Abstract

PT. Sari Kreasi Indonesia is a company engaged in the sale of food and beverages (Food and Beverages). The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of supervision, communication, work stress and employee performance at PT. Sari Kreasi Indonesia. Declining employee performance due to lack of supervision, communication is not good and employees are experiencing stress at work. The population and sample in this study amounted to 62 employees. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the value of supervision was obtained tcount > ttable or 2.130 > 2.002 and significant obtained 0.037 < 0.05. The communication value has tcount > t table or 3.694 > 2.002 and the significance obtained is 0.000 < 0.05. The value of work stress tcount > ttable or 2.681 > 2.002 and the significance obtained 0.010 < 0.05. The test results obtained calculated F value (14.711) > F table (2.76) and a significance probability of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the determination coefficient test of 0.403 this means that 40.3% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by variations in supervision, communication and work stress while the remaining 59.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study, such as career development, job analysis, training and so on. The conclusion in this study shows that supervision, communication and work stress partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sari Kreasi Indonesia (Food and Beverages). Simultaneously supervision, communication and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sari Kreasi Indonesia (Food and Beverages).

Abstract

Background: Vitamin D deficiency could increase the risk of of cancer, autoimmune reaction, cardiovascular disorders, and diabetes mellitus. Objective: The aims of study is to determining effectivity of sunbathing therapy in the morning on blood glucose levels of respondents whose indicated diabetes mellitus type 2. Methods: The study was an quasy experimental study that used 20 respondents whose indicated diabetes mellitus type 2. Afterwards, respondents divided into two group such as control group with no therapy intervention and treatment group with intervention of sunbathing therapy in the morning. Blood glucose levels of each respondent was tested using point of care testing (POCT) on pre and post therapy. Member of treatment group did sunbathing therapy in the morning for 10 minutes in a week. Results: Based on this research showed that blood glucose levels on treatment group lower than control group. Treatment group obtained blood glucose levels from 316,1 ± 99,3 mg/dl decrease into 210,9 ± 81,9 mg/dl significantly (p <0,05) after therapy carried out. But, on control group obtained blood glucose levels from 299,1 ± 75,2 increase into 373,1 ± 68,1 mg/dl significantly (p <0,05). Conclusion: Sunbathing therapy in the morning for 10 minutes had effect to decrease blood glucose levels

Abstract

Electroencephalogram (EEG) adalah aktivitas sinyal listrik yang berasal dari elektroda yang menempel pada area otak. Aktivitas sinyal listrik dari otak menyimpan informasi penting yang menjadi sumber informasi utama dalam mendeteksi. Support Vector Machine(SVM) digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan EEG sinyal untuk mendapatkan efek hasil deteksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model SVM yang dapat menentukan data EEG untuk subyek berpengaruh atau tidak. Dalam rekaman EEG, sinyal yang diterima tidak seluruhnya berasal dari otak tapi mungkin terkontaminasi oleh sinyal lain. Jadi untuk mendapatkan informasi yang tepat, lakukan pemrosesan sinyal digital pada sinyal EEG, dan menggunakan aromatik untuk membuat kenyamanan saat tidur.

Abstract

Teachers are a noble profession because it is in their hands that the future of the nation is determined. Teachers must alsobe able to realize and instill the values contained in various knowledge by giving examples and discipline. Based on observations madeat Yapim SiBiru-Biru Private High School located in Deli Tua District, Deli Serdang Regency, Medan has a pattern where teacherselection is done every day by all teachers, as well as in the recapitulated data still manually by administrative staff. and to be submittedto the principal every month. The system takes a long time and requires a set of office stationery so that over time there will be abuildup of data in the form of sheets of paper that have been absent for years. Therefore, researchers provide a solution to create awebsite-based decision support system for outstanding teachers as a tool in calculating each criterion used by the SAW (SimpleAdditive Weight) method.

Abstract

Konsep produksi analisis produksi berfokus pada penggunaan masukan input yang efisien untuk menciptakan output. Inimenyatakan bahwa produksi barang dan jasa dengan sasaran menetapkan cara yang optimal menggabungkan input untukmeminimumkan biaya, untuk menjelaskan konsep produksi, perlu dikaji lebih jauh tentang konsep hubungan antara input dan outputyang disebut dengan fungsi produksi. PT. Medan Tropical Channing & Frozen Industries merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang produksi seafood. Dan sistem yang berjalan PT. Medan Tropical Channing & Frozen Industries masih bersifat semikomputerisasi dengan menggunakan microsoft excell dalam proses pencatatan dan pembuatan laporan produksi khususnya dalamproduksi pengalengan produk seafoof. Dan PT. Medan Tropical Channing & Frozen Industries harus mendata satu persatu hasilproduksi pengalengan produk seafood yang terjadi. Dan bagian produksi mengalami kendala dalam pembuatan laporan produksi tiapbulan. Sehingga dalam penyampaian laporan kepada pimpinan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan laporan produksi serta dalampenentuan Harga Pokok produksi menjadi tidak efektif dan efisien. Metode full costing sangat tepat untuk menyelesaikanpermasalahan diatas, karena metode full costing adalah metode penentuan biaya produksi yang menghitung semua unsur biaya bahanbaku, biaya tenaga kerja langsung dan biaya overhead baik yang berperilaku variabel maupun tetap. Dengan demikian penelitimerancang dan membangun sistem penentuan harga pokok produksi dengan menggunakan aplikasi pemrograman visual studio 2010dan sql server 2008.

Abstract

This research investigated about student’ perception and motivation of Google-meet on learning English during covid-19 period. The aim of this research is to investigate how are students’ perception and motivation in using Google-meet. In this research, qualitative approached used to investigate students’ perception and motivation. In this research uses questionnaire and interview to collecting the data. From the finding, the researcher found positive perception and high motivation of students of the use of Google-meet as media in learning English during Covid-19. The positive perception are good quality of interact, effective the teaching, saving the time and energy, eliminate inconvenience to practice English, and easy to use. In beside that the students’ high motivation are interesting of app, increase of ambition and awareness and also physical condition in intrinsic motivation. Abstract

Media Pembelajaran Multimedia merupakan salah satu media yang dapat membantu guru dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan upaya untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran PAI berbasis multimedia di SMP Negeri 01 Tebing Tinggi Empat Lawang. Pertanyaan utama yang ingin dijawab dalam penelitian ini adalah : Apakah terdapat pengaruh penggunaan pembelajaran berbasis multimedia terhadap peningkatan motivasi dan prestasi belajar PAI pada Siswa kelas VII C SMP Negeri 01 Tebing Tinggi Empat Lawang? Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian adalah angket, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 31 responden, menggunakan teknik sampel. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner untuk menjaring data X dan data Y. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang tinggi antara penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia terhadap peningkatan motivasi dan prestasi belajar PAI secara bersama-sama pada Siswa Kelas VII C SMP Negeri 01 Tebing Tinggi Empat Lawang. Hal ini terbukti karena r xy lebih besar dari pada r tabel (r product moment) yaitu 0.822, yang mana dengan N = 31 diperoleh nilai r pada taraf interval 95%(5%) sebesar 0,355 dan taraf kepercayaan 99% (1%) sebesar 0,456 sehingga hipotesis dapat diterima kebenarannya

Abstract

ABSTRACT In Indonesia, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role as the backbone of the Indonesian economy. In developing their business, SMEs are faced with several problems. Among them are low human resources, limited facilities and infrastructure, technology, the main factors that hinder the development of MSMEs are the lack of capital and limited access to finance. The MSME development process automatically requires a lot of funding, so many MSMEs finance through bank loans. This study aims to analyze the factors of education level, business experience, business turnover, compliance with paying income tax, total assets and type of business to affect the accessibility of MSMEs to financing products in Islamic banks. This type of research is quantitative research, taking a sample of 150 respondents using the Tabachic & Fidell technique, the sampling technique using simple random sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the t test showed that each independent variable, namely education level, business experience, had no positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, business turnover, compliance with paying income tax, total assets and type of business partially have a positive and significant effect. The results of the F test indicate that there is a positive influence simultaneously between the variables of education level, business experience, business turnover, compliance with paying income tax, total assets and type of business on accessibility.
