Abstract

Abstract: The relationship between job satisfaction and loyalty honor nurse working in a public hospital district of Padang Pasaman. This study aims to determine the relationship of job satisfaction and loyalty honor nurses in hospitals Padang Pariaman. Measuring instruments used in this study is the scale of job satisfaction and job loyalty scale. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling technique. The sample are 30 nurses honor in hospitals Padang Pariaman. Based on data analysis, obtained correlation value of 0.814 with a significance level of 0.000 which means that the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and loyalty honor nurses in hospitals Padang Pariaman.Keywords: Job satisfaction, job loyalty, honour nurses.Abstrak: Hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan loyalitas kerja perawat honour RSUD Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas kerja perawat honor di rumah sakit Padang Pariaman. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kepuasan kerja dan skala loyalitas kerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel adalah 30 perawat honor di rumah sakit Padang Pariaman. Berdasarkan analisis data, nilai korelasi yang diperoleh dari 0,814 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang berarti bahwa hipotesis diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas kerja perawat di rumah sakit Padang Pariaman.Kata kunci: Kepuasan kerja, loyalitas kerja, perawat honor.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Relationship the leadership styles of general manager with employee loyalty in Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang. This research is aim to know relationship between leadership styles of general manager with employee loyalty in Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang. Measure instrument used is scale leadership styles and scale employee loyalty. Samples in this research is 40 employee. Sampling technique used purposive sampling. The validity coefficient to scale leadership styles afoot from 0,305 to 0,712 whereas reliable coefficient 0,899. The validity coefficient to scale employee loyalty afoot from 0,312 to 0,710, whereas reliable coefficient 0,925. The result hypotheses test indicate the correlation coefficient 0,798 with significant level  p=0,000. This indicate there is significant relation between leadership styles with employee loyalty. Positive value indicate if the higher level of leadership style, so the employee loyalty will higher too.Key Word: Leadership, leadership styles, employee loyalty  ABSTRAK: Hubungan gaya kepemimpinan general manager dengan loyalitas karyawan hotel Pangeran Beach Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan general manager dengan loyalitas karyawan Hotel Pangeran Beach Padang. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 40  karyawan.Teknik sampling yang digunakan Purposive Sampling. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan koefisien validitas skala gaya kepemimpinan bergerak dari 0,305 sampai 0,712, sedangkan koefisien reliabilitasnya 0,899. Hasil koefisien validitas skala loyalitas karyawan bergerak dari 0,312 sampai 0,710, sedangkan koefisien reliabilitasnya 0,925. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan koefisien korelasi 0,798 dengan taraf signifikan p=0,000. Artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan loyalitas karyawan. Nilai positif menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi gaya kepemimpinan general manager maka semakin tinggi juga loyalitas karyawan.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, gaya kepemimpinan,  loyalitas karyawan

Abstract

Optimizing employee performance is meaningful and must be tried in an effort so that businesses can always survive the situation Covid-19 pandemic. If employees have high performance, their participation in the running of a business tends to be high. The purpose of this study was to examine and determine the effect of adversity quotient, organizational commitment and readiness to change on supermarkets employees performance in Padang City. There are 108 supermarkets employees in Padang city with purposive sampling method. The research data were collected using a questionnaire adversity quotient, organizational commitment, readiness to change and employee performance. The results of empirical research prove accepted and proven. There was a positive influence between adversity quotient on employee performance H1 is accepted. There is a positive influence between organizational organizations on employee performance H2 is accepted. The results of the third study proved that there is a positive influence between readiness to change on employee performance H3 is accepted. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression with IBM SPSS Statistics 23 for Windows. From the results, it is proven that the optimization of employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic done through an adversity quotient, organizational commitment and employee readiness to change.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kawasan wisata Kota Padang merupakan salah satu sektor pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif yang mempunyai potensi untuk berkembang. Namun, Kota Padang juga memiliki resiko bencana alam cukup tinggi terutama gempa dan tsunami. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah masyarakat belum tanggap dan siaga serta belum memahami dengan baik pentingnya kesiagaan terhadap bencana. Pengetahuan yang rendah, minimnya penyediaan informasi dan pengelolaan risiko bencana dapat meningkatkan jumlah korban akibat bencana. Masyarakat di kawasan pantai Air Manis adalah kawasan wisata yang menjadi mitra dalam pengabdian ini. Dari permasalahan tersebut perlu solusi dengan memberikan psikoedukasi (disaster mental health) siaga bencana seputar reaksi umum (perilaku, emosi, kognisi dan fisik) dan membangun komunitas sadar bencana untuk pengurangan risiko bencana. Metode pelaksanaan program pengabdian ini meliputi pendampingan dan pelatihan kesiagaan bencana dari perspektif psikologis. Setelah dilakukan kegiatan Psikoedukasi siaga bencana, peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang bencana dan kesiagaan bencana masyarakat lebih meningkat dengan menggunakan media leaflet serta terbentuknya komunitas sadar bencana membuat masyarakat lebih siap menghadapi situasi bencana yang berkelanjutan dari sisi Psikologis.Abstract: The touristic area of Padang City is one of the tourism and creative economy sectors that have immense potential to develop. However, Padang City also has a high risk of natural disasters, especially earthquakes and Tsunami. The problem is that people are not yet alert and prepared, and they do not understand the importance of being prepared for disaster. Inadequate knowledge and information, as well as inadequate disaster risk management, can increase the number of victims due to disasters. The community in Air Manis beach is the partner in this activity. Based on the mentioned problems, a solution is needed by giving psychoeducation (disaster mental health) about disaster alertness and general reactions (behavior, emotion, cognition, and physical) as well as building communities that are aware of disasters to reduce the risks. The method used in this activity includes assistance and training for disaster preparedness and alertness from a psychological perspective. After the psychoeducation was carried out, the people’s knowledge and understanding of disasters were increased by using leaflet media, and with the formation of disaster awareness community, people became more prepared to face sustainable disaster situations from a psychological perspective.

Abstract

purpose of this study was to determine the description of resilience in male converts after religious violence. The subjects in this study were one person and male. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a case study research design. Based on the research that the researcher examined that the subject had good resilience. In this study, the results of the study concluded that aspects of resilience such as emotional regulation include: 1) regulating emotions in certain situations and conditions. In this section the subject regulates emotions well. 2) evaluating emotions and understanding the cause, in this section the subject has a fairly good emotional evaluation, 3) controlling the situation in this part of the sub-ec can control the situation quite well. Impulse Control, includes: 1) things that push themselves towards decisions taken by the subject can push themselves towards decisions that are taken well. Optimism, includes: 1) trusting oneself, the subject has a good sense of optimism. 2) Confidence in things that are focused on things that are focused on subjects having things that focus well. Causal analysis, includes: 1) the ability to believe in people, in this case the subject has a good ability to believe in people. 2) the strength possessed of the desire, the subject has a very good desire, Empathy, includes: 1) understanding how the situation and self-condition with people In this case the subject has good empathy Self Efficacy, including: 1) how to overcome the problem, the subject can overcome the problem well. Reaching Out, includes: 1) things that make it rise, the subject can rise well. Towards things that make the subject stronger on his decision 2) achievements that have been carried out, the wishes of all subjects are achieved well.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine (1) ) the relationship between cohesiveness with social loafing on psychology students class 2017 & 2018 Padang state University, (2)The relationship between achievement motivation and social loafing on psychology students class 2017 & 2018 Padang State University, (3) The relationship between cohesiveness and achievement motivation with social loafing on psychology students class 2017 & 2018 Padang State University. The instrument of this research are social loafing scale with validity coefficient from 0,326 up to 0,623 and reliability of 0,876, cohesiveness scale with coefficient validity from 0,313 up to 0,714 and reliability of 0,773 and achievement motivation scale with coefficient validity from 0,313 up to 0,714 and reliability of 0,893. Data analysis of this research using multiple corelation . The result showed that there was a relationship between cohesiveness and achievement motivation with social loafing on psychology students class 2017 & 2018 Padang State University, with Fstatistic>Ftable(23,965 > 7,71), p-value = 0,000 (p-value < 0,01), r value = 0,287 , and R square value = 0,287 or 28,7%. Partially, there was a negative and significant relationship between cohesiveness and social loafing, with rxy= -0,532 (p-value 0,000<0,01). The effective contribution of self cohesiveness towards social loafing was 28%, while the contribution of achievement motivation with social loafing was 10%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the emotional regulation strategies of child prisoners in Class II TI LPKA. Pati. Using the one used is Quantitative Descriptive method. Emotional regulation on child inmates was revealed using a questionnaire about emotion regulation strategies. The results of research derived from questionnaires and interviews conducted showed that out of 32 child inmates, as many as 32 child prisoners used emotion regulation strategies cognitive reappraisal in dealing with problems in the LPKA environment. In addition, as many as 7 adolescents have a tendency to use emotion strategies cognitive reappraisal and expressive suppression in dealing with problems in the LPKA environment. Based on the results of the study it was found that 9.37% of child prisoners had poor emotion regulation strategies, and 71.87 % of child inmates have a fairly good emotion regulation strategy and 18.75% have a good emotion regulation strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Social Support and Optimism in Minang Migrants survivors of the Wamena Riot. The independent variable in this study is social support and the dependent variable is optimism. Measuring instruments used in this research are social support scale and optimism scale. The sampling technique in this study uses saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study were 40 survivors of the Wamena riot who returned to their hometown with ACT (Fast Action Response) West Sumatra. The validity and reliability test in this study uses the Cronbach Alpha technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the scale of social support moves from rix = 0.358 to rix = 0.870 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.930 while on the optimism scale moves from rix = 0.358 to rix = 0.870 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.942. Based on data analysis, a correlation value of 0.563 was obtained with a significance level of 0.000, which means the hypothesis was accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between Social Support and Optimism on the Minang nomads survivors of the Wamena Riots

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the influence cyberloafing behavior and organizational commitmenton employee performance. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach, respondents surveyed in this study amounted to 101 employees of the Padang City Department of Educationby saturated sampling technique.Then carried out analysis to the data obtained by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results found: (1) cyberloafing behavior has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (2) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and (3) cyberloafing behavior and organizational commitment simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance. The contribution of cyberloafing behavior and organizational commitment on employee performance amounted to 65.2%. Where as the remainder about 34.8% described by other variable is not used within this research.

Abstract

This study aims to see the relationship between the spirituality with the readiness elderly in dealing with death in elderly at the Tresna Werdha Social Home, Sabai Nan Aluih Sicincin. The independent variable in this study is spirituality and the dependent variable is the readiness of the elderly in facing death. The measuring instruments used in this study were the spirituality scale and the elderly readiness scale in facing death. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a total sample size of 50 elderly. The validity test uses the Corrected Item-Total Correlation technique and the reliability test uses the Alpha Cronbach technique. The trial results showed the coefficient of spirituality validity ranged from 0.351 to 0.863, while the reliability coefficient was 0.967. The results of the validity coefficient on the readiness scale of the elderly in the face of death were 0.325 to 0.755, while the reliability coefficient was 0.932. Based on the results of data analysis, the correlation coefficient is 0.636 with a significance level of p = 0.000. This means that there is a significant relationship with a positive direction between spirituality and the readiness of the elderly in facing death at the Tresna Werdha Sabai Nan Aluih Sic Ring Social Home. So it can be interpreted that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. With the effective contribution of the spirituality variable to the readiness of the elderly in facing death at the Tresna Werdha Sabai Nan Aluih Sic ring Social Home, it was 40%.
