Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work experience on employee performance at PT. Perkasa Sakti in Cimone. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The result of this research is that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 45.1%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7.306 > 1.997). Work experience significantly affects employee performance by 49.9%; hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (8.041 > 1.997). Motivation and work experience simultaneously significantly affect employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.701 + 0.326X1 + 0.441X2. The influence contribution is 63.2%, hypothesis testing is obtained by F arithmetic > F table or (54.954 > 2.750).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and tenure on employee performance at PT. Infomedia Nusantara in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance by 45.6%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7,432 > 1,997). The tenure significantly affects employee performance by 48.7%; hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7,909 > 1,997). Compensation and tenure simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 5.936 + 0.381X1 + 0.485X2. The contribution of influence is 63.1%, hypothesis testing is obtained by F count > F table or (55,490 > 2,750).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline, either partially or simultaneously on teacher performance at Pustek Pustek Serpong, South Tangerang. In this study, the sampling technique used a saturated sample, which amounted to 60 respondents. The data analysis methods used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multicollinearity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Normality Test, Correlation Coefficient, Coefficient of Determination, Multiple Linear Regression, Partial significant test (t test) and simultaneous significant test (F test). The results of the study indicate that motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a contribution of 56.1% influence while the remaining 43.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. From the results of the hypothesis test, it shows that the Fcount value of 36.423 is greater than Ftable of 3.16 with a significant level of 0.000 less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that simultaneously motivation and discipline have a significant and significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and work environment on teacher performance at SMK Sasmita Jaya I in Pamulang. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that discipline has a significant effect on teacher performance by 45.4%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7.631 > 1.989). The work environment significantly affects teacher performance by 44.9%; hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7,560 > 1,989). Discipline and work environment simultaneously significantly affect teacher performance with the regression equation Y = 9.081 + 0.393X1 + 0.444X2. The influence contribution is 61.1%, hypothesis testing is obtained by F arithmetic > F table or (54.243 > 2.710).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Tata Logam Lestari in Jakarta Barat. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance by 44.4%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7,100 > 1,998). Job satisfaction significantly affects employee performance by 50.6%; hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (8.040 > 1.998). Compensation and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 6.199 + 0.359X1 + 0.500X2. The contribution of influence is 63.2%, hypothesis testing is obtained by F arithmetic > F table or (53.181 > 2.750).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelatihan Kewirausahaan, Kemampuan Memanfaatkan Teknologi, dan Tingkat Pendidikan Terhadap Produktivitas Pelaku UMKM di Wilayah Situ Panjalu Ciamis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausalitas yaitu penelitian yang disusun untuk meneliti kemungkinan adanya hubungan sebab akibat antar variabel. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 47 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelatihan Kewirausahaan, Kemampuan Memanfaatkan Teknologi, dan Tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 75,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 24,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil uji hipotesis yang dihasilnya menunjukan nilai Fhitung sebesar 49,187 lebih besar dari Ftabel sebesar 2,82 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara bersama-sama Pelatihan Kewirausahaan, Kemampuan Memanfaatkan Teknologi, dan Tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pelaku UMKM di wilayah Situ Panjalu Ciamis.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru SDIT Daarul Hasanah Jakarta Selatan Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh sehingga didapat jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel Gaya kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Guru SDIT Daarul Hasanah Jakarta Selatan dengan nilai thitung> ttabel, yaitu 6.900 > 2.052 dan nilai signifikansi = 0.000 yaitu berada di bawah 0.05. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel disiplin kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SDIT Daarul Hasanah Jakarta Selatan dengan nilai thitung>ttabel, yaitu 10.240 > 2.052 dan nilai signifikansi = 0.000 yaitu berada di bawah 0.05. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel Gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama Terhadap Kinerja Guru SDIT Daarul Hasanah Jakarta Selatan dengan nilai Fhitung > nilai Ftabel yaitu 55.460 > 3.35 dan nilai signifikansi = 0.000 yaitu berada di bawah 0.05.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Budaya organisasi dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT Bereau Veritas Consumer Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi sebanyak 65 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh sehingga didapat jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel Budaya organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan kerja Karyawan PT Bereau Veritas Consumer Indonesia dengan nilai thitung > ttabel, yaitu 6.937 > 2.005 dan nilai signifikansi = 0.000 yaitu berada di bawah 0.05. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel Kompensasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT Bereau Veritas Consumer Indonesia dengan nilai thitung>ttabel, yaitu 9.934 > 2.005 dan nilai signifikansi = 0.000 yaitu berada di bawah 0.05. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel Budaya organisasi dan Kompensasi secara bersama-sama Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT Bereau Veritas Consumer Indonesia dengan nilai Fhitung > nilai Ftabel yaitu 50.467 > 3.17 dan nilai signifikansi = 0.000 yaitu berada di bawah 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa di PT Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausalitas yaitu penelitian yang disusun untuk meneliti kemungkinan adanya hubungan sebab akibat antar variabel. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 59 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 62% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 38% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil uji hipotesis yang dihasilnya menunjukan nilai Fhitung sebesar 45,708 lebih besar dari Ftabel sebesar 3,16 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara bersama-sama pelatihan dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa.

Abstract

The impact of Covid-19 Virus is very significant for Indonesia economic, especially for small traders or generally called Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). In connection with the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic which is more better, the tourism in Cisarua Bogor has also begun to be visited by visitors so that the SMEs have also begun to actively trade again. Along with this, the community service is carried out with the aim of providing socialization and training to SMEs regarding the financial transaction recording system in their businesses. The methods used are socialization, counseling, discussion, interviews and training to SMEs around Cibereum Village RT.001 / RW.006, Cisarua District, Bogor Regency. This activity lasted for 2 (two) weeks starting from preparation and planning, while the implementation of the activity is 2 (two) days, and the community service Team is 17 lecturers of STIE Ganesha Jakarta were followed by 10 lecturers of Management and 7 lecturers of Accounting. The results obtained from counseling and discussion is SMEs understand if the importance of financial recording in their business. While the results of training and mentoring, the SMEs feel more clearly and on path about the entry and exit of funds from their business results and the application is also quite easy to understand. The advice that can be given is that SME traders who have not yet recorded should immediately start implementing financial records even though with simple record and for SME traders who already have records but not yet neat, should start tidying up the financia lrecord transactions according to what has been explained above.
