Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that Article 386 of the Criminal Code states that "Anyone who in a trade transaction intentionally deceives another party to buy or receive goods that are not in accordance with those promised, is threatened with a maximum imprisonment of five years." As one type of property crime, fraud has become a major concern in Indonesian criminal law. Article 386 of the Criminal Code regulates the crime of fraud in trade, especially fraud against the brand, origin, and quality of goods. In the perspective of HR. Ahmad, fraud is not only viewed from the formal perspective of criminal law, but also from the aspects of morality and social justice. The purpose of this study is to study the crime of fraud using a normative analysis of Article 386 of the Criminal Code and a value approach according to HR. Ahmad. This study uses a normative legal study with a conceptual approach and comparative law. The results of the study show that proving the elements of fraud and malicious intent still faces challenges, as well as how important it is to consider the values of justice and honesty as mentioned above.

Abstract

Pemerintah Kota Baturaja memiliki Dinas Kesehatan yang menjalankan program kesehatan secara lengkap. Ketika prasarana dan sarana pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat dimodernisasi, bermunculanlah puskesmas. Terdapat 13 puskesmas di seluruh Kota Baturaja. Namun, saat ini terdapat beberapa situasi di mana masyarakat tidak mengetahui keberadaan puskesmas dalam situasi kritis, seperti terjatuh dari motor, atau keadaan darurat lainnya. Membuat dan mengembangkan data proyek lokasi kesehatan terdekat. Dengan memanfaatkan Koordinat lokasi layanan kesehatan dapat diakses menggunakan Google Maps API. lokasi layanan dapat diperoleh dengan lebih mudah. ​​Aplikasi ini memungkinkan masyarakat mengetahui lokasi fasilitas kesehatan terdekat, lengkap dengan informasi alamat dan kontak yang dapat dihubungi. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan model Waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis, perancangan, perancangan, pengkodean, implementasi dan pengujian. Sistem informasi peta geografis puskesmas ini dirancang untuk memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat Kota Baturaja, membantu mereka menemukan puskesmas terdekat dengan cepat, sehingga dapat mendukung penanganan keadaan darurat yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Speaking ability in English is an essential communicative skill in responding to the demands of globalization; however, it remains a challenge for students in Indonesia, particularly at the Madrasah Aliyah level in rural areas. Low student participation in speaking English and the dominance of conventional teaching methods indicate the need for a more communicative and contextual learning approach. Therefore, this study aims to explore and describe the implementation of Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) in improving students’ speaking ability at Madrasah Aliyah Ittihadul Bayan Telaga Lebur Sekotong. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. The data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and documentation, and were analyzed thematically. The findings reveal that the implementation of CLT through communicative activities such as pair work, group discussions, and role play was able to enhance students’ courage, activeness, and self-confidence in speaking English. In addition, CLT created a more collaborative classroom atmosphere and encouraged students to perceive speaking as a process of communication rather than mere memorization. This study concludes that CLT is effectively implemented in the Madrasah Aliyah context and provides important implications for the development of more communicative English language teaching. Future research is recommended to examine the implementation of CLT in a broader madrasah context and to combine qualitative and quantitative approaches in order to obtain a more comprehensive understanding.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to examine the foundations, objectives, principles, and parental roles in Islamic family education and to formulate an integrative conceptual framework for strengthening tawḥīd-based character formation in the digital era. Methodology: This study employed a qualitative library research design. Data were collected through systematic literature review of classical and contemporary Islamic education sources, academic journal articles, and scholarly books. Data analysis used descriptive-analytical and interpretative methods with thematic categorization. Microsoft Word was used for data organization and documentation Main Findings: The study reveals that Islamic family education is fundamentally grounded in tawḥīd as the central value system shaping children’s moral and spiritual development. Five core principles were identified: tawḥīd orientation, parental role modeling, consistency, affection-based communication, and structured habituation with supervision. Contemporary challenges require adaptive yet principled implementation strategies within Muslim families. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study proposes an integrative conceptual framework that systematically connects theological foundations, educational principles, parental roles, and digital-era challenges. It advances existing knowledge by synthesizing fragmented discussions into a coherent model that bridges classical Islamic pedagogy with contemporary social realities.
