Abstract

The increase in transactions through e-commerce due to changes in consumer buying behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic affected the demand for logistics services for the delivery of goods. The quality of logistics services can affect customer satisfaction and loyalty, and logistics service companies must provide added value to the services provided. This is what underlies the making of this research to be able to provide innovation proposals and improve service quality to courier service providers to support government programs to improve the quality of national logistics services. The method used in this research is Logistic Service Quality (LSQ), which analyzes problems in courier services. Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) is used to solve problems in the object of research and provide suggestions for improvement.

Abstract

Kabupaten Banyumas termasuk salah satu daerah di Indonesia dengan potensi bencana yang cukup besar. Kelompok masyarakat yang paling rentan menjadi korban bencana adalah anak-anak. Sehingga diperlukan sebuah kegiatan khusus untuk memberikan pengetahuan pada anak-anak mengenai jenis-jenis bencana yang berpotensi terjadi di Indonesia, sebab dan cirinya, serta langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan sebelum, saat, dan setelah bencana. Peserta pengabdian masyarakat Pendidikan Tanggap Bencana ini adalah anak-anak di Panti Asuhan Harapan Mulia Purwokerto. Pengajaran pada anak-anak membutuhkan sebuah metode yang kreatif agar anak-anak tidak bosan dalam menyerap materi sekaligus mampu menangkap isi yang disampaikan. Maka, pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode simulasi permainan untuk mengenalkan macam-macam bencana dan langkah kesiapsiagaannya. Berdasarkan hasil survei lewat kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada peserta, didapatkan hasil bahwa secara keseluruhan peserta merasa puas terhadap kegiatan pengabdian yang sudah diberikan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah tertanamnya sebuah kesadaran tentang potensi bencana di Indonesia yang dapat terjadi sewaktu-waktu dan mengetahui langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan ketika terjadi bencana.

Abstract

PT. XYZ adalah salah satu perusahaan produksi kayu lapis yang berada di Purbalingga. Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam sebuah perusahaan. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan antara lain adalah K3, lingkungan kerja, dan shift kerja. Upaya peningkatan kinerja agar dapat menjadi karyawan yang berkualitas dan bekerja dengan baik, maka PT. XYZ perlu memperhatikan K3, lingkungan kerja, dan shift kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengaruh K3, lingkungan kerja, dan shift kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. XYZ, dan pengolahan data nya menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda didapatkan persamaan nya yaitu Y = 8,535+ 0,281X1 + 0,191 X2 + 0,393X3 + e dari hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa K3, lingkungan kerja, dan shift kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PT. XYZ dengan Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,270 (27%) sedangkan sisanya 0,73 (73%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Perhutani Pine Chemical Industry melakukan pengolahan getah pinus menjadi produk Gondorukem dan Terpentin. Berdasarkan pengamatan di lapangan, banyak para pekerja yang lupa mengutamakan keselamatan kerja dengan tidak menaati prosedur kerja. Padahal setiap area yang di dalamnya terdapat aktivitas kerja, pasti terdapat potensi kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya yang terdapat dalam proses produksi Plant 1 PT Perhutani dan melakukan perhitungan untuk menentukan level risiko bahaya berdasarkan risk matrix serta memberikan usulan pencegahan risiko bahaya dengan menggunakan metode HAZOP. Dari hasil pengamatan, ditemukan ada 18 potensi bahaya dan sebanyak 27 potensi risiko bahaya dalam 12 proses kerja yang terdapat di Plant 1 PT. Perhutani Pine Chemical Industry. Dari hasil perhitungan dengan metode HAZOP didapatkan risiko bahaya level ekstrim sebanyak 11%, level tinggi sebanyak 26%, level sedang sebanyak 30%, dan level rendah sebanyak 33%. Usulan perbaikan secara umum adalah membuat worksheet tentang penggunaan APD di dalam area kerja agar pekerja dapat mengetahui potensi bahaya yang dapat terjadi. Selain itu, dibuat SOP tentang penggunaan APD lengkap serta memberikan sosialisasi kepada para pekerja tentang potensi bahaya yang dapat terjadi di setiap proses kerja. Perusahaan juga disarankan untuk memperbaiki kondisi lingkungan kerja untuk meminimalisir terjadinya risiko potensi bahaya.

Abstract

XYZ is a cable company of excellence in audio-video cable technology through research, production, and product development. PT. XYZ produces frequency cables, power cables, and low-voltage cables and its newest products are USB cables and CCTV cables. PT. XYZ is a company that uses a make-to-order strategy. To produce quality products with fast delivery, a production division is needed, where the division is in charge of designing the production process, and maintaining product quality in accordance with established quality standards. As a company with a high production capacity target, a good strategy and planning are needed to increase efficiency by reducing waste. Balancing the utility of each path can be done to reduce the waste of time that occurs. Based on observations of the NYM low voltage cable production process, there is still idle time at several work stations due to the production machine factor. It is often found that there are workstations that are idle while other stations are fully working. The results of the data were obtained and processed by comparing the two types of NYM products based on product performance measurements. The efficiency level of the 2×1.5 mm² NYM product with a length of 46,000 meters is more efficient than the NYM 3×1.5 mm² product with a length of 12,000 meters because the balance delay in the NYM 3×1.5 mm² product is longer. So the company needs to evaluate or reassess the balance of the NYM assembly line.

Abstract

The remaining food waste in Indonesia reaches around 46.35 million tons, with economic losses reaching 23 million to 48 million tons per year. This condition has led to various campaigns to reduce food waste from people concerned about the problem of food waste. However, the increase in food waste campaigns has yet to be accompanied by a decrease in the volume of food waste in Indonesia. This research aims to determine public sentiment toward food waste campaigns on Instagram social media and determine the accuracy of the methods used in data classification. The method used is the Naïve Bayes Classifier method. The results obtained were from a total of 118 data regarding the food waste campaign; 79% data showed that the public had a positive sentiment, and 21% other data had a negative sentiment. The accuracy results of using sentiment analysis were 78.94%; this shows that the performance of the Naïve Bayes method in classifying data is quite good.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to make marketing mix mathematical modeling and analyze its relationship with the marketing success. Totaling 100 products from 15 types of product categories are used as a research object. Independent variables consist of price, feature, product performance, service, brand, design, distribution, and promotion. Market share is used as a dependent variable and Kano Method is used to construct the mathematical model. The mathematical model constructs in this study has R2 value 28,18%. Price, feature, and design include in must-be requirement which means the variables must be present in a product. The customer will feel dissatisfied if the variables do not exist. Service, distribution, and promotion include in one-dimensional requirement which means adding value to coverage variable will linearly increase market share. Brand and product performance include in attractive requirement which means a little added value to these variables can have a significant impact to the marketing success. The most influential variables on marketing success are brand and distribution. Keyword: marketing mix, marketing success, Kano model, mathematical model  AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat pemodelan matematis campuran pemasaran dan menganalisis hubungannya dengan keberhasilan pemasaran. Sebanyak 100 produk dari 15 jenis kategori produk digunakan sebagai objek penelitian. Variabel independen terdiri dari harga, fitur, kinerja produk, layanan, merk, desain, distribusi, dan promosi. Pangsa pasar digunakan sebagai variabel dependen dan Metode Kano digunakan untuk membangun model matematika. Model matematika yang dibangun dalam penelitian ini memiliki nilai R2 28,18%. Harga, fitur, dan desain termasuk dalam persyaratan yang harus ada artinya variabel harus ada dalam suatu produk. Pelanggan akan merasa tidak puas jika variabel tidak ada. Layanan, distribusi, dan promosi termasuk dalam persyaratan satu dimensi yang berarti menambahkan nilai ke variabel cakupan secara linier akan meningkatkan pangsa pasar. Kinerja merek dan produk termasuk dalam persyaratan yang menarik yang berarti sedikit nilai tambah bagi variabel-variabel ini dapat memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap keberhasilan pemasaran. Abstract

PT Subur Mulya Sejahtera yang bergerak di bidang distributor produk sosis merupakan salah satu distributor frozen food produk Sosis Kanzler yang berlokasi di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Banyak konsumen yang memesan produk di lokasi yang berbeda dengan cakupan wilayah pendistribusian antara lain adalah daerah Solo Raya. Saat ini pengiriman masih menggunakan rute awal yang belum dikaji secara analitis sehingga masih berpotensi untuk dioptimalkan. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk membuat sistem distribusi dapat berjalan lebih optimal ialah mengoptimalkan rute distribusi dengan pendekatan analitis. Metode nearest neighbor (NNM) merupakan salah satu metode optimasi heuristik yang dapat digunakan untuk mencari rute optimal dalam distribusi. Visualisasi dari rute dapat dimunculkan dengan menggunakan metode principal coordinate analysis (PCoA). Berdasarkan hal itu, penelitian ini mencoba mengimplementasikan kedua metode tersebut untuk menyelesaikan masalah rute pada PT Subur Mulya Sejahtera. Hasil implementasi NNM merekomendasikan rute dengan total jarak tempuh selama satu minggu ialah 924.6 km dengan penghematan jarak sebesar 180.14 km atau sebesar 16%. Begitu pula pada biaya distribusi, ada penghematan sebesar Rp. 153.123,- atau sebesar 6% dari rute awal. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka rekomendasil dari hasil analisis NNM perlu dipertimbangkan untuk memperbaiki rute distribusi pada PT Subur Mulya Sejahtera.

Abstract

Good production planning can meet the demand and availability of raw materials, as well as proper production planning and scheduling, production control, inventory control, and evaluation. PDAM XYZ produces clean water for the Banyumas Regency area. Water demand at PDAM XYZ is starting to exceed the production capacity limit, so a capacity addition plan is needed to meet the customer's clean water demand. The addition of capacity can be calculated by calculating demand forecasting. Thus, this study aims to determine the best forecasting method for making water demand forecasting calculations at PDAM XYZ and the estimated amount of water demand at PDAM XYZ in the next five years. The forecasting methods used are least square and regression. The accuracy values compared are MAD, MSE, RMSE, MAPE, and Tracking signal. The results of the comparison state that the regression method is better with a MAD value of 129938.4, MSE of 28536740000, RMSE of 168928.2, and MAPE of 0.05. So, in planning the addition of production capacity, the regression method can be used to forecast calculations as a reference for determining the additional production capacity. The forecasting results using the regression method show a value of 4,352,051 m3. Based on these results, it is expected that PDAM XYZ will be able to map the amount of clean water demand so that customer water needs can be met.

Abstract

Food waste can be defined as waste at the final stage of the food supply chain related to retailers and consumer behavior (distribution and market, consumption). The population expected to increase over the years, will also affect food availability and consumption. The problem can be solved by increasing food production, but it does not help much if the quantity of loss and waste is not minimized. In Indonesia, consumption activities are not only to fulfill hunger but also become a lifestyle such as visiting restaurants. Restaurants have a high potential to create food waste and in Banyumas the restaurant contribute more waste after households. the study aims to find the role of food expenditure at restaurant to reach food waste management initiatives. It relates to how restaurants see food expenditures as a strategy to procure and sell the menu based on portion adjustment. The method used was quantitative and obtained data by distributing questionnaires to 103 restaurants in Banyumas using ANOVA. The result showed the demographics affect food expenditure at restaurants in Banyumas. The restaurants can conduct food waste mitigation initiatives by enhancing restaurant services, adjusting the meal menu with consumers, forecasting procurement quantity, considering storage for raw material, and focusing on food consumption. Furthermore, the restaurant shall consider to manage menu to avoid food waste by adding more refrigerator or utilizing the waste.
