Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and the morals of students in MAN 1 Bogor City. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were students of class XI MAN 1 Bogor City with a total of 353 students. The research sample was taken 15% of the total number of students in class XI, namely 52.95 rounded to 53 students. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation, then the data that had been obtained were analyzed by normality test and product moment correlation test. using SPSS 25. The results obtained are based on the sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and student morals, besides that, it can be seen from the calculation of the Pearson correlation of 0.743. , and obtained that is 0.743 is in the interval 0.70-0.90, meaning that there is a strong relationship between emotional intelligence and morals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is, the first to analyze the implementation of mentoring programs for beginner teachers who are alumni of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Ibn Khaldun University who have worked in basic education institutions in the city of Bogor. Second, it describes the influence of the mentoring program on improving the professional competence of beginner teachers. Third, good communication and kinship between alumni and alma mater is established. The research method used is mix methods (qualitative and quantitative). Data collection in this study uses interviews, observation, focus group discussions, and scale. The object of this research is Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Ibn Khaldun University alumni who work in Bogor in different basic education institutions, namely public elementary schools, Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and Islamic Elementary School, which are honorary and permanent teachers. The conclusion of the result of this study is the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Ibn Khaldun University alumni assistance program is proven to improve teacher professionalism competencies which include six indicators, those are the application of science, work productivity, innovation, problem solving, work environment adaptation, responsiveness of students' needs. And tighten the fabric of communication between alumni and nature.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas V MI Unwanul Huda 1 Pasir Putih. Rumusan masalah yang diajukan yaitu apakah dengan menggunakan penerapan model pembelajaran Course Review Horray dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di kelas V MI Unwanul Huda 1 Pasir Putih. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Prngrtahuan Alam melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Course Review Horray di kelas V MI Unwanul Huda 1 Pasir Putih. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus dengan menggunakan desain penelitian Tindakan Kelas meurut Suharsimi Arikunto. Adapun tahapan dalam penelitian ini meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini meliputi hasil observasi aktivitas guru, dan hasil observasi aktivitas siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V MI Unwanul Huda 1 Pasir Putih yang berjumlah 33 orang yang terdiri dari 17 orang laki – laki dan 18 orang perempuan. Hasil nilai pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam pada pra siklus nilai rata-rata siswa adalah 60,57, pada siklus 1 nilai rata-rata siswa adalah 61,63, pada siklus 2 nilai rata-rata siswa adalah 72,06, sedangkan pada siklus 3 nilai rata-rata siswa adalah 81,15.

Abstract

The role of parents is very important in fostering an attitude of responsibility for children's learning. Seeing the current situation caused by the emergence of the corona virus (Covid-19) in 2020, the world has experienced many changes and bad impacts. This virus has affected the state of the economy to the point of changing face-to-face learning patterns to distance learning or commonly called online. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. This study aims to determine the role of parents in fostering a responsible attitude to student learning during online learning. Data was collected by observation, interviews and documentation. The researcher met 3 respondents, namely the parents of the students of Mts Insan Sejati Bogor. Researchers conducted this research at Mts Insan Sejati Bogor, which was carried out for one month. The results of the study show that parents at Mts Insan Sejati Bogor have played a role in fostering an attitude of learning responsibility for students during online learning. Thus parents have a very big role to increase the sense of responsibility for children's learning. Keywords: Role; Parents; Responsibility; Online Learning

Abstract

There is a decrease in leadership attitudes in students so that schools need subjects that support to maintain student leadership attitudes so that they are well maintained and there is no continuous decline in student leadership attitudes. Organizational subjects have a role in student leadership attitudes, namely student responsibility, student discipline, student confidence, and student communicativeness. The author uses descriptive qualitative research methods, the data obtained through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The approach used by the researcher is a field research approach, namely the results of the data as research findings, abstracted to obtain complete information on drawing conclusions. This research took place at MA Mu'allimien Muhammadiyah Bogor. Based on the research that has been done, the following results are organizational subjects are sciences that study organizational values ​​and leadership, which include organizational theories, basic theories of leadership, basic theories of management, basic theories of problem solving. In the learning process there are teachers who have certain competencies, enthusiastic students, use organizational book media, use lecture, discussion, and question and answer methods, study materials that have been designed, and evaluate organizational learning subjects by means of UAS, UTS, and other assignments. So that organizational subjects have a role in the leadership attitude of the students of MA Mu'allimien Muhammadiyah Leuwiliang Bogor. This is evidenced from the results of the calculation of the correlation value or R relationship which is equal to 0.557, the coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.311 which implies that the X variable to the Y variable is 31.1%. The results of the data that have been presented show that the significance value obtained is 0.001 which means that the X variable affects the Y variable.
