Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of the certified teachers of Public and Private Junior High School of Tanjung Senang Bandar Lampung District on the independent variable of work discipline, compensation, and oversight. The method used is the Ex Post Facto and survey with descriptive research design verification. The sampling technique is probability sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling method and calculated using the Slovin’s formula. Hypothesis testing used simple linear regression analysis unit and multiple. The object of this research is the teachers who have been certified within a population amount of 103 teachers and 82 samples of the population. Based on the analysis of data obtained stasistik calculated using the formula: (1). There’s the influence on the performance of work discipline (2). There’s the effect of compensation on performance (3). There’s the influence on performance monitoring (4). There’s the influence of labor discipline, compensation and oversight of the performance.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pada guru bersertifikasi SMP Negeri dan Swasta Kecamatan Tanjung Senang Bandar Lampung pada variabel bebas disiplin kerja, kompensasi, dan pengawasan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Ex Post Facto dan Survey dengan desain penelitian deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik sampling adalah probability sampling dengan proportionate stratified random sampling dan dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan unit analisis regresi linier sederhana dan multiple. Obyek dalam penelitian adalah guru yang telah bersertifikasi dengan populasi sebesar 103 guru dan sampel 82 guru. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dihitung mengunakan rumus stasistik diperoleh: (1). Ada pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja (2). Ada pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja (3). Ada pengaruh pengawasan terhadap kinerja (4). Ada pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompensasi dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja.Kata kunci : disiplin kerja, kinerja, kompensasi, pengawasan

Abstract

This research is purposed to identified whether or not there is influence between compensation, work motivation, and teaching method to sertificated teacher work productivity in the state junior high school of Trimurjo district in academic year of 2012/2013. In doing this study, the writer used descriptive verificative method with ex post facto and survey approach. The technique sampling that writer applied is probability sampling with simple random sampling. From the analyses of the study is found that (1) there is influence of compensation to sertificated teachers work productivity of the state junior high school of Trimurjo district in academic year 2012/2013 about 39,1%. (2) there is influence of work motivation to sertificated teachers work productivity of the state junior high school of Trimurjo district in academic year 2012/2013 about 27,1%. (3) there is influence of teaching method to sertificated teachers work productivity of the state junior high school of Trimurjo district in academic year 2012/2013 about 34,4%. (4) there is influence of compensation, work motivation, and teaching method to sertificated teachers work productivity of the state junior high school of Trimurjo district in academic year 2012/2013 about 58,7%. Keyword : Compensation, Work Motivation, Teaching Method, and Sertificated Teachers Work Productivity

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the influence of supervision, compensation and work discipline towards performance of certified teacher. Method of research used descriptive verification and questionnaire as instrument. Analysis technique used simple linier regression and multiple linier regression. The results of research showed (1) There is influence of supervision to performance of certified teacher, (2) There is influence of compensation to performance of certified teacher, (3) There is influence of work discipline to performance of certified teacher, (4) There is influence of supervision, compensation, and work discipline to performance of certified teacher.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi.Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif dan menggunakan angket sebagai instrumen.Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multiple. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Ada pengaruh pengawasan terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi, (2) Ada pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi, (3) Ada pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi, (4) Ada pengaruh pengawasan, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi.Kata kunci : disiplin kerja, kinerja, kompensasi, pengawasan

Abstract

This study evaluates the preparation of Accountability Letters (SPJ) for Religious Activity Facilitation Assistance in the Sub-Division of Spiritual Mental Development, Public Welfare Section, Regional Secretariat of Karanganyar Regency before and after the implementation of the voucher system. The voucher system is designed to improve accountability, efficiency, and timeliness in the management of aid funds. The results of the study indicate that the voucher system accelerates the completion of SPJ compared to the cash method, although there are still obstacles such as the workload of employees who hold concurrent positions and the need for complicated supporting documents. It is recommended to optimize the division of tasks and simplify administration to improve the effectiveness of SPJ management.
