<![CDATA[The pattern of giving side food of mother’s milk that is not suitable could bring some effect against nutrient status of baby. This phenomena is happened in Polindes Tanjangrono village of Tanjangrono whereas still many mothers give side food of mother’s in wrong way and its could have effect to the nutrient status of baby 6 – 12 month old. The purpose of this research is to know correlation between pattern of giving side food of mother’s milk and nutrients status of baby 6 – 12 month old. This research use analytic correlation design with cross sectional. Independent variable in this research is pattern of giving side food of mother’s milk, dependent variable is nutrient status of baby 6-12 month old. Population of this research are all of mothers who have baby 6-12 month old in Polindes Tanjungrono Village of Tanjangrono District of Ngoro Regency of Mojokerto in July 2011. Sample is taken by consecutive sampling counted of 40 respondents. Data analyzed by Spearman rho tes with the result r = 0.001 dan α = 0.05. so r < α, its mean H0rejected and H1accepted, so there are correlation between pattern in giving side food of mother’s milk and nutrient status of baby 6-12 month old in Polindes Tanjungrono Village of Tanjangrono District of Ngoro Regency of Mojokerto in July 2011. The result of this research show that the more appropriate pattern of giving side food of mother’s milk better nutrient status of baby 6-12 month old. Its hoped that respondents more improve their knowledge about pattern of giving side food of mother’s milk in the right way so nutrient status of baby will be better.Keyword :The Pattern on Side Food of Mother’s milk, Nutrient Status]]>

<![CDATA[This paper discusses the collaborative governance process in empowering women in Garut Regency through the Integrated Program for Increasing the Role of Women Towards Healthy and Prosperous Families. This program is an annual routine program to increase the role of women in development in the village scope. This program involves various stakeholders, from elements of government, non-government organizations, the private sector, universities, and other elements of society. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected by interviewing relevant informants and observing the target villages. The results show that this collaborative governance process has a strong impetus to increase women's participation. The main supporting factors for collaboration are leadership and shared goals from stakeholders. The next empowerment challenge is how to make women able to maintain their participation after the program ends.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan desa wisata berbasis collaborative governancedi Kota Batu.Berkembangnya paradigma pembangunan dimana pemerintah bukan lagi menjadi satu-satunya aktor dalam pembangunan membawa pengaruh pada pengelolaan desa wisata. Peneliti berupaya melihat peran aktor dan kerjasama sehingga membentuk sebuah kolaborasi dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksploratif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menjunjukan bahwa dalam pengembangan desa wisata, Pemerintah Kota Batu melibatkan sektor swasta, akademisi, media dan mendorong partisipasi masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan. Adapun dalam pelaksanaan collaborative governancetersebut, dibutuhkan komunikasi yang efektif guna memudahkan para aktor melakukan kolaborasi sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan perannya dalam pengembangan desa wisata.]]>

<![CDATA[Program Gema Madani Simpati merupakan sebuah program pembangunan yang berbasis partisipasi masyarakat untuk mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan di Kota Tasikmalaya.Keberhasilan program ini ikut ditentukan oleh sejauhmana masyarakat dapat terlibat untuk membangun daerahnya. Maka dari itu, mendorong masyarakat untuk dapat berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan menjadi sebuah tantangan. <![CDATA[Ketahanan nasional (national resilience) baru akan terwujud ketika ditopang oleh ketahanan pada lapisan dibawahnya yakni ketahanan regional/wilayah. Ketahanan regional/wilayah juga mustahil tercipta jika tidak adanya ketahanan pada level keluarga (diri/individu). Pandemic Covid-19 berpotensi mengancam ketahanan nasional bangsa Indonesia. Oleh karenanya keluarga sebagai pilar penyokong ketahanan nasional harus ditingkatkan peranannya. Keluarga sebagai unit sosial terkecil dalam masyarakat memiliki tanggung jawab dalam mencetak generasi penerus yang unggul dan berdaya saing, mendidik anak bangsa yang memiliki kecerdasan yang berimbang antara intelektual, moral, dan juga spiritual. Tulisan ini bermaksud menerangkan kondisi ketahanan keluarga pada masa Pandemic Covid-19 serta menjelaskan kontribusi keluarga dalam mewujudkan ketahanan masyarakat yang berdampak terhadap menguatnya ketahanan nasional bangsa. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode wawancara (interview) dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. <![CDATA[The growth of the current business has been rife. Today one of the industries that are in demand is the operation of boarding homes. Starting with the serious business area and working my way up. In order to analyze specific populations or samples, such as customers who rent out boarding homes in the Poltekkes Surakarta region, a quantitative research methodology was adopted. With a total of 150 respondents, sampling was done using a non-probability sampling technique, and the data used were primary data in the form of questionnaires. The use of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software aided the analysis in this study. The results of data analysis show that Location has a positive effect on Consumer Loyalty, Price has a positive effect on Consumer Loyalty, Facilities have a positive effect on Consumer Loyalty, Location has a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Price has a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Facilities have a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Consumer Satisfaction has a positive effect as a mediation between Locations to Consumer Loyalty, Consumer Satisfaction positive effect as a mediation between Price to Consumer Loyalty, Consumer Satisfaction has a positive effect as a mediation between Facilities to Consumer Loyalty.]]>

<![CDATA[The aims of this study are to find out: (1) How is the Supervision of Leaders at the UPTD Transportation Cibadak Sukabumi Regency. (2) How is the Effectiveness of Receipts for Receiving Terminals at the UPTD Transportation of Cibadak, Sukabumi Regency. (3) How big is the influence of leadership supervision on the effectiveness of receiving terminal fees at the Cibadak Transportation UPTD, Sukabumi Regency. The researcher used a quantitative approach, the sample used was 109 people from a population of 896 people taken by probability sampling technique with the Disproportionate stratified random sampling method and the Slovin formula as a tool. There are two variables studied in this study, namely (1) Leadership Supervision (X) and (2) Effectiveness of Receipt of Terminal Retribution (Y). The tool used in this study is a questionnaire with a rating scale of 5 (five) choices. The data collected was then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques using item averages, while statistical analysis techniques used Pearson Product Moment (PPM) correlation analysis, and simple linear regression equation models. The calculation results show that the cumulative average value of the Leadership Supervision variable is 3.61, which is included in the good category, while the Effectiveness of Receipts for Terminal Retribution of 3.61 is included in the good category. The results of statistical analysis obtained the price of r_xy = 0.444 which is included in the fairly strong category with a significance value (2-tailed) 0.000 > 0.005 or t_count = 41.97 > t_table = 1.981 so that it can be concluded that Leadership Supervision has a positive and significant effect on the Effectiveness of Retribution Receipts. Terminal while the Coefficient of Determination (KD) is 0.9428, which means 94.28% of the Effectiveness of Terminal Retribution Receipts (Y) can be explained by the Leadership Supervision variable (X) and the rest is determined by other factors. Furthermore, the linear regression equation model is = 0.641 + 0.980X. Therefore, to improve the effectiveness of Terminal Retribution Receipts, it is suggested to the Chief Executive to improve the Supervision function.]]>
