Abstract

AbstrakTren perkembangan penelitian dari keilmuan Teknik Industri saat ini tidak hanya terfokus pada sektor manufaktur, pengembangan desain produk, ataupun sistem rekayasa. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada tren perkembangan penelitian dari salah satu lingkup keilmuan Teknik Industri, yakni Ergonomi dan Biomekanika, yang saat ini banyak berkontribusi pada bidang kedokteran, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan berkurangnya kemampuan fisik dalam aktifitas sehari-hari atau yang lebih dikenal dengan istilah ADLs (Activities of Daily Living).Sebagai bentuk penerapan teknologi, penilaian karakteristik berjalan pada lansia juga dituntut untuk menggunakan teknologi yang tepat guna. Salah satu bentuk penggunaan teknologi yang menerapkan kaidah esensial dari ilmu Ergonomi dan Biomekanika adalah three-dimensional (3D) motion analysis sytem. 3D motion analysis system dapat digunakan untuk menganalisa parameter-parameter yang berbeda dari gerak berjalan dan parameter-parameter ini dapat dipengaruhi oleh kecepatan berjalan. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengembangkan penilaian dari gerak berjalan, sangatlah penting untuk mengukur beberapa parameter dari gerak berjalan tesebut. Pada penilitian ini, parameter dasar dan parameter siklus dari gerak berjalan dianalisa untuk mendapatkan karakteristik dasar dari gerak berjalan bagi individu usia lanjut. Kata Kunci : Biomekanik, analisa gerak berjalan, lansia, karakteristik gerak berjalan. AbstractThe development of scientific study of engineering industry is not currently only focus on the manufacturing sector , the development of the product design , or engineering system .This can be seen in the research development of one scope of science technique industry , namely ergonomics and biomekanika , currently widely contribute to medicine, Especially with regard to a reduced ability physical in daily activities which is known more with the term ADLs ( Activities of  Daily Living ) .sebagai the form of application of technology , Assessment characteristic of running at elderly must be to using technology proper to .One form of the use of technology who apply essential rules of the ergonomics and biomekanika is three-dimensional ( 3D ) motion analysis sytem. 3D motion analysis system can be used to analyze parameters different of the motion walk and parameters this can be influenced by the speed of walking.Hence, to develop assessment of the motion walk, are important for some measure the parameters of motion walk tesebut.In penilitian this, parameter primary and parameter cycle of motion walk were analysed to get characteristic of the basis of motion in place for individual age.  Keywords : Biomekanik, motion walk analysis, old persons, motion walk characteristic.

Abstract

School is one of the places to study. Therefore, it requires facilities to support the sustainability of the process of teaching and learning to teach such as study desks and study chairs. However, when the activity of writing is performed using study desks and chairs, students tend to lean to the front, slouch and dangle their feet. Evaluation of the products ergonomically has to be adjusted with the usage in order that they are not going to cause various negative impacts for students that will take place in both the short term and the long one. As a consequence, this study is important to carry out to minimize the mismatch of study desks and chairs with students and to obtain the redesigned results of study desks and study chairs ergonomically. The anthropometric approach was used for the dimensions of the human body in the design of study desks and chairs.  In addition, the biomechanical approach was utilized to evaluate good sitting position for students. The evaluation was observed from the calculation of compression pressure, which is the load that occurs in the neck and lumbar. The results of the design of the proposed study desks and chairs are more ergonomic and can accommodate anthropometric users; hence, parts of the study desks and chair can minimize the complaints perceived by students. Through the biomechanical approach, the results obtained the angle surface of the table of 200, the slope of the seat rest of 100º and the seat slope of 50º

Abstract

Implementasi Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) di PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Takalar belum mencapai hasil optimal dalam mencapai target nol kecelakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan evaluasi risiko dalam SMK3 dengan menerapkan metode Fault Tree Analysis pada kinerja proses produksi perusahaan. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen untuk mengidentifikasi faktor risiko utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 16 aktivitas produksi dengan 20 kegiatan yang berdampak risiko, termasuk 3 risiko dengan nilai RPN tertinggi yaitu A1 sebesar 134,107%, P2 sebesar 132,474%, dan J sebesar 122,337%. Penerapan metode Fault Tree Analysis dapat mengidentifikasi risiko utama, memberikan wawasan terhadap potensi bahaya di lingkungan kerja. Untuk meningkatkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Takalar, disarankan perusahaan meningkatkan program pelatihan karyawan, memastikan penggunaan alat pelindung diri yang tepat, melakukan inspeksi rutin, memperhatikan sistem ventilasi, menyusun prosedur kerja aman, dan memperkuat pengawasan terhadap standar keselamatan kerja. Dengan menerapkan langkah-langkah ini, diharapkan perusahaan dapat mengurangi risiko kecelakaan, melindungi karyawan dari bahaya potensial, dan mencapai target nol kecelakaan dalam lingkungan produksi di PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Takalar.

Abstract

Posyandu in Paropo Subdistrict, Makassar City, plays a crucial role in community health services, particularly in child growth monitoring. However, Posyandu cadres face challenges in applying proper anthropometric principles due to limited knowledge and skills in conducting static and dynamic anthropometric measurements. This condition affects the accuracy of children's weight and height data and leads to the lack of follow-up from local authorities in addressing nutritional issues. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance the competencies of Posyandu cadres in anthropometric measurements through ergonomics-based training. The evaluation results indicate a significant improvement in Posyandu cadres' understanding and skills in performing accurate anthropometric measurements. This competency enhancement contributes to better-quality anthropometric data, which can be utilized as a basis for child health policies. This program is expected to be sustainable with the support of local government to improve community health services.Keywords: Anthropometry, Posyandu cadres, ergonomics, static and dynamic measurement, child health.
