya. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, namely research that tries to tell a solution to problems based on data that will be obtained in the field. Whereas the economic age calculation is obtained for excavators, namely NVP = - Rp. 336. 421,545 <0 unfeasible, motor graders ie NVP = - Rp. 284. 7095,627 <0 unfeasible, vibrator roller NVP = Rp. 41,266,203> 0 feasible investment and water tanker truck that is NVP = Rp. 29,677,392> 0 feasible investment. The results show that excavator and motor grader heavy equipment has not yet returned capital, while for heavy equipment vibrator rollers and water tankers have returned capital. So for heavy equipment vibrator rollers and water tanker trucks are feasible to be replaced with a new device.Keywords: Heavy Equipment, Investment Feasibility and Operating Costs.

Abstract

Building school as a means of education for the smooth process of teaching and learning. With the maintenance of poor buildings cause the various functions of building facilities decreases and affects the quality and comfort of building users. If the damage to building components is left then slowly the service life of the building will decrease. View function of High School building Bina Generasi Bangsa Meulaboh, then it should be this building gets good maintenance for the reliability and feasibility of buildings in the architecture, structure, and utilities remain awake and function optimally. The purpose of this research is to know the priority of building maintenance. The method of analysis used statistical methods and  Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP). The result of analysis of priority sequence of maintenance of asitektur element can be first priority that is roof covering, while second priority on structural element that is column, beam and floor plate. Abstract

In addition to being the center of Aceh's administrative administration, Banda Aceh is also the center of economic, educational and trade activities, so that economic growth and the population grow rapidly. Consumer factors in choosing housing vary greatly, because each individual has different desires in choosing the desired housing. The purpose of this study is to find out consumer factors in choosing and determining the desired housing. Based on the theories and views outlined, a resume can be made about consumer preferences in choosing and determining residence/housing. The results of the conclusion analysis of 100 respondents kept Villa Citra housing 39.02% age <30 years and 26.83% aged> 51 years while in Villa Buana housing 42.37% were aged 31-40 years. The two houses were complying with the Bachelor degree educational background, namely: 60.98% Villa Citra and 67.80% Villa Buana. analysis that 43.90% earned IDR 1,000,000 - 2,500,000 chose Villa Citra housing because of the influence of the distance to the city center of about 3.5 Kilometers. while Villa Buana reached 61.02% with an income of  IDR 2,500,001 - 4,000,000 with an urban center of around 5.5 Kilometers.

Abstract

West Aceh is one of the districts in the province of Aceh with an increasing number of residents also increasing the level of need for shelter. Demand for housing products can be known from the occupancy rate of other existing housing areas.Based on such circumstances, the writer wants to analyze the financial feasibility of property or investment in Griya Mahoni housing development activities.The purpose of this study is to determine the financial flow (cash flow) in the Griya Mahoni Alue Peunyareng housing development project and to estimate the level of financial feasibility if investing in the housing construction project.The research methods used in this study are the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PBP) methods.Calculation of cash flow analysis with year period (n) or economic life of the project 15 years and the percentage of interest or rate of return is 5%, get PBP at an interest of 5% 0.631 years or 6 months.

Abstract

Angle tilt is an important factor that affects the amount of solar radiation received on the surface of solar panels. Fixed-mounted solar panels cannot receive the maximum amount of solar radiation. How to get the maximum solar radiation by positioning the surface of the solar panel at a certain slope to be directly facing the sun. This study aims at  determining  the optimum slope angle of solar panels in the city of Meulaboh (4,152 LU, 96,131 BT). The method of calculating the total value of solar radiation on a sloping surface simulated with Pvsyst Software is used to determine the annual optimum tilt angle. NASA SSE solar radiation data from 1983 – 2005 were used to support simulations in this study. The results showed that the tilt angle that can produce the maximum output energy in the city of Meulaboh (4,152 LU, 96,131 BT, Johan Pahlawan) is at an angle of 5° with the orientation directly facing south.

Abstract

School building infrastructure needs maintenance and thi is not only carried out by the government but also involve community. The purpose of this study was to determine the existing condition of the school building and the efforts of community participation in building maintenance. This research was conducted at the SD 16 Meulaboh. Methods of data collection by field observations, interviews and distributing questionnaires to the school community (the community around the school, students, teachers, and school administrators). Data processing used a Likert scale, then classifying it into three categories, the first is the low with a score below 46, the medium scores between 46 - 76, and the high is more than 76. Meanwhile, the results of interviews and observations were analyzed using descriptive methods. The results of the study on the existing condition of the school building in a slightly damaged condition where the damage occurred only to non-structural components, namely floor coverings, infill walls, as well as doors and windows. The results were divided into two groups, namely residents and students, citizen participation in the medium category reached 7 people (12.07%) while high participation reached 51 people (87.93%). Student participation in the medium category reached 4 people (10.00%), while high participation reached 36 people (90.00%). This shows that the community of SD Negeri 16 Meulaboh has a high participation in the routine maintenance of the school building.

Abstract

Alat berat sangat berperan penting pada pekerjaan kontruksi, terutama pekerjaan pembangunan jalan. Keuntungan menggunakan alat berat yaitu dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan lebih cepat. Penggunaan alat berat yang tidak tepat akan menyebabkan kerugian, sehingga analisis biaya operasional sangat perlu dilakukan. Perhitungan biaya operasional alat berat yang tepat dan lengkap akan membantu perusahaan untuk mengambil keputusan terutama dari segi finansial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis biaya operasional alat berat, serta mengetahui penanganan alat berat yang baik dan tepat. Analisis biaya pada alat berat, diharapkan memberikan manfaat untuk dapat merencanakan manajemen alat berat secara terkoordinasi, efektif dan berkesinambungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada proyek Peningkatan Jalan Alun-Alun Suka Makmue-Jalan Lingkar Timur Ibu Kota Tahap II yang berlokasi di Kab. Nagan Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yakni penelitian yang berusaha menuturkan pemecahan masalah berdasarkan data-data yang akan diperoleh dilapangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada empat jenis alat berat yaitu excavator, motor grader, vibrator roller dan water tanker truck. Adapun hasil perhitungan analisis biaya operasional alat berat excavator Rp. 738.617 per-jam, motor grader Rp. 572.401 per-jam, vibrator roller Rp. 499.735 per-jam dan water tanker truck Rp. 348.859 per-jam. Dari hasil yang didapat menunjukkan pada alat berat excavator dan motor grader belum terjadi pengembalian modal, sedangkan untuk alat berat vibrator roller dan water tanker sudah terjadi pengembalian modal. Jadi untuk alat berat vibrator roller dan water tanker truck sudah layak untuk dilakukan pergantian dengan alat yang baru.
