Abstract

In this Final Project will be discussed regarding the implementation of the Attraction Decision Support System in Surabaya using Simple Additive Weighting. The problem to be taken is to get the best results from 50 attractions in the city of Surabaya based on the user's location by using an Android-based operating system, to make it easier for users to access this application. To obtain the value of distance criteria, this application uses the Haversine formula. The results of the study of the decision support system application for the selection of attractions in the city of Surabaya using the Simple Additive Weighting method is the highest value obtained from attractions based on the user's location with weights for each criterion especially the distance criteria which has a weight of 0.3.

Abstract

To facilitate the addition of library collections of UBHARA libraries, in this study will provide a solution to fieldmanuals based on forecasting using MSE single exponential smoothing formula errors and RMSE errors. Data isforecast from 2012 to 2016, with the value of each field of economics, law, socio-political, and engineering. The datawill be processed through the pre-processing process before preparing the data to be forecast. In the calculationexample, the program uses data in 2012 and 2015, alpha value = 0.1 and is calculated from month 1 to month to 3months so it is estimated to 4. The result of the data obtained is borrowed book which has the highest data isEconomy. Because in every data the number of loan books looks more dominant economic data. In 2015 thecalculation shows the value of MSE error and RMSE error. The error value to determine whether the errorforecasting results is better or not. For 2015 forecast data to be displayed at the value of the error.

Abstract

In relation with improving the quality of education, various attempts have been made: an increase teachers quality, complete educational facilities, increased allocation of funds for education and educational evaluation of the implementation of sustainable activities. Once observed, it seems clear that the problem is serious in improving the quality of education is the low quality of education at all educational levels, especially schools. Evaluation aims to assess the failure of schools achieving good standards of competence in effort schools improve the quality of education. Levels of school failure to improve the quality of education is influenced by several factors both from the students and of teachers and the school itself. With artificial neural network (ANN), we expect that we will be able to predict school failure which is related to several internal and external factors. So that, we can obtain valid information about some attributes which are affecting to the school failure. Then, some actions can be taken for preventing school failure as the effort to increase those school’s educational quality. From the experimental results yield the number of hidden nodes configuration 10, the value of learning rate 0.15, momentum 0.6 and the tolerance value of MSE 0.0013118%.

Abstract

Art exhibitions are one way to communicate a work of art while displaying creations that can be enjoyed by visitors. However, it takes a very high cost to make a good exhibition hall, and many people are too lazy to go to the exhibition if it is just to look around. In this era of technology 4.0, many new innovations have emerged in human life, one of which is virtual reality. Virtual reality is increasingly being used as an alternative to visiting a place without having to come there directly. This research aims to create an Android system using virtual reality that provides an experience to users viewing works virtually. Virtual reality prepares a representative space to display works and also does not need to incur high costs while still providing quality and complete information from exhibition speakers. This research was built using Blender and Unity.  In the application design analysis, there are four main stages: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) product development, and (4) product testing. The results of the assessment conducted by the virtual reality lecturer obtained an average result of 89%. In addition, the results of trials for students obtained an average percentage of 94% and were included in the very good category. The results of this study show that AR has indeed proven feasible to be used as a learning medium in introducing photographic works with 2D and 3D Animation, and therefore the potential to make exhibitions in VR is also used for other courses and learning. The result of this research is that an Android-based virtual reality system can simulate the exhibition of artwork.

Abstract

This research aims to design an expert system to diagnose diseases in chickens. This system is designed to assist farmers in identifying diseases in chickens accurately and quickly. This expert system was built using the Certainty Factor method. Chicken disease data is collected from trusted sources, and rules are made to support the diagnostic process. This application is used to assist users in identifying chicken diseases based on the symptoms they input. This expert system is tested to see its ability to provide accurate and useful diagnosis for users. Therefore, this expert system of chicken disease diagnosis can be a useful solution in the field of animal husbandry.

Abstract

Attendance is an activity of data collection to determine the number of people present at an activity in an institution or company. In the previous era, attendance at CV. OTW Computer Gusaha was still done manually through paper, which was very ineffective and inefficient, resulting in attendance data not being well stored. To solve this problem, a reliable and efficient online attendance application is needed for users. The purpose of this application is to improve the efficiency of the attendance process, facilitate monitoring and evaluation, and minimize the risk of fraud in the attendance process. The method used is the geolocation method. The results of this research show that an online attendance system using a webcam and a web-based location can improve the efficiency of CV. OTW Computer Gusaha and increase the discipline and responsibility of employees.
