Abstract

The quality of pharmaceutical storage is highly influenced by temperature stability, humidity, and environmental cleanliness. Suboptimal monitoring of pharmaceutical refrigerators can lead to the degradation of active drug ingredients and reduce efficacy. This study aims to design, develop, and evaluate an Internet of Things (IoT)-based Smart Monitoring System for pharmaceutical refrigerators. The system integrates DHT22 and MQ-9 sensors using NodeMCU ESP8266 and the Arduino IoT Cloud platform to monitor temperature, humidity, and the presence of harmful gases in real-time, ensuring drug storage stability. Calibration was performed by comparing sensor readings against the Elitech GSP-6 reference measuring device and the safe threshold standard for carbon monoxide (200 ppm). Test results showed that DHT22 temperature readings ranged from 8–13°C (a deviation of +1–2°C from the reference), while humidity readings were 50–82% (a deviation of -2–3% from the reference). The minimum temperature only reached 8°C (failing to achieve the target of 2°C) due to door-opening activity and refrigerator overloading. The MQ-9 sensor recorded safe CO concentrations (22–42 ppm, equivalent to 11–21% of the 200 ppm limit). CO gas fluctuations remained within tolerance limits, but temperature and humidity occasionally exceeded WHO and BPOM standards (temperature: 2–8°C; humidity: 40–60%). The system provides accurate and responsive monitoring, supporting improved efficiency in automated pharmaceutical storage environment supervision, and has the potential to prevent product degradation due to unsuitable storage conditions.

Abstract

Di Desa Pangkalan, Kabupaten Indramayu, petani udang sering menghadapi kesulitan dalam memantau kualitas air secara rutin dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan kegiatan Pengabdian Dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Vokasi (ADMISI) dengan tujuan untuk mengimplementasikan alat monitoring kualitas air berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) pada tambak udang di desa tersebut. Sistem ini menggunakan sensor untuk mengukur 4 parameter kualitas air (pH, Suhu, Oksigen Terlarut, Salinitas) secara real-time, dan data yang diperoleh dikirimkan melalui aplikasi Blynk yang dapat diakses di perangkat mobile. Melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan, anggota BUMDES Sejahtera Abadi Pangkalan diberdayakan untuk memanfaatkan alat ini dalam pengelolaan tambak udang. Implementasi sistem monitoring IoT di Desa Pangkalan menunjukkan hasil yang positif, dengan pengelolaan kualitas air yang lebih efisien dan peningkatan hasil budidaya udang. Alat ini memberikan manfaat yang signifikan, antara lain peningkatan akurasi pemantauan kualitas air, deteksi masalah secara dini, dan pengurangan biaya operasional. Program ini diharapkan dapat diadopsi lebih luas untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan produktivitas budidaya udang di daerah lain.

Abstract

Keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran, khususnya dalam penyediaan alat praktik yang relevan dengan perkembangan teknologi terkini. Hal ini dapat menghambat siswa untuk memperoleh pengalaman belajar yang aplikatif, padahal keterampilan praktik menjadi bekal utama dalam menghadapi dunia kerja.  okus utama kegiatan ini adalah mengembangkan sekaligus mengimplementasikan trainer sensor sebagai media interaktif yang dapat memperkuat kompetensi vokasi siswa. Trainer dirancang menggunakan beberapa jenis sensor, seperti sensor suhu, kelembaban, tekanan, dan LDR, yang terintegrasi dengan mikrokontroler serta dilengkapi panel kontrol dan tampilan data secara real-time. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi perancangan dan pembuatan trainer, penyerahan alat kepada sekolah mitra, serta sharing knowledge oleh mahasiswa kepada siswa SMK. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa trainer sensor dapat digunakan dengan baik dalam kegiatan praktikum, memberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam mengenai prinsip kerja sensor, serta meningkatkan keterampilan teknis siswa dalam mengoperasikan perangkat elektronika dan menganalisis data pengukuran. Kesimpulannya, implementasi trainer sensor berhasil menjawab keterbatasan fasilitas laboratorium, meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, serta memperkuat keterkaitan antara teori dengan praktik. Program ini mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan vokasi, yaitu dapat menghasilkan lulusan yang kompeten, siap bekerja, dan mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi industri.

Abstract

Physics is one of the subjects that is a scourge for students majoring in Natural Sciences at Yapin Kertasemaya High School. Based on the results of the team's interview with the physics teacher, it was found that the students were weak in electricity. In overcoming this problem, a teaching tool is made to learn basic electricity. From the results of community service activities, it can be seen that students are very enthusiastic and easily understand the material provided using teaching aids.

Abstract

The research was conducted at SMK Al-Fatah Banjarnegara, which previously relied on a manual system for recording and delivering payment information. The aim of this study is to develop a tuition payment application based on mobile web, integrated with Midtrans Payment Gateway for online transactions and WhatsApp Gateway as a payment reminder medium. Data collection methods included interviews, observations, and the distribution of Likert scale questionnaires to 42 respondents. The evaluation was carried out through black box testing and user satisfaction analysis using questionnaires. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method with a qualitative descriptive approach to explore user needs and design a technology-based solution. The application development followed the ADDIE model, consisting of five systematic stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. System design was created using UML diagrams (Use Case, Activity, Sequence, and Class Diagram). The application was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database, built in the XAMPP with Visual Studio Code editor. The interface design was created using Figma, and the diagrams were made using Draw.io. Based on the evaluation results of the questionnaire, the application received a rating of 93% from respondents, which is categorized as “very good”.

Abstract

The Makeup service industry is growing in line with increasing customer demand for practical and fast services. However, at Anida Makeup, the ordering process is still manual, with PDF price lists sent via private message, making it inefficient and making it difficult to update information. This study aims to develop a mobile-based Makeup artist ordering application that can facilitate customers in obtaining service information and placing orders directly. The research method uses a qualitative and quantitative approach (Mixed Methods). Qualitative data collection includes observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies as the primary data collection method. The quantitative approach focuses solely on questionnaire data collection using a Likert scale. The application was developed using a prototyping model with stages of needs analysis, design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementation using Flutter, Dart, and MySQL, and supported by XAMPP and Visual Studio Code software. Testing was conducted using blackbox and questionnaires. The test results showed an average score of 90% from customers and 90% from administrators. This indicates that the system is capable of improving the efficiency of the Makeup ordering process for users. Furthermore, the system also helps business owners improve operational efficiency and manage order data in a more structured manner.
