Abstract

The impact of Covid-19 Virus is very significant for Indonesia economic, especially for small traders or generally called Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). In connection with the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic which is more better, the tourism in Cisarua Bogor has also begun to be visited by visitors so that the SMEs have also begun to actively trade again. Along with this, the community service is carried out with the aim of providing socialization and training to SMEs regarding the financial transaction recording system in their businesses. The methods used are socialization, counseling, discussion, interviews and training to SMEs around Cibereum Village RT.001 / RW.006, Cisarua District, Bogor Regency. This activity lasted for 2 (two) weeks starting from preparation and planning, while the implementation of the activity is 2 (two) days, and the community service Team is 17 lecturers of STIE Ganesha Jakarta were followed by 10 lecturers of Management and 7 lecturers of Accounting. The results obtained from counseling and discussion is SMEs understand if the importance of financial recording in their business. While the results of training and mentoring, the SMEs feel more clearly and on path about the entry and exit of funds from their business results and the application is also quite easy to understand. The advice that can be given is that SME traders who have not yet recorded should immediately start implementing financial records even though with simple record and for SME traders who already have records but not yet neat, should start tidying up the financia lrecord transactions according to what has been explained above.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to assist Small and Micro Enterprises (SMEs) in understanding and implementing online-based marketing strategies to increase their product sales. The target of this activity is SMEs operating in Kelurahan Jombang, most of whom are members of the local Posyandu. This activity was conducted in April 2021 and included several educational sessions and hands-on practices on using social media and e-commerce platforms for product marketing. The results of this activity showed an improvement in the participants' understanding and skills in managing online marketing. The participants became more familiar with digital marketing techniques, such as creating engaging content, using social media, and optimizing e-commerce platforms. The implications of this activity are very positive, as SMEs have begun to adopt online marketing in their daily operations. This is expected to increase market reach, expand the customer base, and ultimately boost their sales and income. Furthermore, this activity also strengthens collaboration among SMEs and encourages entrepreneurial spirit within the local community.

Abstract

This study aims to identify factors that influence customer satisfaction and loyalty at UD. Mekar Jaya Buah, a fruit trading company in Tangerang City. As business competition is getting tougher, a deep understanding of customer satisfaction and loyalty is essential to develop effective marketing strategies. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach which was conducted for two months, from June to July 2023. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and literature. The results revealed that product quality and customer service are the main factors that influence consumer satisfaction and loyalty. Consumers value high-quality products and positive interactions with service staff. Prices that match the value of the product also contribute to consumer satisfaction. Other factors include ease of access, shopping convenience, and feelings of attachment to the brand. The implication of this research is the need for UD. Mekar Jaya Buah to continuously improve the quality of products and services, and consider the right pricing strategy. A better understanding of consumer preferences and expectations will help companies design more careful marketing strategies. In addition, this research also contributes to further understanding of the dynamics of consumer behavior in the context of the fruit trading industry.
