Abstract

Tujuan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi inovasi digital terhadap kinerja perusahaan dilihat dari perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan PT. Indonesia Power UPJP Kamojang. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif dan bersifat kausal. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 147 orang karyawan PT. Indonesia Power UPJP Kamojang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yakni simple random sampling. Analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis Stuctural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi digital dan kinerja perusahaan dikategorikan baik. Hasil pengujian statistik diperoleh terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan inovasi digital terhadap kinerja perusahaan dilihat dari perspektif keuangan, perspektif konsumen, perspektif proses bisnis internal dan perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran PT. Indonesia Power UPJP Kamojang. Disarankan agar perusahaan perlu meningkatkan kualitas sistem ERP dengan cara melengkapi fitur, meningkatkan standar sistem, melakukan perawatan sistem, memperbaiki tampilan sistem ERP, meningkatkan proses bisnis internal dan pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out the alignment of the work types with the original specialization of alumni from the public health faculty of Universitas Indonesia based on the results of 2010-2017 tracer study of public health undergraduate of FKM UI. The study used secondary data from the 2010-2017 FKM UI Tracer Study with samples 298 people. Moreover, the study used Multivariate Analysis, especially multiple logistic regression analysis. The results of the multivariate analysis showed that the variables were significantly related to work alignment, namely variables of the origin specialization and the number of applying for jobs. Then, the variables of residency, work waiting period, additional courses and the number of interview calls are called confounding variables. The analysis results of Odds Ratio (OR) from the original specialization variables are 3. It means 3 alumni whose original specialization in Occupational Safety Health (K3) will get job which is line with their specialization 3 times higher than alumni whose specialization in Science Public Health (IKM) after getting controlled variables, such as the number of job applications, residency, work waiting period, additional courses and number of interview calls.

Abstract

One of the Clean and Healthy Behaviors (PHBS) is doing activities every day. Physical activity can affect changes in one's oxygen saturation and pulse frequency. This study aims to see the effect of physical activity on oxygen saturation and pulse frequency in the 4th game journalist participants. This research was a pre-experimental type with a one group pretest-posttest research design. The selection of the research sample used a purposive sampling technique of 92 people with inclusion criteria ≥ 17 years. Oxygen saturation and pulse frequency data were collected using pulses oximetry, where measurements are taken after carrying out physical activities such as 3 on 3 basketball, badminton or futsal matches. The mean value of oxygen saturation before physical activity was 98.10, and decreased after physical activity, namely 97.79. The pulse frequency value before physical activity was 98.84 and it increased after physical activity, namely 108.37. The results of the calculation of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test for oxygen saturation obtained a value of p = 0.023 which means <0.05, while for pulse frequency the value obtained was p = 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant difference between physical activity on oxygen saturation values ​​and pulse frequency in the 4th game journalist participants.

Abstract

Stres bisa mencuat pada setiap keadaan yang dirasakan manusia, terlibat didalamnya suasana serta lingkungan kerja. Apabila kondisi itu berlangsung mungkin mengganggu kehidupan fisik dan mental pekerja. Tenaga pengajar adalah suatu profesi yang sensitif menghadapi stres yang tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu melihat faktor-faktor yang berkaiatan bersama stres kerja pada dosen di Universitas MH Thamrin. Metide penelitian ini berupa kuantitatif menggunakan desain studi cross sectiona kepada 120 informan. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat 51,7% dosen yang mendapati stres berat. Masalah ini disebabkan menurut signifikan akibat varibel jenis kelamin (0,289), penghasilan ekonomi (0,144) dan kompensasi (2,861). Rekomendasi yang dapatd diberikan yaitu Pemimpin SDM wajib bertambah terdepan mengawasi dalam segi Penghasilan (Ekonomi), membagikan pujian terhadap karyawan terpilih demi menyemangati pekerja berbeda.Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Kasus Stres, Dosen, Pendapatan, pujian, jenis kelamin.
