Abstract

Gojek merupakan perusahaan karya anak bangsa yang berdiri sejak tahun 2010 dan bergerak di bidang layanan moda transportasi yang dikemas dalam sebuah aplikasi berbasis online. Sebagai perusahaan startup, Gojek melakukan aktivitas marketing public relations dengan memproduksi iklan sebagai sarana untuk memperkenalkan brandnya, trademark, kepada masyarakat sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti value iklan Gojek. Gojek memposting video iklan di Instagram yang mencakup enam dimensi value iklan, yaitu Simple, Unexpected, Persuasive, Entertaining, Relevant dan Acceptable. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui value iklan Gojek melalui iklan “Jangan Sepelekan Kekuatan Dari Sebuah Jempol” di Instagram yang diukur dari keenam dimensi iklan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei berbentuk kuesioner online atau menggunakan google form. Peneliti melakukan analisis dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dimensi acceptable memperoleh nilai tertinggi dalam value iklan Gojek.

Abstract

Public relations telah lama didirikan dalam praktik ekonomi tidak hanya sebagai dukungan untuk kegiatan promosi, tetapi otonom untuk mengelola organisasi. Seorang public relations perlu membangun citra dan reputasi yang baik kepada masyarakat, karena kemampuan masyarakat yang mampu mengkomunikasikan pesan dengan berbagai motif dibaliknya dalam media online. Public relation modern, hadir dengan melibatkan segala bentuk komunikasi dengan memanfaatkan solusi yang ditawarkan oleh teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, salah satunya electronic word of mouth. Penulisan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran umum electronic word of mouth yang terdapat pada Instagram @subway.indonesia. Penggambaran ini dilihat melalui metode analisis isi pada posting yang terdapat dalam media sosial Instagram. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa electronic word of mouth yang dominan pada akun @subway.indonesia merupakan eWOM positive self enchancement dengan topik frekuensi tertinggi adalah antusiasme. Berdasarkan eWOM yang berkembang, maka citra perusahaan yang dimiliki Subway adalah positif.

Abstract

This research measures the effectiveness of using Maudy Ayunda as a brand ambassador in the marketing public relations (MPR) strategy for the Oatside milk product in Indonesian people. Maudy Ayunda, as a public figure with a positive reputation and wide influence, has been chosen to increase brand awareness and strengthen the positive image of the Oatside milk product. This research uses a survey method by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 400 people in Indonesia using a Likert scale. The results of this research indicate that the use of Maudy Ayunda as a brand ambassador is effective based on the VisCAP indicators. VisCAP itself consists of visibility, credibility, attraction, and power. This research provides important insights for marketing practitioners in designing MPR strategies that leverage the strength of a brand ambassador to achieve desired communication and marketing goals. According to the research results, the attraction indicator has the most significant effectiveness among the three other indicators.

Abstract

The phenomenon of boyfriend or girlfriend rental services, which initially emerged in Japan, has now expanded to Indonesia, driven by globalization and advances in technology. However, this rental concept has evolved beyond just hiring a boyfriend or girlfriend–it now includes the option to rent family members, friends, siblings, cosplay partners, and even types of relationships previously unimaginable. Within these virtual rental relationships, interactions can develop into emotionally intimate and meaningful connections, despite their transactional nature. Telegram, as a platform, offers advantages such as large-scale community features, bots, customizable forms, and group chats, which support the growth of this practice. This study identifies specific rental communities on Telegram that cater to users seeking rental services across Indonesia. The research focuses on the process of self disclosure, particularly how individuals share personal information within the context of virtual rental relationships on Telegram. Using a qualitative case study approach, this study involved two informants who are active members of rental communities and are currently occupied in rental sessions with partner(s). The findings reveal that motivation, gradual strategy, topic variation, emotional impact and risks all significantly influence how self disclosure is carried out, as well as how much and how deep personal information is shared.
