Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research was to find out whether there is an influence of workload and work stress on employee performance at PT Snapindo Warlab Sukses Tebet. Workload and work stress are issues that need to be considered by companies because they can reduce employee performance. In this study the authors used quantitative methods, using primary and secondary data sources. The sample in this research is a number of 36 respondents. Data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and literature study. The analytical method used in this study used the multiple regression analysis method and to process the data using SPSS version 26. The results in this study stated that: 1) Workload has a partial positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Snapindo Warlab Sukses Tebet 2) Work stress has a negative and partially significant effect on employee performance at PT Snapindo Warlab Sukses Tebet 3) Workload and work stress have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance at PT Snapindo Warlab Sukses Tebet.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing strategies and service quality on coffee shop Coffhouse customer satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative research using primary data through the distribution of questionnaires to Coffhouse customers. The study sample consisted of 75 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 25 program using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant influence between marketing strategies on customer satisfaction which was shown from the calculated results of 11,653 with a significant 0,000. 2) There is a positive and significant influence between service quality and customer satisfaction as shown from the results of a calculation of 4,111 with a significant 0,000. 3) there is a positive and significant influence between marketing strategy and service quality on customer satisfaction, this is shown by the Fcalculate value of 380,319 with a significant value of 0,000. With a large influence of 91.1% while the remaining 8.9% was influenced by other variables outside the study

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, price and trust on customer loyalty at J&T Express Kedoya Raya 2 branch. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative. Theauthors in this study are all J&T Express Kedoya Raya Branch Customers 2. Determination of the number of research samples using accidental sampling techniques, namely by multiplying the analyzed indicators by multiplier factors so that as many as 100 samples are obtained. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that: (1) service quality did not have a significant effect on customer loyalty at J&T Express Kedoya Raya Branch 2, (2) price did not have a significant effect on customer loyalty at J&T Express Kedoya Raya Branch 2, (3) trust had a significant effect on customer loyalty at J&T Express Kedoya Raya Branch 2, (4 ) s 53.3% of the variables of service quality, price and trust simultaneously have a significant influence on customer loyalty at J&T Express Kedoya Raya Branch 2.

Abstract

Abstract Talent management began to become popular in Indonesia after the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, promoted it in mid-2019. The idea conveyed was that human resource development was a priority and key to Indonesia's success in the future. Talent management was formulated to be a strategy for increasing the productivity and competitiveness of human resources. There are three areas within the scope of the National Talent Management design, namely research and innovation, arts and culture, and sports. National Talent Management will seek to screen the talents and potential of young Indonesians in these three areas. Abstract

The Grand Harvest tradition in Penutuk Village, Lepar District, is an annual celebration that is rich in meaning and cultural value. As an expression of gratitude for the abundant harvest from the rice fields, this event becomes a social glue that strengthens ties between residents. More than just a harvest celebration, this tradition reflects the noble values ​​of the Penutuk Village community, such as togetherness, mutual cooperation, and preserving local culture that has been passed down from generation to generation. The series of events which took place on January 19 2025 involved all levels of society, from children to the elderly, with active participation in each procession. This article will examine in depth the philosophical meaning behind this tradition, describing in detail the series of events which include traditional ceremonies and social activities. Apart from that, this article will also discuss efforts to preserve the harvest tradition in Penutuk Village so that it remains sustainable and can be passed on to future generations, including adaptation strategies to changing times and the challenges of modernization. It is hoped that this research can contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of the importance of preserving local culture in Indonesia, especially in the context of agriculture and the social life of rural communities. Thus, this article does not only describe a tradition, but also offers a broader perspective on the social, economic, and cultural values ​​contained therein.

Abstract

Instant noodle Lemonilo are a newcomer to Indonesia. To be able to compete with other instant noodle brands, Lemonilo is doing digital marketing on a large scale to attract consumers. Starting from doing advertisements on television, to social media. In addition, Lemonilo carries the theme of healthy instant noodles which are safe for consumption by all people and uses quality ingredients (no MSG, food coloring and preservatives). Based on these observations, the authors conducted this research. Data was collected using a questionnaire given to on instant noodle Lemonilo customers. The sample used in this study was 50 respondents using a systematic random sample method. The analytical tool used is descriptive (primary data) by using a questionnaire assisted by a Likert scale and given to respondents. The analytical tool used is SPSS software version 25. The results of this study prove that: 1) Digital Marketing has a partial positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions with a Digital Marketing. 2) Product quality has a positive and significant partial effect on purchasing decisions. 3) Digital Marketing and Product Quality have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui peranan siaran Radio Insania dalam melestarikan budaya lokal di Makassar, (2) Mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat siaran Radio Insania dalam melestarikan budaya lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara kepada Program Director, Ketua Penyiar.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Radio Insania 100,8 FM Makassar merupakan siaran radio yang memiliki beberapa tujuan yaitu mencerahkan pendidikan generasi muda, melestarikan kebudayaan nusantara, mengajak peduli kemanusiaan. (2) Radio Insania memiliki Program yaitu salah satunya program  Indonesiana, yang dimana program ini lebih berfokus ke problematika yang terjadi di tengah masyarakat. (3) Program Indonesiana memiliki faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaannya. Faktor tersebut berupa penyiar, alat penyiar, informasi mengenai budaya, narasumber, art and culture. Terdapat pula faktor penghambat dalam mengembangkan siaran radio yaitu penyiar radio, kurangnya narasumber, terbatasnya peralatan.
