Abstract

Efforts to increase sales is a way that can be done to increase production which will be accompanied by increased revenue, increased profits or profits. There are many ways you can do to increase sales including disseminating information through promotions, price discounts, improving product quality, collaborating with other parties. Kutosari Village is one of the villages in the East OKU Regency, Belitang III District. One of the residents' livelihoods is as a brick maker. In addition to raw materials that are easily obtained, brick making has become the expertise of most residents, because the production of these bricks has been carried out for generations. So far, the marketing of bricks in the village of Kuto Sari is done by sellers who only place their products in front of their homes, waiting for consumers to come to the brick production site themselves. Therefore, the marketing of bricks must be increased in a more vigorous way through promotion through social media, online, coming to building shops to collaborate and many other things in order to increase sales of brick products to be achieved in the village of Kuto Sari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of both simultaneously and partially on motivation, leadership and job training on the performance of STIE Trisna Negara staff and lecturers. This study used a quantitative descriptive research design. The population is 74 lecturers and staff, STIE Trisna Negara. The total sample is 44 respondents. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method. The questionnaire was used to collect data. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis. The results showed that the F test of motivation, leadership and job training simultaneously and significantly affected the performance of lecturers and employees of STIE Trisna Negara. The results of the t test indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers and employees of STIE Trisna Negara. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers and staff of STIE Trisna Negara. Training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers and staff of STIE Trisna Negara. The results of the coefficient of determination show that motivation, leadership and training have an effect of 59.1% on the performance variables of STIE Trisna Negara lecturers and staff. The most dominant influence on the performance of lecturers and staff of STIE Trisna Negara is the leadership variable because it has the highest t-count value, namely 3.305. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) affects the Competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The population in this study are consumers who use e- commerce media in the South Sumatra area. The sample in this study was 200 respondents who were random samples from the Small and Medium Enterprises in South Sumatra. This study uses a survey method to see the amount of influence caused by the independent variables on the dependent variable. The independent variable examined in this study is the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) variable. The dependent variable in this study is the Competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Based on the results of the study it can be seen that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) affects the Competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). So it can be concluded that if a business or business follows the regulations of the government, runs it and implements it based on predetermined factors, including work orientation factors, market orientation factors, and environmental orientation factors, then the business will be better known by the stakeholders and will be more competitive in the long run. Therefore SMEs must continue to consult with the government regarding CSR activities, which factors of CSR are most beneficial for all parties in business activities. Abstract

Enterpreneurship menjadi jalan yang paling efektif di tengah himpitan ekonomi yang semakin besar dan lapangan pekerjaan yang semakin sempit, untuk membangkitkan kembali kehidupan perekonomian masyarakat. Indonesia masih perlu mempersiapkan lahirnya generasi enterpreneur karena para enterpreneur inilah yang akan menjadi penggerak pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana membangun tradisi enterpreneurship pada masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka (Literature Review) untuk membahas topik yang dikaji. Kajian Pustaka dimaksudkan untuk memecahkan suatu masalah yang pada dasarnya bertumpu pada penelaahan kritis dan mendalam terhadap bahan-bahan pustaka yang relevan. Hasil dari telaah pustaka menyimpulkan bahwa ketiga tradisi yang diciptakan oleh keluarga, pendidikan dan pemerintah mampu mendorong tumbuhnya tradisi entrepreneur pada masyarakat. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and prove the effect of the independent variables, namely competence, reward and career development, on the dependent variable, namely the performance of Lecturer STIE Trisna Negara simultaneously and partially. The methodology of this research uses quantitative descriptive. The research was conducted at STIE Trisna Negara, Belitang with a population of 55 and a total sample of 45 respondents. The sampling method uses saturated samples. Measurement in the questionnaire uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this research is instrument test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing (multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination) with the help of SPSS version 24 program. The results of this study indicate that the competency variable, Rewards and career development have a positive effect simultaneously on the lecturer performance of STIE Trisna Negara, Belitang. Competence partially has a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, rewards and career development partially do not affect the performance of STIE Trisna Negara lecturers. Abstract

Electronic Commerce is one of the developments in technology and the internet, which is an internet service that is utilized for buying and selling online. Electronic commerce can involve electronic funds transfer, electronic data exchanges, automated inventory management systems and automated data collection systems. This research was conducted to design and build mobile web-based E-commerce applications with the B to C concept after testing using mobile information systems. Data collection uses observation, interview and literature study. The implementation of this mobile web-based application was designed using the Hypertext Preprocesseor programming language and My Structured Query Language. This design model uses the waterfall method by conducting a case study research that analyzes how to make it easier for consumers to obtain information about goods offered by the cake shop from the system that has been made can be concluded, in terms of the product sales process, product information, and the ordering process products desired by consumers implementing e-commerce with the BtoC concept increase consumer confidence by taking into account the determinants of trust such as maintaining reputation by providing reliable services, maintaining customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Recruitment is a process of search and withdrawal of workers who have the potential to fill vacancies, qualified workforce is very influential on the performance of the company's progress. In the decision-making process of production employee acceptance is still influenced by subjectivity factor and the company often has difficulty in choosing the employee, because the number of prospective employees who apply for while to be accepted become very limited employee. This study uses the method of weighted product because the method of weighted product is one method of completion of multi criteria where in the recruitment of many criteria to be considered.
