Abstract

Indonesia is a country where the majority of the work is as a farmer. Agricultural problems in Ciamis Regency, especially Lumbung Village, such as low yields and lack of community participation must be addressed by various parties, especially the Women Farmers Group (KWT) as one of the implementers of agriculture in managing agricultural land. Women Farmer Groups (KWT) must be efficient, capable, and independent in order to improve the economy of the community and family. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of community empowerment in utilizing local potential to improve the welfare of members of the Women Farmers Group. The method used in this research is correlational quantitative method with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The analysis technique used is classical assumption test and simple linear regression test using SPSS. The population used is all members of the Women Farmers Group (KWT) as many as 60 people. The sample was taken using the Slovin formula and the technique used was the Cluster Random Sampling technique which resulted in a sample of 37 members of the Women Farmers Group (KWT). The results of research that have been carried out by testing the hypothesis that there is an influence of community empowerment in the utilization of local potential on increasing the welfare of members of the Women Farmers Group (KWT) is 12%. The multiple correlation value (R) of 0.355 indicates a weak relationship between the community empowerment variable and the community welfare variable. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between community empowerment in the utilization of local potential to increase the welfare of members of the Women Farmers Group (KWT).

Abstract

Along with the development of the business sector grows rapidly, various community organizations and the educational world seek to increase the role of women in the life of the nation and state. The course and training institutions in Tasikmalaya that worked in the non-formal education sector in this case the course and training institution which the author examined as managers, instructors, and even leaders in the terms of gender roles that women have more roles than men. This study used a qualitative research with descriptive methods, as well as data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The instrument used through the guidelines of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study showed that the role of the gender in the course and training institution that women were very dominant in the management and activities of the course and training institution which showed both in the role of activities, programs, management and in program implementation activities more towards skills for women as well as participants and also students who take part in the implementation of activities in the course and training institution. The fact that many woman worked in the courses and training institutions showed that women can also work not only in domestic spaces, but also in public spaces and the course and training institution as a business that provides a flexible work schedule so that it became a special attraction for women, and the role of women determined by themselves according to their competence.

Abstract

Dampak dari salah satu permasalahan yang cukup rumit yang dihadapi suatu bangsa adalah masalah pengangguran dan angkatan kerja yang semakin membengkak.  mengakibat tidak tertampungnya angkatan kerja pada instansi pemerintah maupun swasta. Untuk  mengatasi hal tersebut pemerintah telah menetapkan kebijakan untuk menekan angka pengangguran tersebut dengan memberikan pelatihan keterampilan bagi usia angkatan kerja yang produktif. Kebijakan pemerintah memberikan pelatihan keterampilan bagi usia angkatan kerja produktif ini dilaksanakan di balai Latihan kerja kabupaten tasikmalaya. menurut Abdurahmat (2003:92) dalam (Purwaningsih et al., 2002, p. 16) “efektivitas adalah pemanfaatan sumber daya, sarana dan prasarana dalam jumlah tertentu yang secara sadar ditetapkan sebelumnya untuk menghasilkan sejumlah pekerjaan tepat pada waktunya”. Pelatihan keterampilan ini meliputi menjahit, tata boga, dan las dalam program Mobile Training Unit (MTU) di gelar di rumah- rumah warga setempat.Identifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan, yang bertujuan untuk melihat dan menentukan peatihan apa yang akan diadakan berdasarkan kebutuhan peserta pelatihan, merupakan salah satu langkahnya. Membuat program diklat,seperti Menyusun kurikulum dan menyiapkan alat bantu ajar yang di perlukan. Melaksanakan program diklat dengan menyeleksi calon peserta pelatihan dan melaksanakan diklat evaluasi dalam bentuk evaluasi kejuruan dan program. Kesimpulannya dengan model pelatihan berbasis kompetensi yang dilakukan Balai Latihan Kerja Tasikmalaya bisa menjadikan lulusan peserta pelatihan sebagai tenaga kerja yang profesional, sehingga bisa membantu mengurangi angka pengangguran di Tasikmalaya. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut : Bagaimanakah efektivitas pelatihan menjahit dalam program mobile training unit yang di laksanakan di BLK kabupaten tasikmalaya? Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan analisis data kualitatif maka disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan keterampilan dari beberapa jurusan seperti menjahit, tataboga, las. Yang dilaksanakan di BLK kabupaten tasikmalaya,telah mampu menumbuhkan kewirausahaan secara efektif pada angkatan kerja produktif pada tahun 2022.Kata kunci: Efektivitas, pelatihan, menjahit,mobile training unit,instruktur

Abstract

Pemberdayaan kelompok tani harus di dasarkan pada kebutuhan dan permasalahan yang di alami petani. Penyuluhan sangat penting dilakukan untuk merubah sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan petani. Upaya pemberdayaan yang dilakukan adalah melalui penyuluhan pertanian.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pemberdayaan kelompok tani padi melalui penyuluhan pertanian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, display data, dan conclusion drawing. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tahap – tahap pemberdayaan kelompok tani dilakukan dengan, Pertama tahap mengembangkan kesadaran awal yakni (a) pembentukan kelompok tani (b) kepemimpinan bergilir (c) study banding. Kedua tahap transformasi kemampuan yakni (a) membuat rencana penyuluhan (b) penyuluhan dan pelatihan (c) kemampuan adopsi inovasi (d) pertemuan rutin. Ketiga tahap percaya diri berkembang yakni (a) kemandirian (b) pendampingan (c) perubahan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap . Keempat tahap peningkatan kesejahteraan yakni (a) peningkatan produksi (b) pendapatan petani meningkat. Simpulan penelitian bahwa pemberdayaan kelompok tani melalui penyuluhan pertanian dilakukan dengan 4 tahapan pemberdayaan, yakni : 1) Mengembangkan kesadaran awal, 2) Transformasi kemampuan, 3) Percaya diri berkembang , 4) Peningkatan kesejahteraan.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang mayoritas pekerjaannya adalah sebagai petani. Permasalahan pertanian di Kabupaten Ciamis khususnya Desa Lumbung seperti masih rendahnya hasil panen dan kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat harus ditangani oleh berbagai pihak khususnya Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) sebagai salah satu pelaksana pertanian dalam mengelola lahan pertanian. Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) harus berdaya guna, memiliki kemampuan, dan mandiri guna meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat dan keluarga.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keberdayaan masyarakat dalam pemanfataan potensi lokal terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Adapun tehnik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi klasik dan uji regresi linier sederhana menggunkan SPSS. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) sebanyak 60 orang. Pengambilan sampelnya menggunkan rumus slovin dan tehnik yang digunakannya yaitu tehnik Cluster Random Sampling yang menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 37 anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT). Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan melalui uji hipotesis bahwa terdapat pengaruh keberdayaan masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan potensi lokal terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) sebesar 12%. Nilai korelasi berganda (R) sebesar 0,355 menunjukan hubungan yang lemah antara variabel keberdayaan masyarakat terhadap variabel kesejahteraan masyarakat. Simpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara keberdayaan masyarakat dalam pemanfataan potensi lokal terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT).

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has not ended requires non-formal educational institutions to adapt to distance learning or online learning so that educational practices are still carried out. This research aims to explore the adaptation of online learning in the course and training institutions in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done through observation, structured interviews, and documentation studies. The research findings show that the adaptation of online learning in Tasikmalaya city courses and training institutions during the COVID-19 pandemic is carried out in two ways, namely, online and offline learning. Online learning uses available learning technologies such as zoom, Google meet, internal websites for meetings, and Google classroom for assignments. In comparison, offline learning (face-to-face) is done with many provisions (for example: requiring tutors and learning residents to follow health protocols, limiting the number of learning residents present, reducing lesson hours, dividing classes into two study rooms). Blended learning is considered quite effective by institution managers in providing community services to maintain the quality of graduates during the pandemic Covid -19.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran secara cermat tentang keadaan dan gejala yang terjadi. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder yang didapat dari 6 informan dan data administratif lembaga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap perencanaan meliputi perumusan tujuan umum dan khusus pembelajaran, menyusun rangkaian dan proses pembelajaran, merencanakan jadwal akademik, menyiapkan sarana dan prasarana, perekrutan warga belajar serta kesiapan pengelola, tutor, dan warga belajar. Pada tahap pengorganisasian meliputi pemilihan SDM, pengorganisasian kelas, kurikulum, dan fasilitas, penyusunan kegiatan pembelajaran e-learning serta prosedur atau langkah-langkah pembelajaran. Pada tahap penggerakan meliputi penggerakan SDM, menentukan metode, materi atau bahan ajar, media, proses interaksi antara pendidik dan peserta didik, stimulus di dalam pembelajaran serta manajemen proses pembelajaran e-learning. Pada tahap pembinaan meliputi kegiatan pengawasan, penyeliaan, dan pemantauan. Pada tahap penilaian meliputi penentuan model penilaian, kriteria penilaian, serta evaluasi pembelajaran e-learning. Pada tahap pengembangan meliputi perbaikan atau modifikasi program pembelajaran e-learning.E-Learning Learning Management During the Covid-19 Pandemic (Study on the Package C Equality Program at PKBM Gema Kota Tasikmalaya)Abstract This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach that aims to provide a thorough description of the circumstances and symptoms that occur. The data sources used are primary and secondary data obtained from 6 informants and institutional administrative data. The results of the study show that the planning stage includes formulating general and specific learning objectives, compiling learning sequences and processes, planning academic schedules, preparing facilities and infrastructure, recruiting learning residents and preparing managers, tutors and learning residents. Organizing stage includes selecting human resources, organizing classes, curricula and facilities, preparing e-learning learning and learning procedures or steps. The activating stage includes mobilizing human resources, determining methods, materials or teaching materials, media, the process of interaction between educators and students, stimuli in learning and management of e-learning. At the coaching stage includes supervision, supervision, and monitoring activities. Assessment stage includes determining the assessment model, assessment criteria, and e-learning evaluation. development stage includes repairs or modifications to the e-learning learning program.

Abstract

Technological developments are growing rapidly and have brought many benefits to mankind. Its presence can alleviate all the difficulties that arise in work and human activities. Technological developments also open up employment opportunities, especially in today's digital era, many startups need jobs to create and develop a technology, just like the programmer profession. This community empowerment program through training aims to equip job seekers to have skills in applying bootstrap templates to a website in order to simplify the website design process. This program was implemented at the Tasikmalaya City Manpower Office on Thursday, October 13, 2022 with the target of fresh graduate job seekers, unfamiliar with programming, and having the desire to learn about programming in Tasikmalaya City. The curriculum used for this program is based on the standard curriculum contained in the SKKNI, namely Installing Programming Software Tools. The stages carried out are preparation, introduction, delivery of sub-topics, conclusions, applications, evaluations, additional assignments, and class arrangements. The approach used is an andragogic approach with direct learning strategies (Direct Instruction) with lecture, demonstration, practice and discussion/question and answer methods with an inductive learning model centered on the trainees (student centered learning). The evaluation process on empowerment is carried out through interview and observation techniques.
