Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the process of managing digital media content after the KapanLagi Networks merged. The research study adopted a descriptive-qualitative approach. The informants were selected using a purposive sampling method. The data were collected through participant observation and in-depth interviews. The results found merger strategy had a positive impact on KapanLagi Networks. The merger strategy succeeded in providing an opportunity for KapanLagi Networks to develop its content. Content management of KapanLagi Networks is influenced by several factors, including 1) professionalism and target demands; (2) user behavior; (3) profit orientation; (4) analytic tools and social media; (5) capitalist ideology; (6) implementation of digital journalism and multimedia journalism; (7) editorial policy. These factors indicate merger integration does not always produce content uniformity but also encourages content diversity.

Abstract

ABSTRACT            This study aimed to analyze the determination of building construction, service and price on volume of house sales. This study uses three independent variables construction, service and price, with one dependent variable namely sales volume. The use of variables in this study is expected to determine how the process is going on and what are the factors driving the creation of a good sales volume in PT. Adi bintan Permata Batam. Samples were the buyers of the house in Citra Permata Residence 154 people. Samples were taken by sampling techniques. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, multicoloniarity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test the coefficient of determination R2. Based on the results of data analysis showed that: the variable construction has a significant influence on the performance of the test value t sig of 0.068 > 0.05, service variables have significant effects on sales volume with a value of 0.179 t test sig > 0.05 price variable also has a significant influence on the performance of the test value t sig of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on calculations Test f, together variable construction, service, and price have a significant effect on sales volume with the value of F sig 0.000 < 0.05.Keywords: Construction, Service, Price, Sales Volume

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengadopsi teori TAM (Technological Acceptance Model), teori untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan Cyber Extension sebagai situs informasi oleh informan penyuluh pertanian. Tujuan untuk menganalisis aspek demografi, akses visibilitas, dan elemen penentu lainnya, serta menguji pengaruh persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi kesederhanaan penggunaan terhadap niat perilaku penyuluh pertanian untuk mengambil dan menggunakan teknologi. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei, dilakukan dengan wawancara terhadap 76 informan penyuluh pertanian di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan, Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, antara bulan April sampai Mei 2021. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis dan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa aspek demografi, aspek manfaat yang dirasakan, dan aspek kemudahan penggunaan yang dirasakan semuanya berdampak pada niat perilaku penyuluh pertanian untuk mengambil dan menggunakan Cyber Extension di Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan.

Abstract

Strategi komunikasi yang tepat akan menjadikan anggota mampu menerima dengan baik pesan yang disampaikan oleh ketua. Kasus di kelompok tani Sidodadi di Desa Junrejo, Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu Jawa Timur, keberhasilan kelompok tani bergantung pada bagaimana ketua kelompok tani Sidodadi memaknai tanggung jawabnya sebagai pemimpin kelompok tani. Apabila ketua kelompok tani Sidodadi mampu memaknai hal tersebut, maka akan berdampak pada tingkat tanggung jawab ketua, sehingga keberhasilan kelompok tani Sidodadi akan mudah tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis strategi komunikasi dan hambatan ketua dalam meningkatkan eksistensi kelompok tani Sidodadi. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis diskriptif kualitatif. Proses analisis data dimulai dengan menalaah seluruh data yang didapatkan dari hasil wawancara dan pengamatan yang sudah ditulis dalam catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa ketua kelompok tani Sidodadi memaknai perannya sebagai pemimpin kelompok tani yaitu, sebagai pemimpin harus mampu menjalankan tugasnya dengan jujur apa adanya dan bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap seluruh kegiatan kelompok tani. Oleh karena itu, ketua kelompok tani Sidodadi melakukan strategi komunikasi untuk meningkatkan eksistensi kelompok tani. Strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan ketua kelompok tani Sidodadi yaitu komunikasi dialogis dan komunikasi interpersonal.

Abstract

The digital era has an impact on changing new work patterns in journalism, "Churnalism" is a new journalism that occurs as a consequence of the development of digital technology in the modern era. Churnalism is the simplicity of the way to obtain journalistic news content caused by technological advances. Churnalism threatens the quality of news in the digital era. JPNN.com is a news media that was established in 2008, experiencing a transition from the print media era to digital media. This research focuses on finding out and understanding JPNN.com media strategies in balancing Churnalism and journalism. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach, aiming to understand the process of Churnalism practice JPNN.com and understand their strategies in an effort to balance Churnalism and journalism. The results of this study show that JPNN.com has its own strategy in balancing Churnalism and journalism, namely a combination strategy, combining the practice of Churnalism with conventional journalism practices. The implementation of the combination strategy is carried out in six stages, including: First, journalists select potential news materials from online sources. Second, journalists research news materials to ensure the validity of the news. Third, journalists confirm with the source. Fourth, journalists combine Churnalism and conventional journalism in the reporting process. Fifth, the editor maintains the Gatekeeper function through news selection. Sixth, the editorial management conducts news every day.

Abstract

It is undeniable that the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has affected the global economy and environment. The main victims of the COVID-19 outbreak are agricultural Micro and Small Enterprises MSEs in KWT, especially in developing countries, where the use of digital media is still limited. This paper uses literature and personal insights to provide lessons on digitalization the COVID-19 pandemic for the development of MSEs in sustainable KWTs from a technology-for-social perspective. researchers develop work concepts to support digital transformation after COVID-19 for the sustainable development of KWT MSEs. The fact is that digital payments, especially mobile money, must be an important digital transformation priority for MSEs in KWT. In addition, institutions must support the resources and capabilities of MSEs in KWT adopting digital for sustainable business, production and consumption. This study shows that the Chair of the KWT UMK and other stakeholders to re-research their business strategy, combine crisis scenarios and business plans as an effort to retain customers virtually so that they can increase sustainable agricultural businesses. We also propose further research areas to enhance the transformation of digital KWT MSEs after COVID-19.
