Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of compensation, work environment and reward for high performance against the performance of employees at PT. Asuransi Asei Indonesia Unit Syariah cabang Pekanbaru. Analysis of data used is the analysis of the regression of the linear risks. The sample of this study as many as 55 of the respondents who is a permanent employee at PT. Asuransi Asei Indonesia Unit Syariah cabang Pekanbaru. Variables are used is compensation, work environment and reward for high performance. The results showed that these three variables tested simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employee at PT. Asuransi ASEI Indonesia Unit Syariah cabang Pekanbaru. In partial compensation significantly influences, while the work environment and reward for high performance does not affect the significant. Variables are compensation, work environment and reward for high performance of influential 79% of employee performance, while the rest of the 21% affected by variables not included in research.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Syafira Hospital Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction at Syafira Hospital Pekanbaru. The population in this study was 6,590 patients. The technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with the Accidental Sampling approach with a total of 99 patients as respondents. In this study, data was collected through questionnaires to 99 patients at Syafira Hospital Pekanbaru. The quantitative analysis used in this research is to use validity test, reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression, t test and the coefficient of determination test. Judging from the results of the calculation of simple linear regression test obtained Y = 16,422 + 0.492 X and the t test shows that t count> t table (8,254> 1,984) this means that service quality has a significant effect on inpatient satisfaction at Syafira Hospital Pekanbaru. The magnitude of the influence of Service Quality on Inpatient Satisfaction is 41.3% while the remaining 58.7% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Simpang Pasar Bawah. Populasi dan Sampel yaitu seluruh karyawan PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk 34 cabang Cabang Simpang Pasar Bawah. Analisis regresi linier sederhana yaitu hubungan antara variabel dependen dan variabel independen ditunjukkan oleh persamaan: y = a + bX. Hasil deskriptif tanggapan responden terhadap variabel lingkungan kerja adalah 4,17 yang disepakati dan variabel kinerja karyawan sebesar 4,13 yang disepakati. Y = 17.676 + 1.180X, dapat dilihat konstanta 17.676. Berarti ketika lingkungan kerja diabaikan atau nol maka kinerja karyawan adalah 17.676, sedangkan lingkungan kerja (X) pada kinerja karyawan adalah positif yang dibuktikan dari hasil b = 1.180 yang berarti bahwa setiap peningkatan dalam satu unit lingkungan kerja akan menjadi mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Simpang Pasar Bawah dengan 1.180 unit. Nilai R-square (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,590. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja memberikan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Simpang Pasar Bawah sebesar 59%. Dan Uji T dari 6,788 lebih besar dari tabel 2,037 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melakukan proses akreditasi sekolah menengah Kegiatan Akreditasi diharapkan menjadi pendorong dan dapat menciptakan suasana kondusif bagi perkembangan pendidikan serta memberikan arahan dalam melakukan penjaminan mutu sekolah/madrasah yang berkelanjutan, guna mencapai mutu yang diharapkan. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 17 Tahun 2010 Tentang Pengelolaan dan Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan mewajibkan akreditasi bagi seluruh sekolah/madrasah sebagai bagian dari upaya penjaminan mutu pendidikan. Abstract

The theme of the article is "economy based on the principles of Islam". The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership on employee discipline at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Duri.population in this research is all employees at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Duri which amounted to 41 people, So the sample taken in this study is all employees of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Duri Branch Office amounting to 40 people, this is because the leader is the object studied in this study, therefore the leadership is not included in this study. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive and quantitative analysis method. In this research used simple linear regression analysis model. Y = 16,679 + 0,591X, hence can be seen constant 16,679. Means when the leadership is considered constant, the discipline of work is 16.679, while the leadership (X) of the work discipline is positive as evidenced by the result b = 0,591 which means that any increase in leadership one unit will be able to raise the discipline of employees at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Duri of 0,591 units. Can be obtained r-square value (coefficient of determination) of 0.384. This shows that leadership contributes to the influence of employee work discipline at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Duri amounted to 38.4% while the rest (100% -38.4%) = 61.6% influenced by other variables outside the variable in this study.

Abstract

The theme of the article is the banks and financial institutions. Nowadays the banking industry is entering a period where competition has become very competitive. Competition is such a great challenge for every company. Hence a strong work discipline is required from every employee in order to survive and win the competition The main objective of this research is to thoroughly determine The Influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at BPR Rokan Hulu. The sampling technique used is census method where the whole population is taken into account in which in this research amounted to 41 respondent. The recapitulation result of respondents answer on Work Discipline (X) get average value 3.64 and Results Summary of Answers the respondents about Employees Performance (Y) get average value 3.79 . This result indicates that the criteria of respondents answer is agreed. Based on the research result, Work Discipline influences significant of the Performance of Employees. It shows the significant influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. This refers to t count > t table which is 10.770 > 2.023, then H1 is accepted. This is proven by testing the Coefficient of Determination (R2) with a yield equal to 74.8%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Leadership Style, Motivation and Discipline on work performance on employee performance in PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Syariah Pekanbaru. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample of this study are 35 respondents who are permanent employees in PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Syariah Pekanbaru. The variables used are Leadership Style, Motivation and Discipline of work achievement. The results showed that the three variables tested simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance in PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Syariah Pekanbaru. Partially Leadership Style significantly influence, while Motivation and Discipline of work achievement does not significantly influence. Leadership, Motivation and Discipline Variables on work performance have an effect of 8.36% on employee performance while the remaining 16,4% is influenced by other variables not included in the research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance and burnout on the performance of temporary employees. This analysis uses independent variables, namely work life balance and burnout and the dependent variable, namely performance. The sample of this study was administrative temporary employees of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau with a total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing 50 questionnaires directly to temporary employees. Statistical method uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with hypothesis testing statistical test F test and T test. The results of this study indicate that partially work life balance and burnout have no significant effect on performance. Simultaneously, work life balance and burnout also have no significant effect on the performance of temporary employees. Some temporary employees are still worried about various things outside of work, including personal life while working. The workload and the feeling that temporary employees have that their life and career will not change causes stress
