Abstract

This study took place research at PT. Samesta Engineering Pekanbaru with Jl. Parit Indah Office Grand Sudirman No. D 6 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of physical work environment and transactional leadership partially and simultaneously on employee performance and to determine which variables are the most dominant influence on employee performance. To achieve these objectives the research is done by using the sample of 43 people, using the Census. Data analysis method using simultaneous test and partial test (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Windows version 20). The test results in variable physical work environment factors and transactional leadership partially and simultaneously influence the performance of employees at PT. Samesta Engineering Pekanbaru. Where is the most dominant factor influencing performance is the physical work environment factors. Recommendations to the authors propose is expected PT. Samesta Engineering Pekanbaru to be able to further enhance the physical work environment variables for the physical work environment affects the performance by gaining an average of responses agreed. Where the presence of adequate physical working environment at PT. Samesta Engineering Pekanbaru then it will be able to improve the performance of employees

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melakukan proses akreditasi sekolah menengah Kegiatan Akreditasi diharapkan menjadi pendorong dan dapat menciptakan suasana kondusif bagi perkembangan pendidikan serta memberikan arahan dalam melakukan penjaminan mutu sekolah/madrasah yang berkelanjutan, guna mencapai mutu yang diharapkan. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 17 Tahun 2010 Tentang Pengelolaan dan Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan mewajibkan akreditasi bagi seluruh sekolah/madrasah sebagai bagian dari upaya penjaminan mutu pendidikan. Abstract

This article was created as one of the outcomes of Community Service activities in STIE Riau's assisted villages as partners, namely Talang Sungai Limau Village, Rakit Kulim District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. Held on September 24-25 after a series of preparatory activities. This activity aims to increase the skills and interest of PKK women in partner villages to make household production as well as efforts to foster interest in MSMEs for residents as an effort to improve the family economy. Activities carried out in lectures, discussions and practice of making liquid laundry soap to packaging and explaining simple marketing methods. On the first day, an introduction to materials and methods of making as well as the practice of making liquid laundry soap is given. After settling for 24 hours, packaging and an explanation of sales are carried out as well as an estimate of the capital and profits obtained from one package of liquid laundry soap which produces 100 bottles with a volume of 200 ml.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload on employee work stress carried out at PT. VARIOUS WORKS OF TOUGH PEKANBANU. The population in this study was 33 people. In this study, the sample used was the full sample, which was 33 employees. In analyzing the data, this research uses descriptive and quantitative methods. The descriptive method aims to describe the relationship between actual reality and related theories. The results are to be able to draw conclusions and tabulated in tabular form, then analyzed according to research objectives: While quantitative methods are used to determine the relationship between the independent variable (X) and the bound variable M by using statistical equipment simple linear regression method. Based on the t-test Workload obtained tcount 10.210 tabe/ 2.039 The regression equation is V3.547+0.709x Constant of 3.547, meaning that if the Workload the value is 0; then Work Stress has a positive value, which is 3.547 The workload coefficient value (0.709) indicates that every change in Workload increases by 1 unit, the Work Stras period will be nax by 0.709 units. Judging from the coefficient of the workload determinant, it can be explained from the existing R Square (R) value of 0.771 which means that the workload has an effect of 77.1% on employee work stress at PT Aneka Karya Tangguh Pekanbaru. other independent variables not observed in this study .

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out what factors influence the income of street vendors from Panam-Pekanbaru (Case Study: Push/Porch Cart Vendors). Methodology/approach – the data in this study were collected through a questionnaire, the total sample was 99 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. data analysis techniques using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Findings – The results of the study show that the variables that have a significant effect on the income of traders are experience (X1), prices (X3) and sales (X5), while the variables that do not have a significant effect on the income of traders are labor (X2), working hours (X4). While the results of the F test that all independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable. And the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 94.56 percent while the remaining 5.44 percent is influenced by other variables outside the research. Novelty/value – that the factors that affect traders' income are experience, price and sales results. Key words : experience, labor, price, working hours, sales and income.

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syariah Pekanbaru. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted using a sample of 37 people, using the census method. The data analysis method used simple linear regression. Based on the results of the partial t-test, it was found that work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syariah Pekanbaru, this was proven based on the t-test, the calculated t was greater than the t-table (4.477> 2.035). The magnitude of the influence of the work motivation variable on the employee performance variable is 0.364 (36.4%). This is proven based on the results of the determination test where the R2 value is 0.364. The recommendation that can be submitted is expected that the relationship between superiors and subordinates can be strengthened again so that a harmonious relationship is established, because this received the lowest response from respondents.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of competence on employee performance at PT. Media Jaya Indonesia Pekanbaru. Competence was considered one of the crucial factors that influenced the quality and productivity of employee work. The research method used was quantitative descriptive with an associative approach. The population in this study consisted of all employees of PT. Media Jaya Indonesia Pekanbaru, totaling 44 individuals. Since the population was fewer than 100, the sampling technique used was a census, meaning all members of the population were taken as the research sample. The data analysis techniques included validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This was evidenced by the t-test result, where the t-count was 8.056, which was greater than the t-table value of 2.018, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that H₀ was rejected and Hₐ was accepted. The regression equation obtained was Y = 15.566 + 0.846X, meaning that for every one-unit increase in competence, employee performance increased by 0.846 units. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.607, indicating that competence contributed 60.7% to employee performance, while the remaining 39.3% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan untuk memberikan pengetahuan teknis cara membuat brand popular dan proses pengurusan sertifikasi halal mulai dari bahan baku, alat kerja, tempat dan proses produksi agar menhasilkan produk bersih, sehat dan halal pada pada usaha rumahan yang ada di Perum Griya Cemara Aseri Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat, Kecamatan Tuah Madani. Target minimal kegiatan adalah mampu menambah pengetahuan dan memberi semangat kepada ibu-ibu yang sudah memiliki usaha maupun usaha yang baru akan dirintis. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada yaitu : Sabtu, 11 Oktober 2025, melalui rapat disepakati tempat dilakukan di Perum Griya Cemara Asri Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanbaru, Riau. Peserta terdiri dari 36 orang ibu-ibu pelaku usaha rumahan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Pertama, peserta mendapat pengetahuan yang disampaikan narasumber berpengalaman tentang teknis membuat brand popular agar menarik minat pelanggan dan proses pembuatan produk berkualitas mulai dari bahan baku, alat dan prosesnya terlihat jelas bersih dan halal. Kedua, setelah mendapatkan penjelasan maka tergambar tahap tahap mengurus sertifikasi halal (lama pengurusan, biaya dan bahan-bahan yang perlu dipersiapkan).
