Abstract

Penelitian ini mengadopsi teori TAM (Technological Acceptance Model), teori untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan Cyber Extension sebagai situs informasi oleh informan penyuluh pertanian. Tujuan untuk menganalisis aspek demografi, akses visibilitas, dan elemen penentu lainnya, serta menguji pengaruh persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi kesederhanaan penggunaan terhadap niat perilaku penyuluh pertanian untuk mengambil dan menggunakan teknologi. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei, dilakukan dengan wawancara terhadap 76 informan penyuluh pertanian di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan, Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, antara bulan April sampai Mei 2021. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis dan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa aspek demografi, aspek manfaat yang dirasakan, dan aspek kemudahan penggunaan yang dirasakan semuanya berdampak pada niat perilaku penyuluh pertanian untuk mengambil dan menggunakan Cyber Extension di Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan.

Abstract

Export activities of agricultural commodities in Indonesia present significant opportunities, as evidenced by the implementation of the 'Gratieks' (Three Times Agricultural Export Movement) initiative aimed at bolstering the value of Indonesian agricultural exports. Leveraging this opportunity, the government collaborates with stakeholders in the agricultural industry across regions to foster the development of distinctive commodities. Among these notable products is the Pameling avocado, introduced as an innovative solution to the challenges faced by farmers in Tutur, Pasuruan, East Java, due to its various advantages. This study seeks to examine farmers' perceptions of the Pameling avocado innovation, conducted specifically in Tutur, Pasuruan, East Java. Utilizing a quantitative descriptive analysis approach, the study engaged 40 farmers as respondents. Findings reveal a positive outlook among farmers regarding the Pameling avocado innovation. Notably, indicators such as perceived relative advantage and observability attained a remarkably high rating of 97.8%, followed by the triability indicator (96.5%) and the appropriateness indicator (94.5%). Conversely, the complexity indicator exhibited the lowest score, standing at 26%.

Abstract

Over several periods of time, farmers in the village have adopted guava commodity innovations due to fluctuating market prices. The guava plant has been adopted by farmers in Argosuko Village for approximately four years. The sustainability of guava innovation over the years is due to its advantages that can meet the needs of farmers. This research is important to conduct to see to what extent the innovation characteristics of guava commodities have advantages over their substitutes and how Argosuko farmers decide to replace the commodities they grow as additional income for farmers which will have an impact on increasing farmers' income to meet their living needs. Therefore, this study aims to: 1) Describe the innovation characteristics of guava commodities in Argosuko Village, 2) Describe innovation adoption, 3) Analyzing the influence of innovation characteristics on the level of adoption, 4) Analyzing the influence of optional innovation decisions on the level of adoption. The research data analysis methods used are descriptive statistics and PLS-SEM analysis in measuring the influence of innovation characteristics and optional innovation decision. The analysis test results show that the innovation characteristics that have a significant influence ≤ 0.05 on the level of innovation adoption are relative advantage, complexity, trialability and observability. Meanwhile, what does not have a significant effect on the level of adoption of guava innovation is suitability. And the type of optional innovation decision has a significant influence ≤ 0.05 on the level of adoption of guava innovation.

Abstract

Perfect competition in the pasar gedhe results in product pricing that cannot be determined unilaterally by producers. As a result, product prices do not serve as the sole reference that attracts consumers to purchase from Restu Buah over similar products from competitors in the pasar gedhe. Ideally, this situation should allow consumers to freely switch producers to meet their product needs. However, in reality, consumers exhibit loyalty to Restu Buah, even when its prices are comparable to those of competitors in the pasar gedhe. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of service quality, product quality, and price perception on customer satisfaction at Restu Buah in the pasar gedhe, Solo. The target respondents for this study are customers of Restu Buah. Respondents are selected based on several criteria that must be met. A total of 130 respondents will be involved in this research. They will be given a questionnaire containing questions rated on a scale of 1-4 related to the study. This research will use two types of data collection: primary data and secondary data. The collected data will be analyzed using the SEM-PLS analysis method with Warp-PLS 8.0 software. The research results indicate that service quality, product quality, and price perception have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with an R-squared value of 0.71. This value indicates that service quality, product quality, and price perception can explain 71% of customer satisfaction, while the remaining 29% is attributed to other variables not tested in this study. Service quality, product quality, and price perception have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at Restu Buah.

Abstract

Media sosial telah menjadi platform untuk meningkatkan praktik pertanian, khususnya dalam memenuhi kebutuhan petani akan informasi, hiburan, dan interaksi sosial. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kepuasan petani cabai di Kabupaten Sleman, Indonesia, terhadap penggunaan media sosial sebagai alat pendukung pertanian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed-methods eksplanatori secara berurutan, dengan survei kuantitatif terhadap 149 petani dan wawancara kualitatif lanjutan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa media sosial menyediakan akses cepat ke informasi pertanian yang akurat, meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan terkait pengendalian hama dan adaptasi iklim, serta memperkuat konektivitas sosial di antara petani. Tingkat kepuasan tinggi dilaporkan pada aspek konten, proses, dan sosial, terutama dalam berbagi informasi dan hiburan. Namun, partisipasi aktif dalam penyebaran pengetahuan pertanian masih terbatas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media sosial dapat melengkapi layanan penyuluhan pertanian tradisional dengan memfasilitasi pertukaran informasi yang efisien dan memperkuat jaringan petani. Rekomendasi praktis diajukan untuk memanfaatkan media sosial guna meningkatkan program penyuluhan pertanian dan mendukung praktik pertanian berkelanjutan.
