Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk menimbulkan kreatifitas berwirausaha mahasiswa bahwa banyak sekali peluang untuk menjadi wirausaha asal mau melihat, mencermati, melakukan apa yang ada dan sedang berkembang saat ini di dunia bisnis dengan sedikit melakukan kreatifitas sehingga memiliki nilai jual. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan metode ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab dengan melihat kondisi mahasiswa, lingkungan tempat tinggal, melalui peduli lingkungan yang ada sehingga terfokus pada pemanfaat sampah botol plastik dengan tiga tahapan yaitu: persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Sampel berjumlah 40 orang mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Unanti yang terdiri dari 29 orang mahasiswi dan 11 orang mahsiswa. Hasil pengabdian adalah munculnya kreatifitas atau ide-ide baru dalam memanfaatkan limbah botol plastik, Kesimpulan dari pengabdian adalah mahasiswa menjadi percaya diri dan yakin mereka bisa menjadi wirausaha dengan apa yang sudah mereka lakukan dan mampu diikuti dengan baik oleh mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Beban Kerja, Keterlibatan Kerja Dan Karakteristik Individu  secara simultan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Instalasi Gizi di RS Siloam Palembang secara  signifikan. Persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 1,754 + 0,318 X1 + 0,344 X2 + 0,324 X3 Beban Kerja (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Instalasi Gizi di Rs Siloam Palembang. Juga Keterlibatan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Karakteristik Individu (X3) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance community economic independence through the optimization of shell waste into decorative mirror products with aesthetic and economic value. The method applied a participatory approach consisting of problem identification, hands-on training, production and marketing assistance, and evaluation. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge, skills, and entrepreneurial understanding. Before the program, most participants were categorized as having low skills and marketing knowledge; however, after the intervention, the majority were able to independently produce decorative mirrors. Furthermore, the level of participant satisfaction was very high, indicating that the applied training method was effective and aligned with community needs. The program also contributed to increased motivation among participants to start waste-based businesses and shifted their perception of waste into a valuable economic resource. Despite these achievements, limitations remain, particularly in terms of production scale and market access. Therefore, further efforts are needed to expand the impact through stronger networking and digital marketing strategies to ensure sustainability.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to test the influence of Work Stress and Work Environment on the performance of employees of the Regional Secretariat of Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency, both directly and through Work Discipline as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all employees of the department, totaling 94 employees. This study used a saturated sampling method, where the entire population was used as a research sample. Thus, the number of samples used was 94 employees. The data analysis method used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) software.The results of the study indicate that the Work Stress variable affects Work Discipline, the Work Environment variable affects Work Discipline, the Work Stress variable affects performance, the Work Environment variable affects performance, the Work Discipline variable affects performance, the Work Stress variable affects performance through Work Discipline and the Work Environment variable affects performance through Work Discipline. The Work Discipline variable, the R2 value of 0.956 indicates that approximately 95.6% of the variation in Employee Work Discipline can be explained by exogenous latent variables (Work Stress and Work Environment), while the remaining 4.4% may be explained by other loadings. For the Performance variable, the R2 value of 0.985 indicates that approximately 98.5% of the variation in Performance can be explained by exogenous variables used in the model, while the remaining 1.5% may be explained by other loadings not studied.
