Abstract

ABSTRACT In Indonesia, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role as the backbone of the Indonesian economy. In developing their business, SMEs are faced with several problems. Among them are low human resources, limited facilities and infrastructure, technology, the main factors that hinder the development of MSMEs are the lack of capital and limited access to finance. The MSME development process automatically requires a lot of funding, so many MSMEs finance through bank loans. This study aims to analyze the factors of education level, business experience, business turnover, compliance with paying income tax, total assets and type of business to affect the accessibility of MSMEs to financing products in Islamic banks. This type of research is quantitative research, taking a sample of 150 respondents using the Tabachic & Fidell technique, the sampling technique using simple random sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the t test showed that each independent variable, namely education level, business experience, had no positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, business turnover, compliance with paying income tax, total assets and type of business partially have a positive and significant effect. The results of the F test indicate that there is a positive influence simultaneously between the variables of education level, business experience, business turnover, compliance with paying income tax, total assets and type of business on accessibility.

Abstract

Abstract Owning a home is a basic human need that must be met. This is where Islamic banks provide. As a result, Islamic banks provide a variety of housing finance (KPR) in accordance with Islamic principles, which can be selected according to the needs of the community. By offering different prices, strategic housing with industrial and economic centers as well as promotional activities can attract public interest in sharia financing through the sharia banking system. the research aims to find out whether the product, price, location, promotion, religious belief, knowledge, administrative costs, service quality, and economic capacity are positive for the benefit of the community applying for Islamic mortgage financing. This type of research is quantitative research conducted using data collection methods using raw data obtained through a questionnaire survey. The sample size is 100. The hypothesis testing method is multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and the coefficient of determination (adjusted R-squared). The results showed that product tcount was 2.506 > t table 1.98447, sig value was 0.014 <0.05, price tcount was 3.119 > t table 1.98447, sig value was 0.002 <0.05, and promotion had a tcount value 2.167 > t table 1.98447, sig value 0.033 <0.05, tcount service quality 2.012 > ttable 1.98447, sig value 0.047 <0.05, tcount economic capacity 3.69 > ttable 1.98447, t sig value is 0.000 <0, 05, so it can be concluded that the variables of product, price, promotion, service quality and economic capacity will affect people's interest in applying for Sharia KPR. Locality, religion, knowledge and administrative costs do not affect people's interest in applying for sharia mortgage funds. The variables of product, price, location, promotion, religious belief, knowledge, administrative costs, quality of service, and economic capacity all influence societal interests at the same time. The sig value of Fcount>Ftable (23.318>2.04) is 0.000 <0.05. Adjusted R-squared value = 0.670 or 0.67%, and the remaining 3.3% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by the development of BSM Implant financing which is increasing in line with the increasing level of consumption needs of civil servants. BSM Implan PNS Financing is a leading financing product at the moment, where this product is a sharia concept financing using a Murabahah contract that is offered to civil servants who need funds. Good for multipurpose financing, education, and home renovations. In providing BSM financing, KCP Bogor Sudirman has procedures that must be followed by customers, it is necessary to analyze BSM Implant financing, such as how the BSM Implant financing procedure flows, what obstacles are experienced in the BSM Implant financing process and what are the views of Islamic law on Implant financing BSM. This research is qualitative in nature and the data collection method is by conducting interviews. This data collection method was carried out at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bogor Sudirman, the analysis used in this study was descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that the flow of financing procedures is the first process that must be considered and carried out by the company to determine the initial steps of the financing process, such as what BSM Implant financing requirements must be met by customers. With this financing, it is hoped that good communication will be established between the bank and the customer. In carrying out the BSM Implant financing process, there are several obstacles encountered in the BSM Implant financing implementation process, namely the initiation process, the verification process, the contract/agreement process, and the disbursement process. And according to Islamic law, the implementation of BSM implant financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bogor Sudirman is in line with Islamic law. This is corroborated by DSN MUI Fatwa No: 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning Murabaha which states that this guarantee is permissible and strengthened by DSN Fatwa No: 44/DSN-MUI/VII/2004 concerning multilingualism.

Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the bank's problems is regarding service. The investigative questions include: 1) Does the customer service, counter and marketing of BPR Syariah together contribute to customer satisfaction? 2) Does the top management's commitment to BPR Syariah Botani service quality provide satisfaction for satisfaction? The aims of this research are: 1) To find out the effect of customer service, counter and BPRS marketing on sales satisfaction. 2) Prioritizing top management commitment to service quality of BPR Syariah Botani for credit satisfaction. This study uses quantitative analysis and the analysis used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The research sample used was BPRS Botani and 100 respondents from the general public. The results of this study indicate that the adjusted R-squared value is 0.607 (60.7%). Priority satisfaction for CS, counter and marketing is 60.7%. The remaining 39.3% is approved by factors other than model. Thus the research hypothesis "There is an influence between customer service, over the counter service and marketing service on customer satisfaction of the Sharia Botanical Financing Bank" is accepted. The proposal for BPR Syariah Botani is the recovery rate for vocational training for BPRS employees, particularly in the service sector. Because it can increase satisfaction in terms of service and attract potential customers to do business with the bank. For visitor satisfaction, based on three data variables, respondents agree that the average is +4.

Abstract

Abstract The results of this study are to find out what factors influence and how much interest in Bank BNI Syariah. The benefits of increasing knowledge and getting to know what products are in BNI Syariah for INAIS students and increasing funding and credit at Bank BNI Syariah, quantitative methods with deductive theory, with descriptive statistics online questionnaires to test data, nonprobability sample research sampling with purposive sampling Tabhacic & Fiedell techniques and approaches. This research is supported by a thesis from Yayan Fauji 2010 which states that what influences the intention to save in Islamic banking is the profit sharing ratio and the quality of Islamic banking products. Some other findings that are not in line with this research regarding the factors that influence the intention to save at Islamic Banks, The 2018 Uniyanti's thesis states that what influences the intention to save at Islamic Banks is the factor of religion and pocket money income. . The results of this study used a linear regression test, partial T test, then t-table with a two-way test and α = 5% (0.05) is 1.97944. Then t count on the variable X1 Religion 1.293, X2 Knowledge 0.984, X3 Economic Ability of Parents 0.361, Promotion of Islamic Banks 1.367, Existence of Facilities 1.758, and Administrative Costs 1.549 less than t table. Thus Ho's decision is accepted by Ha is rejected. This means that there is no influence and not significant (not real) from the 6 variables. The influence of the 7 variables is only the profit sharing ratio of 2.389 so that Tcount is greater than Ttable. So thus Ho's decision is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is significant influence and profit sharing ratio (real) on students' interest in saving at Bank BNI Syariah. Looking at the partial t test with a constant B of 1.850 which affects the interest in saving INAIS students at Bank BNI Syariah is the profit sharing ratio variable with a value of 0.226 using a two-way test α = 5% (0.05) of 1.97944, then the Constant B+ value If the ratio value is around 2.076, then the number of INAIS students who are interested in Bank BNI is around 0.02%, so that 9.93% of students are not interested in saving at Bank BNI Syariah.
