Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi dan menilai pengaruh kualitas layanan, diskon harga, dan promosi produk terhadap pengambilan keputusan pelanggan dalam menggunakan aplikasi Grab. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kawasan Medan Selayang di kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 129.063 orang warga kelurahan Medan Selayang. Pendekatan pendugaan ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin menghasilkan 100 responden dengan error 10%. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penggunaan kuesioner penelitian Analisis validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis penjelasan responden, analisis asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier, dan analisis koefisien determinasi digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Pengujian berdasarkan pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan, diskon harga, dan promosi produk semuanya berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pelanggan. Abstract

This study aims to determine skill-based leadership on the work ethic of employees in taking action whether leadership can be able to motivate employees to do something beyond the target. In addition, the skills of the company's leadership must be able to improve the work ethic of employees if the leader is willing to explain the tasks and plans of the work equipment both individually and in groups and the company's leaders must be able to provide information about the tasks, goals, and intentions in order to formulate plans in order to achieve the goals carried out properly. The purpose of this discussion is to find out how transformational leadership on leadership skills, analyze skill-based effectiveness on work ethic and analyze leadership success in improving work ethic. The results show that PT Sumatera Hakarindo has implemented a skills-based leadership system in work ethic where all work is done well in transformational leadership, skill-based effectiveness on work ethic and leadership success in improving work ethic.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze and develop the influence of digital marketing, service perception, and customer comments on the assessment of customer satisfaction in using the Shopee application. This study was done in the area of Medan Helvetia in the city of Medan. This research employs a quantitative method. The study population is comprised of 164.910 residents of the Medan Helvetia subdistrict. The approach of estimating the sample size using the Slovin formula yielded 100 respondents with a 10% error. Techniques for data collection via the use of research questionnaires Validity and reliability analysis, statistical descriptive analysis, respondent explanation analysis, classical assumption analysis, linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis were all employed to analyze the data. Tests based on data processing show that digital marketing, service perceptions, and customer comments all have a positive effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer trust, ease of transaction, and product prices on online shopping decisions on the Tokopedia application. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The research instrument used a questionnaire which was distributed online to 100 respondents in Medan-Kota District. Data analysis techniques to test the hypothesis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on a variant called Partial Least Square (PLS) and the SmartPLS application version 3.0 as a tool to analyze it. The results showed, a) the variable customer trust in online shopping decisions has a t statistic value of 4,529 > t table of 1,985 and obtains a P-value of 0.000 <0.10; b) the variable of ease of transaction on online shopping decisions has a statistical t value of 1,805 < t table of 1,985 and obtains a P-value of 0.072 < 0.10; c) the product price variable on online shopping decisions has a statistical t value of 4,670 > t table of 1,985 and obtains a P-value of 0.000 <0.10. In conclusion, customer trust and product prices have a positive and significant effect on online shopping decisions on the Tokopedia Application. However, the convenience of transactions does not affect online shopping decisions on the Tokopedia application. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and application service quality on user satisfaction of online shop application services in Medan-Tembung District, this research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis, the population in this study is online shop application service users in Medan-Tembung District. as many as 146,534 people using a sample of 100 respondents, data analysis techniques using the F test, T test and multiple linear regression, it can be seen the magnitude of the influence of variations in user satisfaction of online shop application services in Medan-Tembung District can be seen from the coefficient of determination value is 71.9%. of 28.1% is influenced by other factors such as discount prices and application speed, based on the results of data analysis in this study shows that partially known variables of price, product quality and application service quality partially have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of online shop application services. in Medan-Tembung District.

Abstract

Financial Technology (FinTech) is one of the most widely used financial applications by the public to fulfil all their needs. In addition, this online loan process is very easy and fast so that it really helps people who are pressed by economic needs, but because of the increasing use of online loans throughout the community without exception, there are problems and unrest in the community in replacing money that has been borrowed in online applications and of course has an impact on unethical billing and also various threats received by customers. Another problem is that financial problems are one of the factors that influence people's mindset to be able to survive in overcoming all basic human needs. In this situation, some people end up using online loans to overcome financial problems. This research uses a qualitative approach by using people's experiences as research data and using references from research results that provide an assessment of online loan applications as a basis for analysing the performance of financial technology services
