Abstract

Jagung manis merupakan produk yang saat ini mengalami permintaan yang besar. Telah banyak varietas jagung manis hibrida yang ada di pasar. Salah satu perusahaan yang mengembangkan jagung manis adalah CV. Danau Tondano Seed Expert Jember. Perusahaan ini merupakan perusahaan lokal yang berdiri sejak tahun 2017 dan memiliki fokus bisnis pada pengembangan jagung manis (sweet corn), jagung pakan (field corn), dan jagung ketan (waxy corn). Salah satu Varietas jagung manis yang dimiliki oleh CV. Danau Tondano Seed Expert Jember adalah varietas YS 12 yang telah dilepas oleh Kementan RI nomor : 27/Kpts/PV.240/D/I/2023. CV. Danau Tondano Seed Expert Jember akan memproduksi dan menjual benih jagung sebesar 2 ton, maka perusahaan memerlukan perencanaan strategi pemasaran yang baik. Pada tahap awal analisis SWOT kemudian dilanjutkan dengan metode AHP untuk menarik kesimpulan strategi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis SWOT menunjukkan perusahaan pada sel/kuadran V, yaitu menjaga dan mempertahankan (Hold and Maintan), serta hasil analisis AHP didapat beberapa strategi prioritas untuk pemasaran benih jagung manis Varietas YS 12 yaitu : Mengoptimalkan peran tenaga pemasaran dan peningkatan volume promosi untuk memperluas jaringan pemasaran produk, mengoptimalkan branding produk untuk menghadapi  persaingan dan meningkatkan produksi serta persediaan bahan untuk mengatasi fluktuasi ketersediaan dan harga bahan

Abstract

To increase the productivity of human resources in an organization, aspectsof job satisfaction and performance has always been a very important discussion,because both are two important aspects in achieving organizational goals. This studyaims to determine whether there is influence of leadership style and work motivationon teacher performance SMK Negeri 5 Jember through job satisfaction. Thepopulation in this study are all teachers PNS SMK Negeri 5 Jember totaling 99people. Sampling using census method so that the sample in this study amounted to99 people. Data were analyzed using Path Analysis. The test results of path analysisshowed that: In the first track, style of leadership and motivation have a significanteffect on performance. On the second track, motivation significant effect onperformance while the two other variables namely; leadership style and jobsatisfaction did not significantly affect the performance of teachers SMK Negeri 5Jember. The results of this analysis also states that the style of leadership, motivationand job satisfaction influence simultaneously on teacher performance. Workmotivation is a variable that has a dominant influence on the performance ofteachers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine alternative marketing strategies and their implications for marketing Rameyza Tour & Travel Branch Bondowoso. Analytical method used is SWOT analysis. Internal factor analysis (IFAS) and external factors (EFAS) are used to determine the firm's position through the quadrant table. IE Metrics and SWOT Metrics are used to determine marketing strategic formulations that are appropriate to current corporate conditions. The results showed that Rameyza Tour & Travel Bondowoso Branch is in quadrant V, this means marketing strategy that must be done is horizontal innovation strategy that is in applying its strategy focused on the addition or improvement to the implementation of the function of each activity in the business unit of Tour & Travel service . In the description of SWOT metrics, there are several alternative marketing strategies such as: 1) Improving partnership with institutions and schools, 2) Increasing online promotion to expand market, 3) Promoting promotion especially service for private tour and attracting foreign tourists. 4) Maintaining continuous service quality, 5) Expanding the market by adding products sold, such as aircraft ticketing service, and railways as a productdiversified form.
