Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis potensi wilayah untuk pengembangan sapi potong dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan sapi potong dalam mendukung swasembada daging di Jawa Tengah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisis data sekunder bersumber dari Dinas Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jawa Tengah (2013). Data dianalisis secara deskriptip dan statistik. Analisis potensi wilayah menggunakan parameter location quotient (LQ) dan faktor-faktor pengembangan sapi potong dianalisis dengan model regresi linier berganda, dengan faktor dependen (Y) produksi daging sapi dan variabel independen (X) dari berturut-turut adalah populasi sapi potong, produksi daging total Jawa Tengah, jumlah penduduk, pengeluaran ternak sapi potong ke luar daerah, dan kapasitas rumah potong hewan (RPH). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai LQ berdasarkan kawasan pengembangan sapi potong (kawasan I sd.V) rata-rata sebesar 1,32 (sektor basis sapi potong). Rasio produksi daging sapi dengan tingkat kebutuhan riil penduduk mempunyai Indeks Subsistensi (IS) sebesar 1,27, yang berarti produksi daging sapi Jawa Tengah sudah berlebih. Analisis faktor-faktor pengembangan wilayah sapi potong secara bersama-sama sangat nyata (P<0,01) dipengaruhi oleh semua variable indipenden (nilai R2= 0,584). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam mendukung swasembada daging perlu terus diupayakan peningkatan populasi sapi potong, peningkatan produksi daging selain ternak sapi, pengendalian jumlah penduduk, pengeluaran ternak sapi hidup ke lain daerah dan kapasitas pemotongan di RPH yang perlu terus dipantau dan dijaga kesinambungannya.

Abstract

Jasmine is a type of floriculture plant, that is white and has a very fragrant aroma. Jasmine flowers are widely used for activities related to customs as well as industrial raw materials. The use of jasmine is increasingly decreasing because many industries use the essence of jasmine because they are cheaper. The selling price of jasmine flowers tends to fluctuate because the production of jasmine is determined by the season and requests for certain festivals and ceremonies. The purpose of this study was to analyze the income of jasmine flower farmers and analyze the factors that influence the income of jasmine flower farming. The research was carried out in September 2018 in Batang District and Kandeman District, Batang Regency. The research method uses survey methods and data collection methods through interviews. The method for taking samples using Slovin techniques, determining the number of each sub-district using proportional allocation. Methods of data analysis using income analysis, multiple linear regression test and one sample t-test. The results showed that the income of jasmine flower farmers was Rp. 3,330,909 / 0.51 ha / month. The results of the analysis of one sample t-test show that the income of jasmine flower farmers is greater than the District Minimum Wage (UMK). Factors of seed costs, pesticide costs, fertilizer costs, selling prices and labor costs have an effect on simultaneously or partially on the income of jasmine flower farmers.

Abstract

The development of the agricultural sector into agro tourism is carried out to realize the desires of people who wish for educational and environment-friendly tourism activities. Omah Salak Agro Tourism provides a variety of reservation packages, culinary packages, and souvenirs of processed zalacca products. Consumer satisfaction to the services is an important factor to be considered. This study aimed to analyze visitor satisfaction with the quality of services including physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and care given by Omah Salak Agro Tourism. The study used a case study method with a sample size of 100 respondents. The sampling method used was purposive sampling technique. The measurement scale used was the Likert scale. Data analysis methods used were the customer satisfaction index (CSI), gap analysis, and importance performance analysis (IPA). The results of the analysis showed a CSI value of 77.44%, meaning that overall visitors were satisfied with the service performance at the Omah Salak Agro Tourism. The results of the gap analysis showed the performance <importance with a value of 3.87 <4.33, the average gab was -0.46, meaning that the Omah Salak Agro Tourism service has not met the wishes of the visitors. The results of the IPA analysis showed that the top priority attributes for the improvement of Omah Salak Agro Tourism are the availability of worship facilities, bathroom facilities, adequate parking facilities, timely events, friendly and courteous guides and company staff to make visitors feel safe

Abstract

Increasing national milk consumption is a big opportunity for milk producers. In meeting market demands, producers must consider consumers’ preferences. This research studied household characteristics, decision making processes, and preferences for packaged milk attributes in Jaten District. The study was conducted in December 2019 - January 2020 in Jaten District, Karanganyar. The research method used was survey method with 100 respondents from household consumers. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and literature study. The data were implemented with descriptive analysis and conjoint analysis. The results showed that household respondents in Jaten District had the following characteristics: women (80%), ages 31-40 (36%), family size of 6 people (25%), high school education (36%), income of IDR 2,000. 000-2,5000 .000 / month (58%), milk purchasing costs IDR 10,000-25,000 / month (56%) with consumption of 3-4 packages / month (50%). Decision on the purchase of packaged milk consists of identifying needs, seeking information, evaluating alternatives, purchasing decisions, and post-purchase challenges. Household consumers’ preferences for packaged milk products are those with mocca flavor, with prices less than IDR 5,000 per package, well-known brand, box packaging, and have clear expiration information. Prioritized attributes are expiration date, price, taste, brand, and packaging. The results of this study can be used as a reference by producers to maximize packaged milk products based on existing attributes.

Abstract

Today, the level of processed-food consumption is significantly increasing. It is causing a high supply of this food by some business enterprises and tense competition between them. This study aimed to analyze the chicken-nugget consumer purchase decision-making, factors affected the purchase decision and the effect of those factors on the consumer purchase decision in Semarang City. This study employed a case-study method and involved 120 respondents aged ?17 years old who purchase chicken-nugget products selected by accidental sampling technique. The descriptive, factor, and multiple linear regression analyses were used to analyze the study data. Results revealed that the chicken-nugget purchase decision process consisted of some steps: need identification, finding adequate information, alternative evaluation, purchase decision, and evaluation after product purchasing. This purchase-decision was simultaneously affected by cultural, social, personal, psychological, product, price, location, and promotion factors. Cultural, personal, psychological, product, and promotion factors partially affected the consumer purchase decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Improving good performance will create a good culture, if it can be achieved then otherwise the company must create an atmosphere of employees as assets must create a work culture that affects employee job satisfaction. However, employees must also have the work competencies required by the company, so that it is synergistic between employees and agencies or companies. The company's performance can be said to be of high quality and its objectives can be successfully achieved depending on the influence of the company's internal factors. This study aims to find out how the effect of changes in each variable on independent and dependent, both partially and simultaneously. Among others, the influence of work culture on employees' work results at gas stations Brebes district, the influence of work competencies on the work of employees at gas stations Brebes district, as well as the influence of work culture and work competencies to the work of employees at gas stations Brebes district. Researchers used quantitative approach methods with surveys and questionnaire instruments in the form of questionnaires. The population of this study is all gas station employees in Brebes District with a sample of 146 employees. Based on the calculation of the formula Slovin obtained a sample of 99 respondents. As a result, there is a significant influence between work culture and work competence on the performance of gas station employees in Brebes Regency. Keywords: Work culture, Work competence, Employee performance  ABSTRAKPeningkatan kinerja yang baik maka akan terciptanya budaya yang baik, apabila dapat tercapai maka sebaliknya perusahaan harus menciptakan suasana karyawan sebagai asset harus menciptakan budaya kerja yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan. Akan tetapi karyawan juga harus mempunyai kompetensi kerja yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan, sehingga saling sinergis antara karyawan dengan instansi atau perusahaan. Kinerja perusahaan dapat dikatakan berkualitas tinggi dan tujuannya dapat berhasil dicapai bergantung pada pengaruh faktor internal perusahaan. Penelitian ini memiliki maksud tujuan unuk mengetahui bagaimana efek perubahan yang ada pada masing-masing variabel terhadap independen dan dependen, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Antara lain pengaruh budaya kerja kepada hasil kerja karyawan di SPBU kabupaten Brebes, pengaruh kompetensi kerja kepada hasil kerja karyawan di SPBU kabupaten Brebes, serta pengaruh budaya kerja dan kompetensi kerja kepada hasil kerja karyawan di SPBU kabupaten Brebes. Peneliti memakai metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei dan instrumen angket dalam bentuk kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini merupakan seluruh pegawai SPBU di Kabupaten Brebes dengan jumlah sampel 146 karyawan. Berdasarkan perhitungan rumus Slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 99 responden. Hasilnya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan anatara budaya kerja dan kompetensi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan SPBU di Kabupaten Brebes. Kata Kunci: Budaya kerja, Kompetensi kerja, Kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation strategies of farmer card program for helping the distribution of subsidized fertilizers in Kendal Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method - by using strength, opportunities, weakneses and threats (SWOT), Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and statistical Package for the social sciences (SPSS) analysis. Respondents were 100 farmers with the criteria of farmers registered in the group needs definitive plan (RDKK) and farmers who had farmer cards. The results of the SWOT analysis showed that the implementation of the farmer card program in Kendal district was in quadrant I position, which showed understanding of aggressive growth conditions. AHP analysis showed that the priority strategy for implementing the farmer card program was obtained by the Government's strategy, that was defined as the Government’s effort to provide a budget for infrastructure and supervision of subsidized fertilizer distribution. The regression analysis showed that several variables such as education, land area, fertilizer, pesticides and labor had a significant effect on rice production, while variable of age, length of business, capital and seeds possessed no significant effect on rice production in Kendal Regency.

Abstract

Kehidupan dan proses belajar merupakan dua hal yang saling berkaitan dan tidak dapat dipisahkan. Untuk proses belajar sendiri, nyatanya tidak dapat berdiri sendiri dalam artian banyak hal yang mempengaruhi proses belajar seseorang salah satunya adalah peran orang tua. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) Universitas Muhadi Setiabudi Kabupaten Brebes. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Muhadi Setiabudi Kabupaten Brebes dengan populasi program studi PGSD FKIP dengan melibatkan sebayak 144 mahasiswa yang dipilih sebagai sampel dalam penelitian. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi product moment. Dari hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment diperoleh r hitung sebesar 0,51 dan t tabel sebesar 0,288. Dari hasil tersebut terlihat bahwa nilai r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel sehingga Ho yang menyatakan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara status sosial ekonomi orang tua dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa prodi PGSD ditolak, dan sebaliknya Ha yang menyatakan terdapat hubungan positif antara status sosial ekonomi orang tua dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa diterima.

Abstract

Usahatani tembakau menjadi mata pencaharian utama bagi petani di Desa Katekan Kecamatan Ngadirejo Kabupaten Temanggung. Tanaman tembakau diusahakan oleh petani pada saat musim kemarau dengan harapan memperoleh tingkat pendapatan yang memadai.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pendapatan dan profitabilitas usahatani tembakau, perbedaan pendapatan antara usahatani tembakau dengan pendapatan di luar usahatani tembakau, dan  besarnya nilai kontribusi pendapatan usahatani tembakau terhadap total pendapatan rumah tangga petani di Desa Katekan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 40 responden. Data karakteristik responden dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, sedangkan perhitungan data pendapatan usahatani tembakau dianalisis menggunakan analisis usahatani. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji one sample t-test dan paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan usahatani tembakau per musim tanam yaitu Rp 16.035.123 atau sekitar Rp 2.672.520 per bulan. Pendapatan di luar usahatani tembakau per musim yaitu Rp 7.217.509 atau Rp 1.202.918 per bulan. Total pendapatan rumah tangga petani per musim tanam Rp 23.252.632. Usahatani tembakau memiliki nilai profitabilitas 66,10% yang berarti menguntungkan. Terdapat perbedaan antara pendapatan usatani tembakau dengan pendapatan di luar usahatani tembakau. Usahatani tembakau memberikan kontribusi terhadap total pendapatan rumah tangga petani senilai 69% dan pendapatan di luar usahatani tembakau memberikan kontribusi senilai 31%.

Abstract

Krisan merupakan komoditas tanaman hias potensial yang banyak diekspor Indonesia. Hal tersebut dapat menjadi peluang yang baik bagi Indonesia untuk meningkatkan daya saing komoditas krisan di tingkat internasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan dan proyeksi ekspor komoditas krisan Indonesia di pasar internasional, serta menganalisis keunggulan komparatif dan kompetitif  komoditas krisan Indonesia di pasar internasional. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2020 hingga Februari 2021. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis tren untuk mengetahui perkembangan dan proyeksi ekspor krisan Indonesia di pasar internasional, Revealed Comparative Advantages (RCA) dan Export Competitiveness Index (ECI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekspor krisan Indonesia ke pasar internasional pada rentang tahun 2010 – 2019 menunjukkan tren yang menurun namun diproyeksikan meningkat untuk 5 tahun mendatang (2020 – 2024). Hasil analisis RCA dan ECI menunjukkan nilai <1, dapat diartikan bahwa Indonesia belum mempunyai daya saing secara komparatif maupun secara kompetitif. Kondisi daya saing ini perlu terus ditingkatkan agar potensi yg ada dapat dimanfaatkan.
