Abstract

Agroindustry as one of agribusiness system sub has important role in movement of national economy activity. Besides, role of agroindustry especially having location in rural is to increase industry earnings. as well as increasing quality than it self agricultural produce. This research is aim (1) to analyze and test Information System Role influence to revenues marketing performance on industry brass company Bamboo Handycaraf in Jember Regency. (2) lo analyze and test Information System Role influence torevenues Sustainable Competitive Advantage on industry brass company Bamboo Handycaraf in Jember Regency. (3) to analyze and test Marketing Performance influence to revenues Sustainable Competitive Advantage on industry brass company Bamboo Handycaraf in Jember Regency. Method applied in this research is survey research by using questionnaire as a means of data colleting. Research subject is the lead of industry brass company. Simultaneously testing by using Path Analyze. Obtained that selling Creativity, innovation, Markeung Performance. This research will be to give an answer difference this research.

Abstract

Desa Tegalrejo merupakan salah satu kabupaten penghasil labu kuning terbesar di Banyuwangi. Masyarakat Desa Tegalrejo sebagian besar merupakan petani labu kuning yang memproduksi benih labu kuning untuk dijual. Penjualan bibit labu kuning telah bekerjasama dengan PT. Panah Merah Jember. Bibit yang dibutuhkan disediakan oleh PT. Panah Merah Jember sedangkan tanah, alat-alat produksi dan pekerja disediakan oleh petani. Limbah produksi biji labu kuning adalah daging buah labu kuning segar. Asalkan dibuang begitu saja oleh petani jika saat panen labu kuning. Bahkan bisa digunakan untuk pakan sapi, kambing dan ayam. Metode: Program Kemitraan Masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh tim Politeknik Negeri Jember bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomis labu kuning dengan memproduksi aneka olahan eggroll labu kuning, bolu kukus, roti tawar, foodbar, cookies dan minuman jelly drink. Jenis pelatihan yang diberikan adalah pelatihan tahapan produksi aneka olahan labu kuning, pelatihan pengemasan produk labu kuning, pelatihan strategi pemasaran, pendampingan dan monitoring serta evluasi PKM. Hasil: Peserta terdiri dari istri petani berjumlah 20 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah mereka dapat membuat varian produk dari buah labu kuning antara lain kue kukus, eggroll, cookies, food bar, roti dan minuman jelly. Setelah mereka membuat aneka produk labu, mereka bisa jualan di e-commere layaknya shopee, sehingga mendapat penghasilan tambahan. Monitoring dilakukan dengan mengunjungi beberapa peserta pengabmas. Proses pendampingan dan pemantauan telah menghasilkan dokumen pengarsipan PIRT dan hasil PIRT adalah PIRT nomor 206-3510021110-23. Kesimpulan: Meningkatnya pengetahuan peserta dalam menghasilkan varian produk labu kuning. Produk labu kuning ini bisa dijual di ecommere dan mereka mendapat penghasilan tambahan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan selama delapan bulan di Kelompok Tani Kopi Sumber Kembang. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian adalah untuk meningkatkan pemasaran dan kesadaran kesehatan lingkungan kerja di Kelompok tani tersebut. Peningkatan pemasaran dilakukan dengan pembuatan e-katalog serta pelatihan penggunaan e-katalog. Peningkatan kesadaran kesehatan lingkungan kerja dilakukan dengan pemberian tempat cuci tangan dan tempat sampah pintar serta pelatihan cara mencuci tangan yang baik dan penggunaan tempat sampah pintar. Luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yakni artikel media masaa online warta nusa, artikel pada jurnal pengabdian masyarakat J-Dinamika, video kegiatan pengabdian, dan peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan mitra.

Abstract

COVID-19 causes an increase in morbidity and mortality until 2021. One of the important components in dealing with the threat of the Covid-19 pandemic is care for the elderly group. Jember Regency as one of the districts that experienced an increase in the percentage of the elderly from 2018 to 2020 requires special attention regarding the prevention of COVID-19 transmission in the elderly. Based on the survey results to service partners, several problems that need to be resolved are the lack of knowledge about increasing immunity, especially among the elderly, partners still do not have awareness about the dangers of the COVID-19 virus, partners have not implemented health protocols such as social distancing, washing hands regularly, wearing masks when leaving the house, and spraying disinfectants regularly. The solution provided by the proposing team is the service team providing education about the importance of healthy living and to increase awareness while adhering to health protocols during the pandemic. This activity was attended enthusiastically by the participants. this can be measured by 100% of the invitees attending the event. The education and socialization running smoothly. Communities are equipped with the knowledge and skills to make hand sanitizer independently. After this activity, the community is motivated to maintain health and comply with health protocols.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a standard operating procedure (SOP) for the Teaching Factory (TEFA) Tax Corner at the Jember State Polytechnic (Polije). This is one of the preparations for the establishment of the TEFA Tax Corner. This research is a qualitative research. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from interviews with resource persons, field observations, data analysis. Secondary data is obtained from data supporting the TEFA Tax Corner business process. The first step of this research is to identify the activities at TEFA Tax Corner by visiting the Tax Center FISIP, University of Jember (UNEJ). During the visit, observations, interviews and documentation were carried out on the activities carried out at the UNEJ Tax Center. Furthermore, planning activities to be carried out at Polije, namely tax webinar, webinar related to tax research, training in filling out tax forms, making Management Decrees, cash receipts and cash disbursements. The next stage is making SOPs for these activities by taking into account the bureaucratic conditions in Polije. Classification of the parties and documents related to the TEFA activities and the flow or steps of these activities are carried out. The output of this research is SOP webinars and training, making Management Decrees, cash receipts and cash disbursements.

Abstract

In order to strengthen the manpower of a company, the company itself needs to manage its employees in such a way as to develop professionalism and be able to achieve the expected quality of employee performance. Work performance is the result of qualitative and or quantitative work carried out by employees in accordance with their responsibilities. Creating a decent work performance helps the company to achieve its goal. Several things that can be done involve creating organizational culture that suits the employees' condition, applying participative leadership towards employees and work discipline which conforms the rules. This research has independents variables, includes organizational culture, participative leadership, and work discipline. Meanwhile the dependent variable is work performance. The goal of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, participative leadership and work discipline towards work performance of the employee of DIRA Shopping Centre Balung Jember. Population of this research are 150 employees and the sampling method is cluster random sampling. It is used when the population seems to be wide and there are groups which look the same, but are actually different internally. There are 110 employees that are taken as sample of this research. The data analysis method that is used is multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that organizational culture, participative leadership and work discipline significantly influences the work performance of the employees of DIRA Shopping Centre Balung Jember.
