Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh penerimaan nasabah terhadap layanan mobile banking dengan menggunakan pendekatan technology acceptance model dan theory of reasoned action. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung. Hasil analisa data dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara langsung dan tidak langsung variabel perceived ease of use memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel attitude toward use dengan melalui variabel perceived usefulness. Attitude toward usememiliki pengaruh terhadap behavior intention.

Abstract

Noni fruit is a medicinal plant with biological activity like antioxidant that could potentially be used as a feed additive in poultry. This research investigated the effect of noni fruit powder as feed additive on lipid profiles of blood and meat fatty acid compositions of meat of hybrid duck. One hundred twenty 2-week-old hybrid ducks crossing between Peking and Khaki Campbell duck were subjected. They were randomly allotted to 24 experimental units. Each experimental unit was 70x80x40 cm in size and it was used for 5 ducks up to they reached 56 days of age. Each unit was equipped with waterer and feeder. The ducks were raised on litter-type floor. The basal experimental diet was formulated according to the standards of National Research Council (1994). The method used for this study was experimental with 4 different treatments in 6 replications. The treatments were as follow: P0: basal feed without supplementation of noni fruit powder as control; P1: basal feed + 1 % noni fruit powder; P2: basal feed + 2 % noni fruit powder; P3: basal feed + 3 % noni fruit powder. Data were analyzed by one-way of Completely Randomized Design ANOVA and if there was significant effect followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test. Result showed that using noni fruit powder as feed additive had no significant effect (P>0.05) on lipid profiles of blood and fatty acid composition of meat.

Abstract

This paper presents a simulation of motion of a bipedal robot and a comparison between the result of simulation and the actual robot. The hip and the knee are modeled as one degree of freedom (DOF) hinge respectively. The traction or gait is modeled as nonlinear joint alternating between one DOF pin joint and losing contact modes during the motion of the robot. The motion is modeled as a plane motion and the equation of motion is developed using the Lagrangian method. Besides torque, the jerk and impacts during the motion are observed and analyzed in the simulation. A spread sheet analysis is also performed to confirm and verify the result of simulation. In the actual robot, a PID control system is used. Various values of PID gains are set for the experiments, and the resulting behavior of the robot is observed.

Abstract

Noni fruit is a medicanal plant with biological activity like antimicrobial and antioxidant that could potentially be used as a feed additive in poultry. This research investigated the effect of noni fruit powder as feed additive on intestinal microflora and villi characteristics of hybrid duck. The subjects for this study were one hundred fifty of 2-week-old hybrid duck that were divided into 5 dietary groups, namely P0: basal feed serving as negative control, P1: basal feed + 1 % noni fruit powder, P2: basal feed + 2 % noni fruit powder, P3: basal feed + 3 % noni fruit powder, P4: basal feed supplemented with tetracycline antibiotic (300mg/kg feed) as positive control. Data were analyzed by one-way of Completely Randomized Design and if there was significant effect followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test. The result show that levels of noni fruit powder significantly influence (P<0.01) intestinal microflora. Total Escherichia coli of intestinal microflora was decreasing, however total Lactic acid bacteria was equal to negative control. Intestinal villi characteristics show that significantly different (P<0.01) with used noni fruit powder. Treatment noni fruit powder 1% can increase villus length and villus surface area. (Key words: Duck, Intestinal changes, Noni Fruit, Phytobiotic)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the addition of zeolite and Trichoderma S.p on the quality of organic fertilizer from chicken manure. This study used an experimental method with 4 treatments: P0, control treatment; P1, Fecal Fermentation (FF) with 5% zeolite; P2, FF with zeoilt 7.5%; P3, FF with 10% zeolite. Observational analysis was carried out at the Fertilizer Testing Laboratory of the Blitar Regency Agriculture Service which included parameters of C-organic levels, NPK levels. The results showed that the value of C-Organic and N,P,K levels of fermented fertilizer added with Zeolite still met the SNI threshold on the manufacture of organic fertilizer from poultry manure. The highest results were obtained in the P3 treatment with a higher organic C-value than the control P0 treatment. Meanwhile, the highest total N, P, K levels were the control treatment P0. Based on the results of observational data, research has shown that the addition of zeolite in the manufacture of organic fertilizer from chicken manure can increase the value of macro-nutrient content which can increase soil fertility and prevent soil degradation.

Abstract

Functional testing is an important stage in aplikasi development cycle aimed at ensuring that the application works correctly and meets the specifications. However, manual functional testing can be a tiring task and prone to human errors. Therefore, this research attempts to improve aplikasi quality by using Robot Framework as an automated functional testing tool. Robot Framework is an open-source automated testing framework that can be used to test desktop and web applications easily. The research method used is an experiment comparing the results of manual and automated functional testing on the same application. The results show that automated functional testing with Robot Framework can reduce the time required for testing, improve testing efficiency, and produce more accurate testing reports. Therefore, the use of Robot Framework as a functional testing tool can improve aplikasi quality by reducing human errors and improving testing efficiency.

Abstract

Efisiensi basis data MySQL sangat bergantung pada teknik optimasi kueri yang diterapkan, terutama dalam skenario dengan dataset besar dan kompleksitas kueri tinggi. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk mengidentifikasi teknik optimasi kueri yang terbukti efektif berdasarkan analisis dari literatur terkait. Hasil SLR menunjukkan bahwa pengindeksan, restrukturisasi kueri, tabel partisi, optimasi join, dan caching secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja sistem dengan mengurangi waktu eksekusi kueri dan mengoptimalkan penggunaan sumber daya. Teknik-teknik ini memberikan hasil optimal jika diterapkan sesuai dengan karakteristik data dan kebutuhan sistem. Selain itu, pemantauan kinerja berkala dan kombinasi teknik optimasi disarankan untuk mempertahankan efisiensi basis data. Penelitian ini memberikan panduan berbasis bukti bagi pengembang dan administrator dalam mengelola basis data MySQL yang lebih cepat dan efisien.
