Abstract

This research aimed to produce interactive learning media based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) that are effective to learn particle waves dualism concept for students and aimed to identify students response about the attractiveness of the product. This research used research and development (RD) method with implementation procedure referenced on the research procedure according to Suyanto and Sartinem that were consisted of seven steps, that is: (1) analysis of the needs; (2) identification of resources; (3) identification of product specifications; (4) product development; (5) internal test; (6) external test; and (7) production. This research produced interactive learning media in the concept of particle waves dualism as a source of independent learning for students grade XII IPA SMA Islam Terpadu Baitul Muslim Way Jepara. The media was declared effective based on the success of students reached the minimum completeness criteria (is called KKM) and it was declared attractive based on questionnaire analysis results.Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) yang efektif dalam membelajarkan konsep dualisme gelombang partikel pada siswa serta untuk mengetahui tanggapan siswa terhadap kemenarikan dari produk yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development (RD) dengan prosedurpelaksanaan mengacu pada prosedur penelitian menurut Suyanto dan Sartinem yang terdiri dari tujuh langkah, yaitu: (1) analisis kebutuhan;(2) identifikasi sumberdaya;(3) identifikasi spesifikasi produk; (4) pengembangan produk;(5) uji internal; (6) uji eksternal;dan(7) produksi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan media pembelajaran interaktif pada konsep dualisme gelombang partikel sebagai sumber belajar mandiri bagi siswa kelas XII IPA SMA Islam Terpadu Baitul Muslim Way Jepara. Media yang dihasilkan dinyatakan efektif berdasarkan keberhasilan siswa mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) dan dinyatakan menarik berdasarkan hasil analisis angket.Kata kunci: dualisme gelombang partikel, media pembelajaran interaktif, penelitian pengembangan

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of the study is analyzing the results of the implementation of technology based learning media in learning Quran, that is through Holy Quran. This research method used descriptive qualitative with the type of case study research and data analysis techniques of the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The result of the study shows that students can use Holy Quran application in the implementation of learning Quran, including reading Quran in accordance with the existing ‘makharijul huruf’ and ‘tajwid’, writing and understanding Quran both lexically and grammatically. Some of the advantages are (1) in the form of an application that can be run on a computer or smartphone which is very flexible, like accessable everywhere, everytime and everypeople; (2) make everything easier for user, esspesially for students in SMP Plus Darush Sholah Jember in understanding Quran through existing features, such as the theme search fitures, the tajwid and makharijul huruf fitures in reading Quran, and also the random lafadz fitures which makes it easier for students in memorizing Quran; (3) accustoming student to type Arabic letters in implementing fitures, and (4) motivating students to master Islamic Religious Education subject, considering that the majority of the Quran, through the conveniences in the Holy Quran application. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hasil implementasi dari media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi pada pembelajaran al-Quran melalui aplikasi Holy Quran. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus serta teknik analisis data model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik dapat menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi berupa aplikasi Holy Quran dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran al-Quran, meliputi membaca al-Quran sesuai dengan makharijul huruf dan tajwid yang ada, menulis dan memahami al-Quran baik secara makna leksikal maupun gramatikal. Beberapa kelebihan yang ada adalah (1) berbentuk aplikasi yang bisa di komputer atau smartphone yang sangat flexible, yakni bisa diakses dimanapun, kapanpun dan oleh siapapun; (2) memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna, khususnya siswa SMP Plus Darussholah Jember dalam memahami al-Quran melalui fitur-fitur yang ada, seperti fitur pencarian tema, fitur tajwid dan makharijul huruf dalam membaca al-Quran serta fitur acak lafadz yang memudahkan siswa ketika menghafal ayat-ayat al-Quran; (3) membiasakan siswa dalam mengetik huruf Arab dalam mengimplementasikan fitur serta (4) memberikan motivasi kepada siswa untuk menguasai mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, mengingat mayoritas materi yang ada adalah al-Quran, melalui kemudahan-kemudahan dalam aplikasi Holy Quran.

Abstract

In this study, we explore the electronic structure of Janus Chromium Dichalcogenide monolayers CrXY (X ≠ Y = S, Se, Te) in the first Brillouin zone using Density Functional Theory. Due to the mirror symmetry break and strong SOC in the crystal structure of Janus Chromium Dichalcogenide monolayer, we discovered Rashba splitting at Γ points in the first Brillouin zone. We analyze this anisotropy of Rashba splitting using k∙p perturbation theory and group symmetry analysis. By giving the effect of external electric field, we manipulate the characteristics of Rashba splitting on the Janus Chromium Dichalcogenide monolayer. The manipulation of Rashba splitting by applying external electric field, shows that the Janus Chromium Dichalcogenide monolayers has the potential for spintronic devices.
