Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of learning model Problem Based Learning to improve the ability to think smoothly on the material buffer solution. Population in this research is all student of SMA class XI IPA that exist Bandar Lampung on even semester of academic year 2017/2018. The sampling technique used is clauster random sampling and obtained sample class XI IPA 3 as experimental class and XI IPA 4 as control class. This research method is quasi experiment with pretest-posttest control group design. The effect of problem based learning model is measured based on the average n-Gain score of students' current thinking skill. The results showed that in the experimental class the average value of n-Gain students' thinking skill of 0.78 (high criterion). Based on the results of this study can be concluded that the model of learning-based problems can improve students' thinking ability on the material of buffer solution. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas model Problem based learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir lancar pada materi larutan penyangga. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMA kelas XI IPA yang ada di Bandar Lampung pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah clauster random sampling dan diperoleh sampel kelas XI IPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI IPA 4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan Pretest Posttest Control Group Design.  Pengaruh model  problem based learning diukur berdasarkan rata-rata nilai n-Gain keterampilan berpikir lancar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kelas eksperimen rata-rata nilai n-Gain keterampilan berpikir lancar siswa sebesar 0,78 (kriteria tinggi). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa model  problem based learning mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir lancar siswa pada materi larutan penyangga.Kata Kunci: larutan penyangga, berfikir lancar, problem based learning.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the determinants of changes in the unemployment rate in the City/Province of Banten as the object of research. Researchers used panel data regression analysis method through Fixed Effect Model (FEM). This method will explain how the influence of the minimum wage, investment, economic growth, human development index, and the number of workers on changes in the unemployment rate in the Regency/City of Banten Province in the period 2011-2018. The results of testing and data processing show that there are variations in the Regency/City of Banten Province in 2011-2018. The results of simultaneous data processing, all independent variables, namely the minimum wage, investment, economic growth, human development index, and the number of workers together have a significant effect on the open unemployment rate in the Regency/City of Banten Province in 2011-2018. Meanwhile, partially the minimum wage variable has a significant effect, but investment, economic growth, the human development index, and the number of workers have an insignificant effect on the unemployment rate in the Regency/City of Banten Province in 2011-2018.

Abstract

Stunting is one of the most significant obstacles in producing quality human resources in every country. Stunting is a growth and development disorder experienced by children under five due to long-term malnutrition, recurrent infectious diseases, and lack of psychosocial stimulation. Stunting events can be prevented starting from adolescence, where teenagers are the generation of prospective mothers and prospective fathers, so it is necessary given good knowledge about balanced nutrition and choosing the right food to prevent stunting from an early age. One effort to increase teenagers' knowledge is by providing nutrition education. Nutrition education is very necessary to increase adolescent nutritional knowledge, form a positive attitude towards nutritious food in order to form good eating habits. The more they have good nutritional knowledge, the more an individual will consider the type and quality of food they choose to consume. In the first stage the material provided is balanced nutrition for teenagers and in the second stage the material is selecting the right menu in accordance with the principles of balanced nutrition. there is an increase in skills in preparing healthy daily menu choices and paying attention to the principles of balanced nutrition. All participants were enthusiastic in taking part in the activity.

Abstract

Dalam konteks persaingan global yang semakin dinamis, organisasi dituntut untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi melalui optimalisasi kinerja sumber daya manusia. Sistem penilaian kinerja menjadi salah satu instrumen strategis untuk memastikan karyawan bekerja selaras dengan tujuan organisasi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas sistem penilaian kinerja dan hubungannya dengan produktivitas serta prestasi kerja karyawan. Melalui studi literatur terhadap berbagai referensi nasional dan internasional, ditemukan bahwa sistem penilaian yang dirancang dengan indikator yang jelas, objektif, serta dilengkapi umpan balik konstruktif dapat meningkatkan motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan pencapaian target organisasi. Faktor-faktor seperti keterlibatan karyawan, pelatihan penilai, serta integrasi sistem ke dalam budaya organisasi menjadi penentu keberhasilan implementasi. Di sisi lain, tantangan seperti bias penilai dan kurangnya tindak lanjut pascapenilaian masih kerap ditemukan. Hasil kajian ini diharapkan menjadi kontribusi teoritis dan praktis dalam merancang sistem penilaian kinerja yang lebih adaptif, adil, dan berorientasi pada pengembangan berkelanjutan.
