Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah mengurai bagaimana pendidikan karakter dalam perspektif Islam menuju SDM Paripurna. Pendidikan karakter dalam perspektif Islam adalah pendidikan yang membentuk watak dan karakter manusia unggul dari sisi kecerdasan intelektual (IQ), emosional (EQ), dan spiritual (SQ). Totalitas dari tiga kecerdasan ini akan memebentuk manusia sempurna (insân kâmil) atau SDM paripurna. IQ membentuk kecerdasan pikiran yang bersifat rasional.Sedangkan cerdas secara emosional adalah pikiran emosional yang merupakan satu sistem pemahaman yang impulsif dan berpengaruh besar, terkadang tidak logis.Kedua pikiran ini bekerja dalam keselarasan, saling melengkapi. SQ adalah kecerdasan rohaniah yang membentuk pikiran manusia menjadi shiddiq, istiqamah, amanah, fathanahdan tabliq.Singkronisasi IQ, SQ dan SQ akan memebentuk relasi vertikal (Hablum minallah) dan relasi horizontal (Hablum minnannas) yang dapat dijadikan pedoman suatu perbuatan yang bertangung jawab didunia maupun diakhirat. -------------------------The main objective of this article is to elucidate how character education in Islamic perspectivewhich creates outstanding human resource. Educational Character in Islam perspective is the education that set plenary human attitude and character on intellectual Questions (IQ), emotional Question (EQ), and spiritual Question (SQ). The totality of these IQs will form a perfectman, whichin Islam it isnamed “insân kâmil” or plenary human resource. Intellectual Question (IQ) forms rational thought. While emotional question is emotional which be one impulsive understanding system and have big effect, yet it is sometimes not logic. Both of these thought work in harmony and complete each other. Spiritual Question (SQ) is spiritual intelligence which forms human thought into truth in Islam term “shiddiq”, faithful “istiqamah”, believable “amanah”, “fathanah” and “tabliq”. The Synchronisation among Intellectual Question (IQ), and Spiritual Question (SQ) will make vertical relation between God and human (“Hablum minallah”) and horizontal relation between human and human (“Hablum minnannas”) which can become guidance for a responsible action in this world and the hereafter.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to find out and to analys: (1) the influence of spiritual intelligence on organizational  citizenship  behavior; (2) the influence of leadership on organizational  citizenship  behavior; (3) the influence of organizationan culture on organizational  citizenship  behaviorThe population included all employees of Islamic Bank in Makassar City. There were 178 samples determined by using Slovin formula.  The samples were selected in two stages: proportional and purposive sampling. The data were analyzed by using path analysis with the AMOS 21 program. The results show that: spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior; leadership has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior; organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior.-----Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) pengaruhkecerdasan spiritual terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, (2) pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap organizational  citizenship  behavior, (3) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap organizational  citizenship  behavior. Penelitianini bersifat deskriptif.   Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Bank Umum Syariah di Kota Makassar. Sampel yang  diambil sebanyak 178 orang  dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin.Pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui dua tahap yaitu sampel  proportional  dan sampel purposif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.  Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis jalur melalui program AMOS 2 .Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  organizational  citizenship  behavior,  kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational  citizenship  behavior, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational  citizenship  behavior

Abstract

Stress can cause both positive and negative impacts. The negative impact in terms of the effects of stress on health, decrease stability and endurance will decrease the performance of individuals and hinder of career. The positive effects of stress will lead to the development of a career because a stressor can be used as a motivator to spur increased employee performance. Some researchers have suggested that the conflict between individu, excessive workload, and time wasters is the strongest cause of stress on the false kind of job. Some of the behavior and actions of employees such as the lack of a good performance from employees, high absenteeism, and high turnover rate, caused by the stress of the organization and the organization committee should intervene to reduce stress, one of which is to redesign work.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the direct and indercet effect: emotional intelligence with state civil apparatus performnce of through leadership and OCB, spiritual intelligence with state civil apparatus performance of through leadership and OCB. Population is the whole state civil apparatus in Gorontalo Province which amounts 3155. Samples should be taken as many as 350 people and the worthy of only analized 250 questionnaires. The sampling technique using are multistage sampling (purposive sampling and random sampling). The data were analyzed by using of structural equations models (SEM) and program analysis of moment structure (AMOS) version 23. The results showed that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence of significant effect on the leadership; emotional intelligence and leadership of significant effect on OCB; emotional intelligence and OCB of significant effect on employee performance; spiritual intelligence does not significant effect on OCB and employee performance; the leadership does not significant effect on employee performance; emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence effect on OCB through leadership variable; emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence effect on state civil apparatus performance of through leadership variable; and emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence effect on state civil apparatus performanc of through OCB variable.

Abstract

The employees? existence as an organizational locomotive need to get attention for management because, it is employees who make the organization perform well. Spiritual intelligence and organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) are known to have effect for improving employee performance. To see this effect, then research was conducted at Sharia Bank in Gorontalo Province with the aim of analyzing and describing the effect of: spiritual intelligence on OCB, spiritual intelligence on employee performance, OCB on employee performance, and spiritual intelligence on employee performance through OCB. The findings of this study are spiritual intelligence had positive and significant effect on OCB. OCB has positive and significant effect on employee performance. Spiritual intelligence has positive and insignificant effect on employee?s performance, but spiritual intelligence has positive and significant effect for employee performance through OCB.Keberadaan karyawan sebagai lokomotif organisasi perlu mendapat perhatian oleh manajemen karena karyawan yang membuat organisasi berkinerja baik. Kecerdasan spiritual dan perilaku kewargaan organisasional (OCB) diketahui memiliki implikasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Untuk melihat implikasi ini, maka dilakukan penelitian pada Bank Syariah di Provinsi Gorontalo dengan tujuan menganalisis dan menggambarkan implikasi dari: kecerdasan spiritual terhadap OCB, kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan, OCB terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui OCB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan spiritual memiliki implikasi positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. OCB berimplikasi positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kecerdasan spiritual berimplikasi positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, tetapi kecerdasan spiritual berimplikasi positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui OCB

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi dan efektifitas pajak hotel terhadap PAD Kota Gorontalo tahun 2012-2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersifat time series dari tahun 2012 sampai dengan tahun 2017.Data tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis kontribusi dan efektifitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kontribusi penerimaan pajak hotel terhadap pendapatan asli daerah Kota Gorontalo selama enam tahun terakhir yaitu dari tahun 2012 sampai tahun 2017 rata-rata berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah. Rata-rata persentase kontribusi pajak hotel terhadap pendapatan asli daerah sebesar 3.16%. Sedangkan tingkat efektivitas pajak hotel terhadap pendapatan asli daerah tergolong efektif meskipun target pajak hotel yang dianggarkan tiap tahunnya dinaikkan.

Abstract

This paper describes some differences in the Islamic economic system and the capitalist economic system. The sources of Islamic economic system are clear, i.e., the Koran and the hadits. The foundation of Islamic economics is distinctive, unique and different with the capitalist economic system or socialist economic system. In a capitalist economic system, economic activities carried out solely to gain benefits and materials; hence, capitalist negates the interests of common people. There is also no guarantee of perfection in capitalist economic system; even it can lead disaster to the people.

Abstract

The phenomenon of retirement customers' decision to take over debts from conventional financial institutions to Islamic finance continues to increase, indicating a change in customer paradigm, predicted due to several factors including financing margin factors. This article explains the extent to which financing margins affect the decision of retired customers to take over from conventional banks to Islamic banking. This study uses a quantitative method with an analysis unit of 161 retired clients who have filled the questionnaire with multi-stage sampling. The results of the study show that murabaha financing margins have a positive and significant effect on the decision making of retired customers in the taking over of financing. This means that good financing margins have great potential to bring retired customers from conventional banks. Thus, this result has implications for marketers and policy makers that retired customers decide based on potential financing products.
