Abstract

Student learning is influenced by several factors. Lack of student learning motivation and parental attention are some of the factors that can influence learning outcomes, so the achievement of learning is not optimal. This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and parents' attention with mathematics learning outcomes of VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Wonosari odd semester 2014/2015 Academic Year. The population in this study were all students of class VIII odd semester 3 of Wonosari Middle School in the 2014/1015 Academic Year. Consisting of 6 classes with a total of 192 students. While the sample was taken VIIIF class with random sampling techniques to the class. The data collection technique was used a questionnaire method to find out about parents' motivation and attention, and documentation techniques to find out the results of learning mathematics. Data analysis using correlation analysis and linear regression analysis. The results showed there was no positive and significant relationship between (1) learning motivation with mathematics learning outcomes, with = -0.15 and = 2.04 so . Simple correlation coefficient  and linear regression equations . (2) the attention of parents with mathematics learning outcomes, with = -0.71 and = 2.04 so . Simple correlation coefficient = -0.126 and linear regression equations . (3) learning motivation and attention of parents with mathematics learning outcomes, with = 0.000365 and   so . Multiple correlation coefficient  and linear regression equations = 69.02729864+ 0,177029465X1-0.31304263X2. Relative contribution and and effective donations and  with a double determination coefficient = 0.021, this means that the learning outcomes of Grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 3 Wonosari in the odd semester of the 2014/2015 Academic Year are influenced by parents' learning motivation and attention (double determination coefficient 2.1%) while 97,927% is influenced by other factors that are not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Macromedia Flash 8 is still something new in the process of learning mathematics. Even though one of these computer applications can create exciting media for the student, the student will experience different learning styles using a computer to learn. This research aims to design, develop, and find out the qualitative categories and the feasibility of learning media of mathematics based Macromedia Flash 8 on Three Dimensions for 10th Student of Senior High School. The research uses the development method of Research and Development. The development stages are Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE). This research subject is the matter expert, the media expert, 10th students of Senior High School of Muhammadiyah (SMA Muhammadiyah) 5 Yogyakarta, and 10th students of Senior High School of Muhammadiyah 6 Yogyakarta. This study used the instrument of questionary. The data analysis technique was conducted quantitatively to test the advisability of developed learning media. The research results showed the advisability of learning media, 76.33 from the subject aspect, and 111.33 from the media aspect. The student’s response has an average of 65.20 on a limited class trial and 64.49 on a significant class trial. For the learning media developed, the average score of the final assessment is 317.35, with the category of Excellent and Feasible for use as learning media for the Subject of Three Dimensions for 10th student of Senior High School.

Abstract

The property sector which experienced an increase can be seen from the number of construction, housing, apartments, hotels, houses, shops (shop houses), shopping centers, and office centers. This large amount of development indicates that there is a considerable market opportunity for the property sector in Indonesia. This information also has implications for investors' positive reactions to stock prices in property sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The average stock (stock) has increased due to positive sentiment from investors to the company's performance expectations of the property sector issuers to obtain company profits. The higher profit obtained by the company will result in an increase in the company's stock price so that the higher the stock return is obtained (Jafar, 2012). The formulation in this study is how the influence of financial ratios on stock prices of property sector companies. From the results of the study, the results of Current Ratio (CR) Variables, Total Asset Turnover (TATO) Variables, Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) variables have a significant positive effect on stock prices. While the Variables of Return On Assets (ROA) and Variables Earning per Share (EPS) do not have a significant positive effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The LTV relaxation policy through regulation No 17 / PBI / 2015 is certainly expected to have a positive impact. With theimplementation of this policy, the public can pay a down payment for a lower mortgage to buy a house. This has an effect onthe ability to repay the community so that it has an impact on the growth of Housing Loans (KPR). In reality, there is apossibility that the impact of the LTV policy on each region may vary. This is reflected in the movement of property pricesthat can be seen from the Commercial Property Price Index. From the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded thatthe application of the Loan To Value (LTV) policy to the Residential Property Price Index (IHPR) applied on a regional basis(14 cities in Indonesia) does not have a significant effect, as well as nationally, the application of the policy LTV to IHPR hasno effect. This means that the LTV policy is inefficient to be implemented both regionally and nationally. In order to meet thehousing needs of people in Indonesia, there is a need for cooperation between the Government, the community and financialinstitutions.

Abstract

The population density in the city of Yogyakarta has created the Yogyakarta Urban Agglomeration (Aglomerasi Perkotaan Yogyakarta/APY) area consisting of Bantul Regency and Sle-man Regency which has an impact on the increasing population and growth rate of housing needs in the APY area. This study aims to determine the factors that most influence the selling value of land and buildings in simple type housing and to determine the level of significance and correlation between the factors that affect the selling value of land and buildings in simple type housing in the APY area. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to residential residents in the APY area of Sleman Regency as respondents by sampling. Data processing was carried out by a method in the form of the Relative Rank Index (RRI) value. The results showed that the factors that most influence the selling value of land and buildings in simple type housing in the APY area are 1) Public Transportation, 2) Distance to Shopping Centers, 3) Distance to Workplace, 4) Distance to City Center, 5) Distance to Educational Facilities.Keywords: Yogyakarta Urban Agglomeration, housing, sale valueJEL Classification:H4,O1

Abstract

The development of technology and communication has an impact on all aspects of life, including in the learning process using media. This study aims to develop e-learning platform by using Moodle on logarithmic material for ten grader students of SMA Negeri 1 Sewon. This development research uses the ADDIE model. The subjects of this study were learning material expert, learning media expert, and 10 grader students of SMA Negeri 1 Sewon. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, questionnaires, and observations. The data analysis techniques were conducted by converting qualitative data into quantitative data using a Likert scale. The results obtained from experts in the material included in the feasible category, the results obtained by media experts included in the feasible category, and the results of student assessment obtained as a feasible category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the learning media developed can be used in the process of learning mathematics.

Abstract

Regional or local economic development is a process of involvement of local governments and elements of society in jointly managing local resources or potentials with the aim of creating new jobs that can stimulate economic and community growth as well as alleviating people in poverty. One of the efforts to overcome these problems is the "Bela-Beli Kulon Progo" program. This study has a purpose, namely to determine the implementation of the "Bela-Beli Kulon Progo" program for the people in the Kulon Progo area. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by using survey research. The use of this method is in accordance with the purpose of this study, which is to describe the implementation of the "Bela-Beli Kulon Progo" program for the community in the Kulon Progo area. The results of the study use two perspectives, namely the perspective of the community who are members of the "Bela-Beli Kulon Progo" Program and the perspective of stakeholders in the "Bela-Beli Kulon Progo" Program with the results obtained on the economy and community participation in the "Bela-Beli Kulon Progo" Program. directly and indirectly felt by the people of Kulon Progo Regency through employment, increasing income, increasing quality and productivity, as well as high enthusiasm and participation in the program. Other results through the role of local governments through related agencies obtained very good and efficient results through the provision of counseling, assistance, supervision, and always innovating in the "Bela-Beli Kulon Progo" Program which was felt directly and indirectly by the people of Kulon Progo Regency.

Abstract

SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Minggir merupakan salah satu sekolah yang hasil belajar matematikanya masih rendah. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena model pembelajaran yang digunakan belum tepat. Kegiatan belajar masih berpusat kepada guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII semester genap SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Minggir Kabupaten Sleman Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018.Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Minggir Kabupaten Sleman Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018 yang terdiri dari tujuh kelas. Sampel diambil dua kelas dengan teknik random sampling yaitu dengan cara undian, diperoleh kelas VIII E sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII C sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode  pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi kemampuan awal siswa dan tes. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes hasil belajar matematika berbentuk pilihan ganda. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji prasyarat analisis yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, kemudian uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t.Hasil uji hipotesis dengan  taraf signifikans 5% dan derajat kebebasan 62 menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada perbedaan hasil belajar matematika yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif  tipe STAD dengan model pembelajaran langsung. Hal ini ditunjukkan thitung= 2,0912 dan ttabel =1,999 sehingga thitung > ttabel yang berarti H0 ditolak. (2) Pembelajaran matematika menggunakan model STAD lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran langsung. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung = 2,0912 dan ttabel = 1,6698, sehingga nilai thitung > ttabel yang berarti H0 ditolak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan karena kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa kelas VII E SMP Negeri 10 Yogyakarta tahun ajaran 2019/2020 dalam mata pelajaran matematika masih rendah. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa dengan model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) siswa kelas VII E SMP SMP Negeri 10 Yogyakarta tahun ajaran 2019/2020.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek siswa kelas VII E SMP Negeri 10 Yogyakarta tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Objek penelitian ini adalah proses pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL). Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri atas dua pertemuan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi dan tes. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan analisis hasil wawancara, analisis observasi dan tes.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa kelas VII E SMP Negeri 10 Yogyakarta tahun ajaran 2019/2020 mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II setelah dilaksanakan pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL). Peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan setiap aspek kemampuan pemecahan masalah serta nilai rata-rata kelas. Aspek menuliskan unsur yang diketahui dan unsur yang ditanyakan terjadi peningkatan dari siklus I sebesar 57,07% naik menjadi  71,71% pada siklus II. Aspek menuliskan salah satu strategi dan menyusun model matematika terjadi peningkatan dari siklus I sebesar 42,42% naik menjadi  91,41% pada siklus II. Aspek melakukan perhitungan sesuai dengan strategi dan pemodelan yang telah direncanakan terjadi peningkatan dari siklus I sebesar 59,59 % naik menjadi  86,6% pada siklus II. Aspek menuliskan kesimpulan dan melakukan pengecekan kembali terjadi peningkatan dari siklus I sebesar 47,22% naik menjadi  86,36% pada siklus II.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Capital Adequcy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) dan Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan rasio Return on Asset (ROA) pada 5 Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2015Q1-2020Q4. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengolahan dan analisis data berupa regresi data panel, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel independen CAR, NPF, FDR, dan BOPO berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA). Secara parsial variabel CAR berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA). Variabel NPF secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA). Variabel FDR secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA). Variabel BOPO secara parsial berpegaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA).Kata kunci: CAR, NPF, FDR, BOPO, ROA
