Sektor Industri merupakan salah satu penyumbang terbesar terhadap PDRBdi kota Medan setelah sektor perdagangan dan sektor bank dan Lembaga Keuangan lainnya. Sektor industri merupakan penyerap tenaga kerja terbesar, dengan laju pertumbuhan yang positif setiap tahunnya.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis seberapa besar kontribusi sektor industri terhadap PDRB di kota Medan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah nilai produksi sektor industri kota Medan dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan tetapi kontribusi sektor industri terhadap PDRB kota Medan mengalami penurunan. Ini di karenakan oleh semakin besarnya sektor-sektor lain yang memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar terhadap PDRB dan dikarenakan potensi ekonomi kota Medan adalah pada sektor perdagangan dan sektor angkutan dan komunikasi.

Purpose This study aims to examine the empirical work spirituality model, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior of permanent lecturers at private Islamic Universities in North Sumatra.Methodology In this study, the sample size was 200 permanent lecturers from private Islamic universities in North Sumatra. Data collection techniques used are interviews, list of questions, and study documentation. The data analysis method used is the Structural Equation Model.Findings The results showed that Spiritual Leadership and Emotional Intelligence had a significant positive effect on Workplace Spirituality. Spiritual Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Workplace Spirituality have a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Spiritual Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Workplace Spirituality and Job Satisfaction have a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The results show that Workplace Spirituality and Job Satisfaction are able to mediate the influence of Emotional Intelligence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The results also show that Job Satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of Workplace Spirituality on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.Originality/Novelty The research model uses five (5) variables and applies the concept of mediation, where each relationship in the research model is analyzed using by SEM-Lisrel.Implications This study has shown that Workplace Spirituality and Job Satisfaction have a mediating effect on the influence of Spiritual Leadership and Emotional Intelligence on OCB. Starting from the results of this study, the recommendation for further research is to try to analyze or use the variables of Workplace Spirituality and Job Satisfaction as independent variables, not as mediating variables.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis model empiris online trust dan repeat purchase pelanggan Terhadap Situs E-Commerce (Studi Kasus pada Pelanggan E-Commerce di Kota Medan). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian eksplanatori. Skala pengukuran variabel menggunakan Skala Ordinal dengan teknik pengukuran variable menggunakan skala Likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat kota Medan. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode Purposive sampling (judgmental) dan snowball sampling. Kriteria pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat kota Medan yang pernah berkunjung dan melakukan transaksi di e-commerce yang ada di Indonesia lebih dari 3 kali. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, kuesioner (angket) dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Model Persamaan Struktural (Structural Equation Model). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Web Quality, Perceived Risk, dan Online Trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Repeat Purchase, begitu juga Web Quality dan Perceived Risk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap online trust. Web Quality berpengaruh terhadap Repeat Puchase melalui variabel Online Trust, dan Perceived Risk berpengaruh terhadap Repeat Purchase melalui variabel Online Trust.

The stock price is the price that occurs in the stock market at a certain time and the stock price is determined by market participants. The high and low price of these shares is determined by the demand and supply of these shares in the capital market. Current Ratio is a ratio to measure the company's ability to pay its long-term debt approach which is due immediately when billed in its entirety. and Debt to Equity Ratio is a ratio that shows the percentage of provision of funds by shareholders to lenders. The higher the ratio, the lower the company's funding provided by shareholders. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices either partially or simultaneously. This study uses financial management theory related to the variables of stock price, current ratio, debt to equity ratio. The approach used is an associative approach. The population in this study are Metal & Similar companies listed on the IDX for the period 2014-2018. Samples were taken using purposive sampling method, in order to obtain 6 companies as samples. The results show that: (1) the effect of the current ratio on stock prices has no effect; (2) the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices has an effect; (3) the influence of the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices simultaneously has an effect.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruhdisiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mewah Indah Jaya – Binjai. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori MSDM yang berkaitan dengan disiplin kerja, motivasi dan kinerja karyawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif, dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Berganda, Uji Hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji F), dan Koefisien Determinasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciens) versi 24.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Secara parsial diketahui bahwa disiplin kerjamemiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mewah Indah Jaya - Binjai. Secara parsial diketahui bahwa motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mewah Indah Jaya – Binjai. Secara simultan diketahui disiplin kerja dan motivasimemiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mewah Indah Jaya – Binjai.

This study aims to determine the effect of accounting conservatism and capital intensity on tax avoidance. Tax avoidance is the dependent variable in this study it is measured by the cash effective tax rate (CETR). The independents variables studied in this study are accounting conservatism and capital intensity. The type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. Population in this study are pharmaceutical companies listed on the exchange Indonesia securities (IDX) year 2014-2019. The sample in the study was obtained using a purposive sampling method, so that we get 8 (eight) samples from 10 (ten) populations. The type of data in this study is secondary data which is tested using the classical assumption test method and hypothesis testing through the SPSS analysis program. The results of this study indicate that accounting conservatism and capital intensity have a simultaneous effect on tax avoidance. Partially accounting conservatism has no significant effect on tax avoidance. But, partially the capital intensity in this study has a significant effect on tax avoidance

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the Current Ratio on ReturAn On Assets, to determine and analyze the effect of Debt To Equity Ratio on Return On AsAsets and to determine and analyze the effect of Current Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio on Return On Asset in Construction and Building Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study were 18 construction and building companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, obtained a total sample of 11 companies. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, Hypothesis testing uses the t test to test the partial regression coefficient as well as the F test and determination coefficient of SPSS (Statistic Package the Social Science) software assistance in 2020. It is partially known that the Current Ratio has no significant effect on Return On Asset in Construction and Building Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Partially it is known that the Debt to Equity Ratio has no significant effect on the Return On Assets of Construction and Building Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Simultaneously it is known that Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have no significant effect on Return On Assets in construction and building companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Partially it is known that the Current Ratio has no significant effect on Return On Assets in construction and building companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The purpose of this research is toTo find out and analyze the effect of work discipline and work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirtanadi HM Branch. Yamin Medan. The research approach carried out by the researcher is associative research. The number of samples in this study amounted to 33 respondents. The data collection technique uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire and uses a Likert scale in the selection of assessment responses, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear analysis, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination. Based on the results of data analysis, the work discipline variable has a partial effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the work discipline variable has a partial effect on employee performance.

Purpose – This study examines how job crafting and job autonomy at the Sub Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan Branch Office, directly and indirectly, affect workers’ creative work behavior under servant leadership.Methodology – The research methodology utilized in this study is a quantitative associative approach. The study included 98 Sub Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan Branch personnel in its demographic and sample. Data gathering was performed by employing questionnaires and interviews. Data in the current study was gathered by administering a Likert scale questionnaire. The gathered data was subsequently analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 software in combination with SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Squares).Findings – The impact of servant leadership on innovative work behavior, job crafting, and job autonomy was positive and statistically significant. Furthermore, the presence of autonomy and job crafting has a significant impact on innovative work behavior. Job autonomy and job crafting mediate the association between servant leadership and creative work behavior.Originality/Novelty – Combining two main concepts as mediating variables, namely job crafting and job autonomy, in one research model to provide a deeper understanding of the complexity of the relationship between the variables of servant leadership, job crafting, job autonomy, and innovative work behavior.Implications – This study suggests that the connection between servant leadership and innovative work behavior is influenced by the involvement of task crafting and autonomy as mediators. Future studies should include investigating or using the variables of job crafting and job autonomy as independent factors rather than as mediatory variables
